About SEA Vegas: The Thai Experience
The restaurant opened its first location in Brooklyn, N.Y. in 2002. The restaurant’s sleek modern design made it a perfect backdrop for films such as "Garden State" and "Sex and the City." After seven successful years in Brooklyn, SEA opened a second location in the Meat Packing District, becoming a favorite dining location for many New Yorkers. Now making its way to the Las Vegas Strip, SEA at Bally's Las Vegas offers guests a fresh, exotic destination to experience the flavorful taste of Thai food and the aroma of Asian spices as they enjoy the ambiance of the Bangkok-inspired modern design.

SEA Vegas: The Thai Experience Ratings and Reviews
I have eaten at this restaurant for several years while attending conferences. The food is always great. I was disappointed this time to find a “party” service charge on my bill. There were four of us and adding $30.00 seem pretty excessive and I will reconsider my restaurant choice next year.
We were a group of 6, then 7, then 9. Wasn't a problemm, we had a table for us. Actually 2, because we were initially under the (too powerful) AC so they were kind enough to accomodate us and move us to the next table. Still a bit under the AC (the only issue of the night).
Overall, it was great. Food is excellent. Ambiance is quiet, and you can talk across the table without having to howler. Priceless in Vegas !
Sea in Vegas is nearly identical to the New York one, only with higher prices. The New York one has a better aura and scenery though as it is more entrancing. The food here is good, not amazing, but the server was super friendly and I really loved that. Their fried rice dishes are still the go-to here, along with their noodles so those would be my recommendations. The place is inside Bally's Hotel lobby all the way to the back so just a heads up if you're there looking for it.
Always a good meal at Sea! This was our 3rd time at this restaurant over the past few years. Service is always great too. Some items are priced well but others are very high. Crab meat fried rice was $28 and although it was very good, the price seemed to be very high.
First thing First... This restaurant will charge you for booking a reservation through any reservation system, DO NOT USE OPEN Table unless you are ok with being charged after your meal (they don’t tell you upfront). It is listed on your dinner receipt, very shady!!
Not let’s talk about the food, portions are the smaller side for a Thai restaurant but was perfectly fine for us.
Tom Yum soup was good, Steamed Dumpling App was good.
Entrees: Green Stir Fry lacked all flavor, Drunken Noodles were decent but nothing to write home about.
$4.00 for a hot tea WOW.. at least it should have been a good loose tea blend then not a tea bag!!! Talk about raping your customers!
I won’t begin to tell you what the food did to my wife and I...
The servers were nice, service was quick. The place is cute, we were seated next to a room they put a large party into, our server left to take care of that party and we ended up with a new server. She was nice although did not speak English as well. Personally I think I can think of better Thai restaurants to go to in Vegas.
This was our 2nd time to eat at SEA. Last time was amazing, this time was just OK. Drunken noodles used to have finely chopped vegetables and chicken and now it's big chunks. Not quite as good as before. We did buy the Groupon to get $100 for $69, it makes it a better value. I would try again. We had fast, efficient service and food was good enough.
We used a groupon which was a great deal. Server was friendly and quick. Appetizers came quickly and were delish. We ordered the crab rangoons and lettuce wraps. Both excellent. We both only had water but refills were constant. For mains we both ordered curry. Both were very good did not mind ordering the rice as an extra as they could include and increase the price. My wife did not want rice anyways. Would go back next trip out and recommend to others to try. Location was a bit hard to find. I would give yourself extra time to find it.
The restaurant was challenging to find because it is within the Bally's Casino complex which wasn't clear from the restaurant description or Google Maps. We stood at reception for 5 minutes before anyone approached to seat us, which we thought was pretty inhospitable. We were given a nice table and assured that we could be served in a time frame that accommodated our show. The food was very good and served speedily. In fact it made it to the table before our drinks did and we had to request our drinks again. To our surprise and annoyance, rice was not included in the entre but is an additional charge. Lastly, they recorded us as a no show even though we specified when we gave our name that it was through Open Table. Thanks to Open Table for sorting that out quickly. I obviously have reservations (no pun intended) about this restaurant but would recommend it with the following privisos: do not go under time pressure and the service delays will be less aggravating: although listed as a $$ restaurant on Open Table, it is more like a $$$ or $$$$ when you actually order a meal.
Really enjoyed our dinner here service was fast, and drunken noodles level 4 and spicy green curry level 3 were outstanding! Crab rangoons were good, the honey walnut shrimp was too mayo covered and meh. But I would come back for the entrees over and over. Yes pricy for Thai but nice ambiance!
I would not recommend this restaurant, even with the Groupon that I had. A meal for two people with one glass of wine was $100. The quality of the food was not worthy of a $100. Additionally, service was extremely slow and did not bother to check on his tables during dinner.
Solid 4 Stars. YES, we would go back. LONGER VERSION: We are locals, and she is a former Thai Chef from Chiang Mai, and had never been to SEA, so we wanted to try. It was Very Good. COCKTAILS: My companion ordered a Mai Tai - which she found very good. I had a glass of Super Tuscan, and my gripe for the evening was that the wine was warm. Should be served very slightly chilled, it seemed even warmer than room temperature. FOOD: Kept it simple tonight, ordering the Garlic Prawns and the Pineapple Fried Rice with Shrimp. Both the prawns and the shrimp were very good sized, and both dishes were very tasty. We would order them again. SERVICE, Etc. Service was very good. Couples - ask for a table next to the fountain/pond - kind of cool. This is a very good place and Yes, we will be back.
We went to the place while on a work trip. There were ten of us, two who arrived 20 minutes late. We all had to have itemized, separate checks and then separate checks for any alcohol. They were unflappable and so accommodating. The food was delicious and the portions exceedingly generous. They varied the spice levels on request and when one member of our party simply didn't like her dish, is they easily replaced it and got her a new entree very quickly.
Those of us who had cocktails really enjoyed them. I had the Bee's Knees and it was delicious. We had kosher and vegans and teetotalers in our group and everyone had a great meal and a lovely time. They were willing to adapt any recipe to meet dietary needs or just people's tastes. Since I picked the place, I was so happy to see our disparate group all enjoy a delicious meal in a lovely and relaxed setting.
