Use to love this place. This time I dint care for it to much.
The waiter was cold, rushed us, and didn’t check on us at all to make sure anything was ok. Japanese side of the menu was not available with no explanation. They didn’t ask us about more drinks, dessert, or anything. We were in and out in 30 minutes. The music was way too loud. Will never eat here again.

We have been to this restaurant few years ago and the overall decline since then was astonishing. Granted this could be covid related but The restaurant went from a trendy spot with amazing food and drinks and service to basically a step above a neighborhood Chinese joint. We were there on a Saturday late afternoon. Upon ordering we were told that they don’t have the sushi bar even tho online their menu featured extensive sushi menu. When my friend asked for a vodka saketini he was told they don’t make that. To which he said you have vodka and Sake why can’t u mix them together. At the end of the night we were told they don’t have any dessert/ don’t serve any. It was a bizarre experience to say the least. We ordered a red curry dish which was very tasty but was overwhelmingly spicy even tho we all like spicy food this was tough to eat. The place has lost its authenticity it once had and the service was really awful. We had multiple waiters/waitresses serving our table and the overall result of that nobody looked after our table. No extra napkins, no “how’s your food”.... nothing. Very disappointing

Under the circumstances the restaurant is trying its best to follow CDC guidelines. Not really a complaint just a FYI if you make a reservation for the same time the place opens know you will be cold. Besides that I’d go there again.

Although we had a reservation, we still had to wait 15 minutes for our table. It was pretty chaotic. They also don’t have sushi , which is the reason we went. I wish we would have known.

Food was ok, but the service was terrible, rude staff, they pretended like we were invisible when trying to get their attention.
I made a reservation and showed up early for the 7:30pm reservation spot. There wasn’t any organization. The same line to walk up and get a table was the same line you had to wait to get a reservation in, which doesn’t make any sense. The food was over cooked. Wasn’t a good experience. I took into account COVID but that shouldn’t have any bearing on organization or food quality

Made reservations for 2 at 10pm. Didn’t get seated till 11:20. If there’s a flood of people or an over booking of reservations, have a time limit on tables. 2 hour limit for people dining. It’s so simple
Very poor cleanliness standard. They are certainly not following any Covid guidelines. The tables were dirty, the glasses were also not clean. The service was very slow, since they had more than double the capacity and half the staff. Had a terrible experience and disgusted by how they are overlooking public safety to make more money.
Made a reservation for 9pm and still had to wait 20 minutes upon arrival. Had extreme difficulty getting the waiters attention. Food came out before our drinks! Food was extremely overpriced for a VERY small portion. I use to frequent here years ago... quality and service has definitely went down.
As soon as we got to the restaurant we were immediately seated and taken care of in less than 5 mins! My food came out extremely quick and it was all so good including the drinks! I love this restaurant never had a problem with them and it feels like they came back stronger than before!
