The Seafood Shack at TI features market fresh catches of the day, huge shrimp, steamed clams, oysters in the shell, giant lobster tails, clam bakes for two as well as seafood salads and pastas, sourdough bowl chowder, fried calamari, and a cocktail and wine list fit for hardy fishermen, yacht cruisers and those pillaging the Las Vegas Strip for delicious, fresh seafood.
Food was good. Not much ambiance. Wait staff seemed a bit distracted, but overall good experience and I would go back again.
The only reason we decided to dine here is because we were taking my great aunt to see Mystere and she likes seafood. The grilled salmon and blacked tilapia were ok. The brussels sprouts tasted and looked like the kind you grew up being afraid to eat. Yuck. The oysters were horrific. And the cocktails were flavorless. The price point was way off for the quality and taste of food. We would also been better off eating fast food.
Food really good service good just felt a bit rushed
Our waiter was great! I told him we have a show to go to in an hour and he made it super fast for us. Also it’s my moms bday and i asked him for a cake with a candle and they comped it too!
Convienant location within hotel.Great selection, unusual apoetizers. We had lobster corn beignets. They were really good.Hotel offered a coupon for a buy one get one meal, which was handy. Seafood platter and trout were great . Dessert tempting, but to full to sample.I would recommend this place to anyone.
Very generous portions and good quality seafood. The seafood crepes were fabulous.
Food was overpriced and average. Did not care for seafood broth or rice. Lobster-stuffed salmon was decent. Clam chowder was average. Pina Colada was very good. Noise level was very loud.
ordered crab legs and they came very hard to crack, asked server to take it back or give me a scissors so i could open it but they simply did not have it. I could not enjoy the most expensive meal on the menu
The food quality was well below average. Crab cakes were not done and fried food items were mushy.
Our meals and drinks were very good. The service was good enough. We enjoyed the unique setting. We arrived an hour before our reservation so we spent an hour in the bar which is at the front of the restaurant facing the casino. The stale smoke stench definitely knocked our appetites down a notch but luckily the air inside the dining area was better.
My blackened sea bass was over-seasoned but otherwise good and everything that came with it was excellent. My wife said her blackened trout was perfect and was far less seasoned.
We would definitely go back.
The meal was reasonable with the Treasure Island vouchers. Food was tasty and cooked to order. Our waiter was nice.
Best Seafood Restaurant in Vegas highly recommend! We make sure we visit at least once or twice while in Vegas!
It was pretty decent, we enjoyed it. The gish and chips were really good.
I think that they sat us TOO close to an Arguing couple, for ONE!. Then, when my food came, the fish was Full of grease that should have been drained. Other than that, the drinks (Mojito's) were fantastic and spot-On!. Thanks for reading!.
The food was excellent and the service was friendly. Thought it would be a nicer looking place but it’s cool.
It was merely ok. Nothing I’d ever revisit again. Not bad, but not great.
Great service and great food! We made a reservation so were able to be seated immediately
Magaritias were great and the blackberry Mojito. We have the lobster shack tacos, lobster Mac & cheese and lobster stuffed mushrooms. It was all excellent.
The service was the best part of the meal..... While my meal was comped my lobster came out not once but twice mushy... I sat watching everyone else eat meals!
My appetite was not there and I left and had a meal else where later in the evening!
The food was good and the service was excellent...the sea bass I had was cooked perfectly ..
The selection of Seafood entries was very good. The Lobster salad was loaded with Large pieces of Lobster but there was a spicy sauce in addition to the salad dressing that some folks might not like. But the salad was really really good! The Salmon and the sea bass entrees were served piping hot and were delicious to the taste. The final order for our table was the bacon wrapped scallops. There were six large scallops served hot with a great sauce. The whole meal left everyone in our party very satisfied and pleased with the Seafood Shack. We all plan to return soon.
The only bad thing was that my card was overcharged for the meal. I’m calling to get things worked out so we will see how that goes.
The greeter was nice. The waiter was nice but very slow. He was over extended. He couldn't handle his area. The food was nasty and bland.
Fish was overcooked and didn't have any flavor despite being grilled and blackened. The steamed veggies were barely cooked they were nearly raw. I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone, as a matter of fact, as we were leaving, another couple was coming by and asked how it was and we said don't bother.
Shrimp ceviche was excellent. I'd the king crabs and they were delicious just wish they portion was larger since it was $49.95.
Vegas is way over rated as a restaurant town
Over-hyped and over-priced. That being said, Seafood Shack is almost a value. Straightforward menu good quality good selection great service. If you’re just looking for seafood without the hype ( and expense) consider this
Dinner before Show
Great food at reasonable prices. Service was quick. Server was very helpful and friendly. Would recommend this eatery to all.
We were there for my husband’s birthday and we were underwhelmed by the food. My husband had sea bass and I had a tilapia sandwich and both of our dishes were over cooked. The waiter even noticed it and he did take off the price of the mushrooms, which were awesome by the way. I just feel like there are better restaurants in Vegas than this one.
Not going back food was horrible
great food and great service, adding additional writing to make the stupid review requirement of at least 50 characters
Great option for casual dining, convenient as it was only hotel.
Overpriced and overhyped. Portions are TINY, the food is just OK. At the beginning of service the waiter was in such a rush he almost spilled the water on me then he got friendlier. I wish the evening would've been better, I took my husband there for his birthday dinner and we ended up getting some IN N OUT after a show and a bit of gambling. To summarize: MEH
Our table was just too close to the people next to us. Their conversations was x rated, so yikes. Food was good, not oh wow. I had clam chowder, its in a bread bowl and the broth quickly sucked into the bread so you could eat it with a fork. Waitress was slow, but nice. The decor is awesome. Menu was good not so many items your overwhelmed but good choices. Bread stuck are yummy.
Fast friendly service. The food was good.
Pretty marginal seafood, to be honest. The crab stuffed mushrooms were excellent so we thought we were headed down the track of a great meal. Then we got our steamer bowl of mussels and clams and they were pretty meh. We were hungry a few short hours later. There are plenty of other good seafood options in LV.
Fabulous! Was recommended to us and we were not disappointed - My only regret was that we didn't have enough time to go back on this trip to try another menu item. Next trip for sure!
Very good assortment of seafood to choose from on the menu. Cod was excellent. My friend had very tasty oysters. Even the corn on the cob was very delicious. Bartender pours a really good drink as well.
Great food and great dirty martinis! Clam Chowder and lobster mushrooms were awesome. Seafood combo, Scallops and angel hair pasta. All good!
Great food, excellent, casual ambiance, and great service. Loved eating here...
