Unlimited Mussels with choice of three sauces and Linguini are a bargain. Nice atmosphere and great service.
My Mom and Sister ate there recently. No reservation need.
We sat at the bar and we each enjoyed our meal and talking to the waitress.
The service was great!. Appetizers came in no time. Not a long wait for the main courses.
Food was fresh with fresh ingredients. Very tasty. Id recommend the crab cakes which were all crab no filler and nice size.
A little bit on the pricey. But we got what you paid for. It all balanced out. It was worth it.
This restaurant has excellent food, wonderful service by a friendly and responsive staff. We had pan seared fish with various sides, and everything was just amazing, and one could tell how fresh all the food was. My only reason for a 4 out of 5 was that they were out of Cod and Shad, my first two choices of fish. Otherwise, this is 5.
My favorite restaurant. The food is always terrific and I like being able to find so many healthful options. This dinner was the Seared Tuna with a double side of vegetables.
Visiting Philadelphia and was staying nearby. We wanted a pleasant, but not outrageous dinner. This fit the bill. Small, quiet environment. Service was efficient and friendly. The ahi tuna was done right. The scallops were juicy and sweet. The clam chowder was clearly home made, although a bit too salty. The chocolate mousse was wonderful.
The stuffed Calamari was not fresh. Was hard to chew .
The lollipop Tuna was great.
Service was ehh
I do not like leaving reviews! But I had to honest.
I been coming here for over a year now and never have I been disappointed. Absolutely love this place.
Booked this based upon the restaurant being a BYO even though they have a small bar. When we first walked in there were only 2 other people in the entire place, so we were a little hesitant, but we were not disappointed! The place did eventually fill up completely. My friend had the whole lobster. I had the surf 'n turf (steak & shrimp). The food was delicious! Our hostess/server was a little absentminded, but we tossed it up to her having a 'bad day'. We would definitely go back!!
The food was very well prepared and tasty. I would go there again. It is quite small but
the price and the food provided were right. Dessert was excellent as well.
A gem, and the buck a shuck oysters are a real treat!
Best swordfish! Excellent service. Not too loud, good for conversation.
Wonderful neighborhood restaurant where the owners are usually always present. Many specials on various days of week such as Unlimited Mussels on Monday and Tacos Tuesday. The regular menu is always offered with many great options. Try the scallops and mushrooms with rice and sauce which has been on menu for twenty five years!
Excellent customer service!!!
Nice folks. Food good. Value fine.
Not impressed by the fact that Center City Restaurant Week ending yesterday was given as the justification for NO BREAD (how the hell were we supposed to sop up the very nice lemon-garlic-butter-caper sauce on the shrimp/gnocchi) or the 86'd sides (sure wanted that creamed spinach). I'd think a Center City Village joint on 20th could find a fix for those challenges to full service... on a Saturday... but...
Enjoyed the meal...
Would like to have know I could have brought my own wine. Also that it was cash only
Food as delicious and presented well. Needs more options at bar. Place is small and intimate. Only accepts cash but does have an atm. Will be back.
The food was excellent and I would go there again!
menu was lack luster and poorly thrown together. and we weren't allowed to order form the normal menu
Loved the place. The space is used well and has a nice comfortable ambiance. I will definitely be going to visit again! Our waiter (Bill) was great and attentive.
Great place, food was delicious!! Will definitely go back again!!
Not horrible, just not memorable. Disappointed. Restaurant weeks a great time to see & be scene. They missed an opportunity.
Service was excellent
Food tasted great
All around great restaurant
Tried out during restaurant week. Everything was tasty. I will dine there again.
Excellent. No substitutions during restaurant week but all is well.
Seafood Unlimited is a smallish, cosy place with a bar decorated with marine life in glass tiles. They are cash only, but they have an on site atm. On the plus side, they allow you to bring your own wine at no charge.
It was Philly Restaurant Week so there was a limited fixed price menu. We ordered salmon (nicely done with a hoisin glaze) and shrimp over orrichette: delicious.
They have a nice selection of both wined and cocktails. I had a blood orange rye old fashioned that was nicely crafted.
Our server was polite but a little perfunctory: no biggie. The small, narrow space was busy but not noisy even at capacity.
Worth a visit!
When we can order from the full menu, I expect to be able to give them 5 stars.
Our meal was excellent we were shock on how well the steak was cooked and the taste was awesome
This was a real find, my husband and went here on Friday for Restaurant week. The ambience is very nice. It's not a huge place and it can get a little noisy but if you don't mind that, then you will be fine. We had the opportunity to meet the owners while we were there, a very nice surprise. The food was tasty we did not have to add any seasoning what so ever. The drinks were delicious, we will definitely return.
Super cute and quaint restaurant. They’re menu was very small and limited but overall I really enjoyed it. I don’t remember our dishes exactly but they we extremely good. They had a pasta dish that was to die for, corn/crab chowder, and a lettuce wrap. I will definitely be back for take out.
My husband and I have been going to Seafood Unlimited for years. Owners are friendly and know our names , the table we like, and the service is excellent. We feel at home here.
The restaurant was very nice. Our server was very attentive and the ambiance was pleasant. I went for restaurant week and the menu offered good options. I was pleased with the beverage menu and the drinks were very good.
Food and service was amazing. Definitely would recommend to a friend and I will definitely be going back.
Small portions, but the food was delicious
Always excellent and fresh seafood with very pleasant service supervised by one of the owners who are always present
A favorite neighborhood spot. Good food at reasonable prices. Tried mussels in green sauce and scallops with mushrooms - both excellent.
Great food and service as always! Bill is great!
Unlimited Mussels every Monday with three sauces!
Always delicious and best value in town but they have so much more on extensive menu and everything is fresh and well prepared. Great family run business and owners are friendly and always around to insure all goes well.
entree was very good but skip the carrot cake - absolutely no taste.
This weekend was my second visit to your restaurant. I enjoyed your little cosy restaurant along with the beautifully garnish dishes. Each time the meal was tasty and well prepared. Although the portions could have been a little larger ( i am a big guy ). The only complaint I have is on my last visit I had the lobster and it was served split down the middle with the guts still on the lobster in sight. I didn't care for the visional. I looked past it. But if my girlfriend have been there it would have gross her out. She was supposed to be there but couldn't make it at the last minute. Maybe you should warned people about how it's served. Maybe I might be ignorant to serving a lobster but that just my opinion. Other wise everything else who excellent .
Our server was excellent . . .wish that I had her name . . . it was Monday, the 13th @6:15 pm . . . she was attentive, helpful and there was no rush . . . really nice menu options - love the Mermaid Menu
Great food and service as always
