The SeaVenture Restaurant located on the beach in California Central Coast wine country, the third floor Restaurant allows you to take in breathtaking sunsets and panoramic beach and ocean views from large picture windows and outdoor decks.     Service was excellent. We had 2 seafood dishes that were both delicious. The calamari appetizer was perfect, with some mild jalapeños included and tasty sauces.

    The filet mignons were amazing! The server was great with my husband’s allergy! It was rather expensive and the lights were too low. But overall it was great!

    Ocean views pretty much throughout the restaurant; indoor and outdoor seating available. Our party of 2, celebrating a birthday sat indoors. Sunday Brunch menu only until 1:30pm. Varied options, but still limited. Huevos Rancheros and the Eggs Benedict very tasty. Mimosas are $5 and separate price for unlimited. Had the cheesecake for dessert which had a lighter taste than most cheesecakes. Regular coffee was good. Our waiter, Sam was very personable and attentive. He accommodated us when we asked to move because of raucous laughter from nearby table. Sea Venture is a local restaurant with wonderful views, great staff and a decent bar and regular menu. It is at the far end of the downtown pier area next to a parking lot making it easy from crowds and providing ample parking. We've been here for many occasions, including New Years' celebrations, dinners and appetizers. Wine list is decent.

    Greeters was nice upon arrival. After ordering and getting our drinks we had to ask the waiter for our bread. Server did not come by often enough to see how things were. I also thought the portions compared to the price was not worth it. Our family would not go back again.

    Entree quality, good service, ocean views, and ambience make Sea Venture one of my favorite places to dine. As a local we've dined at Sea Venture numerous times and it is where we take our friends and family visiting us on the Central Coast.

    Simon and his staff invariably treat us like old and cherished friends no matter how much time has passed since our previous visit. Thanksgiving Day was no exception. A true 5 star dining experience overlooking the beach and ocean on a glorious 70 degree day. Perfect!

    We had our first stay at Sea Venture for one night, and were so satisfied w/everything, that we definitely plan on returning but staying for more nights. The staff was very friendly…the food was excellent and our room w/the hot tub on the balcony was perfect.

    We sat on the patio overlooking the beach for brunch, service was a little slow. My French Toast was lacking flavor but I added an egg and that and the bacon were the best. Wife had a BLTA on a croissant and that was very good.

    Jim, our server, was attentive and delightful! Food was wonderful except a mishap with my steak, which Jim made right. Lovely spot for a beautiful experience. Jim was a gem!!!

    When I read that SeaVenture had a new Brunch menu. we were SO excited, as we have previously enjoyed the other interesting offerings with the bar and small-plate menus Our favorite restaurant along the Pismo "strip" has also started doing weekend brunch, but with a prixe fixe menu that was WAY too expensive for my elderly small group; so SeaVenture was it. I had a hankering for the lobster Benedict, which I'm sure was divine, but I can't eat that much and no one in my group wanted to share. Anyway, our findings: the bottomless Mimosa is in fact a good deal at $15. The regular Benedict is just "ok" with a soggy muffin, but perfectly poached eggs. The real problem this last Sunday was the staffing: they came, they went - actually disappeared, and then reappeared. Overall SLOW. We managed, but the group was not happy.

    me and my wife went in here to have a nice seafood dinner. We both ordered the halibut with the shrimp and lobster risotto which I highly recommend. It was outstanding. Also had a couple cocktails that were both really good. The staff was outstanding. Service from Jim and all of the staff was great. go here he won’t be disappointed.

    We had great service. Our waiter was very attentive and jovial. I had the pistachio crusted halibut. It was moist and flaky. The risotto was creamy. All the flavors blended together wonderfully. They also had nice selection of central coast wines. Great experience.

    The food was amazing; the server we had was what one would expect at a wonderful restaurant as the Sea Venture. Benji was vey personable, attentive, and offered great suggestions when we asked. The service is impeccable!

    The service, accommodations and dinner were excellent. We thought so much of the experience that I took a business card from the restaurant so I could directly compliment the Chef, Edward Ruiz, as the food was absolutely perfect. My wife had the Filet Mignon, and I had the Crusted Halibut with Lobster/Seafood Risotto. Both were absolutely perfect... I would also like to express my gratitude to the wait and hotel staff as everyone was very pleasant and helpful. We will absolutely be back again and again...

    Great venue. We were a party of 4. Service was good. Everyone else enjoyed their brunch. I had eggs benedict. Unfortunately the yolks on both eggs were hard.

    We had high expectations, but we’re disappointed with food and service this time. Our filets were both cooked quite a bit past what we ordered, and the potatoes were burnt on the bottom. Our server was polite, but not very attentive. We had to ask for help most of the time instead of him checking on us and offering things like refills. I wanted this experience to be great as we were married at the Seaventure 15 years ago, but it was unfortunately an overall disappointing experience.

    We had an amazing experience celebrating our engagement and my fiancés birthday. The entire staff made us feel so special and the food was amazing! Our server Jess was attentive, friendly, knowledgeable, and some of the best service we’ve ever had. This is our new favorite spot :)

    The Pismettes with their three sauces were a delight. My husband declared the pan seared half chicken as the best chicken dish he has ever had. The seafood vol-au-vent was nicely done. And great service with a smile.
