Made reservations for 2:30PM on a Saturday and arrived 10 minutes early. We were told we needed to wait about 15 minutes. I was a little confused as at least half the tables were empty. We were asked to wait in the bar area. We ordered a round of drinks and waited, watched the game, very comfortable!! We almost didn't want to leave when they called us.
This place hasn't disappointed us yet, service and food always on point. For the amount of food served, the prices are extremely reasonable. Your going to leave with leftovers, unless you want to be rolled out of there.

Another great experience at Sea shore. The seafood and cooking has been reliable over the years. I ordered swordfish and even though they had the Easter menu they were able to simple change to the way I like it. My girlfriend order the crab legs and enjoyed them. She has enjoyed every meal we have ordered since I introduced her to Sea Shore., I commend the Ownership and chefs for keeping up the quality. The waiters and bus boys do a great job and have been attentive. Keep up the great work.

It is always great food. Was a busy night and crazy delays. No apology for wait though we had a reservation. No free drink or appetizer while we waited. Though we mentioned occasion in resevationit was not acknowledged. No manager came to our table all night, even when it got less busy. Few tables were clearly regulars and got lots of attention though it was busy. Will celebrate next occasion at JP’s around the corner.

Very good restaurant, and the food is amazing .The waiter is friendly and the restaurant is fancy with white tables. I would like a better smell inside the bathroom.

I didn’t receive my drink until I was about to finish up my food and I ordered my drinks and food at the same time. It also took a while for my food to come out , my waiter did not check on me. If it wasn’t for the bussers I would not have received any service at all.

great food and service. super expensive and whoever cooked the steak needs to learn how to flip the steaks so it cooks evenly.

Service was beyond awful, were sitting for over an hour before the server told us that something one of us ordered was not fresh and to make a different choice. It then too over an hour more to get our food

Everything was amazing. I've been coming to Seashore since the 90s.

My family and I weren't able to get together for Christmas, so this was a belated celebration. We had a lovely table by the window and enjoyed delicious fish dinners. The grilled shrimp on my Caesar Salad was the best! The 3 course luncheon is affordably priced, too! Everyone said I picked a perfect location for our gathering. Restaurant was a bit crowded...so only down note was that our service was a bit slow. Other than that, no complaints and will return again.

While I do love coming here, I was slightly disappointed with the overall experience I had. I was celebrating my wife’s birthday and I’m not too sure why there wasn’t much effort on the part of the staff when I expressed that upon arriving for our reservation. I mean, I do like this place, but I feel they dropped the ball on this one.

Went there Sat, 11/4/17. Their toilet was broken & the entire front of the restaurant smelled like sewer backup. Waitress Maria was terrible. Our food took 2hrs to come out. Everyone that arrived after us left before us. Then food came out cold. This place used to be decent. Staff needs to be retrained. Front check-in Manager (Older Female) is very rude. Go elsewhere!

My annual luncheon at the Sea Shore with 5 friends who I've known for over
50 years (!!) was great (as usual)... They seated us by the window overlooking the water, and let us stay as long as we liked. We enjoyed lively conversation & lots of laughs, complemented by our delicious 3 course meals & the great ambiance.
Keith, our waiter, was attentive & friendly and made our visit that much more enjoyable.
Thank you , Sea Shore, for being the perfect setting for our group's reunion each year.
We'll be back again next year for sure! And, my husband and I are planning on coming for lunch sometime soon. :-)

Not much going on in City Island food-wise, so I suppose this was as good as the next place. We sat outside for lunch on a warm October Sunday afternoon. The lunch came with a house salad which was fine, and had a little cup of tiny shrimp, which decided looked dubious. We had lobster rolls which were fine. But just fine, nothing memorable or exceptional.

Delicious! Get the shellfish feast will not be disappointed

I had the scallops and jumbo shrimp fry combo which was excellently prepared though I got fries insted of the baked potato I ordered. Wife and daughter had shrimp over pasta dishes which may have been outside their area of expertise. Stick to the Seafood entrees and be happy is my advice.

This is my third time at this restaurant and the food is very good and plentiful you will take a doggie bag home.

Lunch by the Sea
I rarely go out for lunch but my lunch companion drove down from Connecticut and from the valet parking to Felix's smooth and efficient service this was a wonderful outing. though i chose my meal from the lunch menu the full menu was a variety of options for my lunch companion. I simply enJOYed the Broiled Seafood Combo and a bowl of new england clam chowder, this is the first time i did not go home with left overs. My lunch companion on the other hand chose to start with the King Crabmeat Cocktail and the appetizer portion of the Baby Back Ribs. He was delighted with the tender texture and taste of both. After our included salads my combo and his med-rare Sesame Seared Tuna arrived along side the fettuccine in garlic and olive oil. The warm fresh beard was replenished and the whole meal was a gastronomic delight.

Went for my daughters birthday, service was great food is always excellent,the wait staff brought over a cake and sang Happy Birthday to my daughter,we go back here all the time.

Food was bland and portion size was small for the price. Service was great. We liked the location.

Their food is usually good. Maybe they were having a bad night. The bread was burnt and they didnt slice it up like they usually do. No corn bread was served, and the pickled vegetables that they served most of it was missing. The most disappointing thing was my virgin pina colada. It was so watery and the ice wasn’t blended properly. It wasn’t smooth and creamy like the last time I had it. Oh! And the food was extremely salty.

We enjoyed dinner very much. The food and service we're great. Great crab cake appetizer, delicious fried scallops. View is so so.

SeaShore is an excellent place to dine, the service is Great, Portions sizes were Amazing and The Food was very Delicious!!!!
I definitely would revisit and recommend SeaShore to others!!!

Coming to this restaurant for many years. Our waitress was very attuned to our needs . The service was extremely good. Will return again.

Great service, delicious fresh fish and all the fixings. Nice water view on top of that.

The lunch menu included soup or salad , entree, dessert and coffee or tea. Good selection. Sitting outside by the waterfront was delightful. The negative was our waiter. He showed annoyance for our simple requests. Our soup was brought out luke warm and without soup spoons . Whatever we requested was brought out late. Waiters should try to make customers feel comfortable , not intimidated.

21st birthday dinner

We were celebrating our 21 wedding anniversary together B4 our night of Jazz at the NYBG. Our table was reserved by he water as requested and the food and waiter service were excellent. Made some brownie points that night.

Great food and huge menu. Usually great service however this time the waiter was not available enough. Didn't bring a cracker to break open the crab legs or a bowl to put Empty shells in after multiple requests. Was very hard to get served correctly. However, the food was great as always.
