Sea Fire Grill Ratings and Reviews
This restaurant was underwhelming. The food was great but the service failed to deliver. My wife and I enioy sitting at the bar to eat but I don’t recommend it here. The bar seems to be for drinking only while waiting on your table. As I said the food was excellent. The octopus could have had a bit more seasoning but was good and the crab cake was excellent. The wine list caters to the high end with very few reasonably priced options for robust reds. Food prices are also on the high side with salads pushing $20 and all entrees running 30 to 50.
Excellent quality seafood in a lovely setting. Service is very professional and waiter was knowledgable about the menu. We were seated in a timely manner. We were four people and each of us had a different entree, tuna, halibut, grouper special and a lobster. Everyone enjoyed their selections which were beautifully presented and delicious. This was our second time at Sea Fire Grill and we will definitely return.
Birthday for my son.It was a busy Saturday night but I didn’t feel rushed. The waiter and Host were very nice. The food was exceptional and the waiter helped guide us
Based on our preferences. We will definitely be back.I did have to discretely ask the Host to bring a special dessert for my sons B Day with a candle and he acknowledged after I spoke to him that he did see that on the reservation but he never mentioned it until I mentioned it.No big deal.It is very pricey but worth it for the right occasion
To their credit: the service was very good and attentive. Comfortable dining room. Nice vibe.
To their detriment: WAY TOO SALTY! I got the seared yellowfin. He got the blackened swordfish. Mine was seared perfectly, but was swimming in a bowl of soy sauce and not much else. So salty it was inedible. His swordfish was also cooked just right, but then overseasoned with a blackening seasoning that was, also, mostly salt.
The manager was extremely gracious, and staff was apologetic. But the food was beyond redemption, and at the end of the day, dining out is really about the FOOD, isn't it?
Went for Valentine’s Day with my wife we both ordered the surf n turf & our 🥩 didn’t come out as ordered. Both 🥩 came out warm not well done as asked for took steaks back but bought us back same steak not a new 1. Ari our waiter was awesome 👏 he made sure everything thing was alright he wasn’t hovering
This was hands down one of the best restaurant experiences I have ever had. The staff was exceptional, caring to our every need and really going the extra mile to provide great service ESPECIALLY one of the managers by the name of Scott. Not to mention the food was fantastic! I will definitely be dining here again!
Food was fabulous. A delicious selection of starters. The entree portions were large and the menu offers a good variety of pasta, fish and red meat options. The atmosphere is cozy but spacious enough for a medium sized group at one table not to be cramped. The service and staff were A+--Attentive and friendly. Would highly recommend it for a nice evening out.
The only thing that detracted from a higher rating was the table. Bad enough, we asked for a 'romantic table' if possible - there are many corners in the restaurant, with nice banquettes, where we could dine side-by-side. Instead, we got THE WORST table possible - it was tiny. THe bread basket could barely fit on the table when that is all we had on the table! Once food came, the basket had to go because there was no space. Our 2 dishes barely fit on the table and, since we were not drinking alcohol, the wine glasses were removed from the table, so you would think we would have plenty of room!
The food was delicious, the service kind, attentive. But the table literally spoiled the evening, especially when we saw other, larger tables, available. It was also disappointing that no one asked if we were celebrating anything - most high end restaurants want to learn more about their clientele. It was our 11 year anniversary, and these days that IS something worth celebrating!
Menu is from a different era. Waiter argued with diner about cooking fish until it was not raw. Unable to place the order we wanted. They forgot to put a candle in dessert we ordered JUST because it was a special occasion, despite alerting them at reservation, then again upon entering. Really not acceptable at these prices.
My 40th Birthday dinner was fantastic from start to finish. We ordered the Truffle Barrata, Steak Tartar w/Caviar, Hamachi Crudo, Oysters Rockefeller, and Lobster Bisque to start. The bisque was probably the best i’ve ever had and I have tried many a variation. Very well balanced flavor and texture. The Porterhouse we ordered was cooked perfectly medium rare and the Branzino was exceptional. And our desserts ended a perfect meal. Passion Fruit Panna Cotta with Chocolate Ganache was the star closing dish. Thanks for a phenomenal and unforgettable meal.
