Scott’s Seafood on the River has always been one of our favorites! We feel like family there and always satisfied with the food...I think the bar prices are a bit steep but I would assume you would have to make up for some of the loss on the good food prices..
Taking a walk around the property is such a delight on the water...
Brunch menu is awesome..and Happy Hour and Horadourves are the bomb!! Not to mention nice dinners!!
The waiters are always pleasant and helpful and the buss boy, Dywane is hard working and his dress and manorizims are professional...It would be nice to see him promoted to a waiter or have him train under a waiter...he would be an asset..
We look forward to many more years at Scott’s!

The calamari took less than 5 minutes to come out. I don't understand how you can take the order & pushout foodbthatfast made it seem frozen & way over fried. The Cioppino was meh. Disappointed especially at that price bread was way too cheesy.

The food was fantastic. We had fresh oysters, fried calamari, linguini with prawns and the halibut. Everything was amazing and even though it was a bit pricey , I would come back again for a special occasion.

Good overall, the New York steak is not exceptional but the prawns were good. Avoid the dessert!

The service was good; The restaurant is outdated and desperately in need of a "make over". It has no class and has a "coffee shop" atmosphere. Some of the staff (especially in the reception area), did not dress in a professional manner so It's not a very good impression when you first walk in. The food is very good (especially the Clam Chowder) however it is overpriced for a place that does not meet any criteria for fine dining except for the prices on the menu. Changes are needed in ambiance and professionalism to justify their current dining prices.

Best part of Scott's Seafood is Happy Hour; excellent prices and great food at happy hour (the battered shrimp are to die for!) and as busy as it was our server was very attentive.
Parking is terrible so unless you pay $10 for valet parking you will need to walk quite a distance.
We will not be returning to Scott's on the River.

My colleague and I enjoyed our first time at this restaurant. Limited vegan options. Lighting a bit too low. I would definitely return, though due to great food and service.

Simply delicious! We were a party of four who all ordered different meals and every plate exceeded expectations. Service was excellent and accommodated special request without hesitation. This was our 3rd visit to Scott's. We will be back.

The only thing wrong with this location is the parking lot. You have to walk quite a ways to park and then walk back to your car. That is, unless you want to pay $10 for valet and I don't trust valets with my car. I've watched too many 20/20's and 60 Minutes for that!

Scott’s knows how to do it up right! Besides the great service, amazing food, and ambiance, a birthday guest indulges in a free dessert and goes home with a complimentary bottle of champagne!
What more could you ask for?

I met my children there for brunch. The atmosphere was very nice but the food was bland and while our server was nice, the service was slow and the servers seem to disappear when needed for something extra. Too expensive for what it was.

My friend and I had a girl's, sans Kids and Hubby, breakfast date last weekend and our main reason for choosing Scott's Seafood on the River was so that we could sit outside and see the river and the boats. It was my second visit and it was even better than the first. We shared Creme Brulee French Toast...to die for ❤️ , scrambled eggs and a seasonal berry cup of perfectly riped blueberries with some blackberries and strawberries. A delicious cappuccino rounded it out. Our Server, Scott, made everything even more outstanding. He was just fantastic in all aspects as well as charming and funny. Breakfast at Scott's was just an awesome reason to get up early on a Saturday morning, bundle up and enjoy a beautifully prepared breakfast Al fresco. We caught one of the last weekend to sit outside and we can't wait for April when the patio will be open again for service! Twice now 5 Stars!!

My friends and I are brunch fans. We eat all over town and know what to expect. We happen to not eat pork and I feel like that shouldn’t be such a hurdle when ordering breakfast. I privately asked the server if they had any turkey bacon or chicken sausage. She told me no. Then we look closer at the menu and find a chicken sausage. I was happy she was wrong. We order that dish and then order what looks to be a vegetarian dish called Huevos Rancheros. The server did mention the dish includes chorizo. I’m so thankful for that. Restaurants should be more careful when describing a dish. A menu should include a meat product in its list of ingredients. So my sister tries to order the dish minus the pork and the server made us all feel very uncomfortable for asking. We all felt so uncomfortable we just decided to leave. I’ve never left a restaurant after ordering.

It was our first time there, and it was a birthday celebration for myself. Everything was amazing!! I ordered the Filet Mignon with the shrimp served with garlic mashed potatoes; and my taste buds danced with every bite! My friend had the fettuccine Alfred with prawns; and the creamy sauce with the gigantic prawns didn’t allow one to put the fork down because it was all too delicious!

We went with friends on a Monday night. Our meals were cooked perfectly and delicious. The service was excellent! Normally, there is an option to sit outside. There were many empty table outside, but we were told we would have to wait at least 30 minutes. I suspect, since it was a Monday night, they didn't have the usual staff. It wasn't an big issue for us, but if you want to assure an outside table when you arrive, you may want to see if you can reserve one when you make reservations.

I booked this restaurant to celebrate our anniversary. I was looking for a special, upscale restaurant for this special occasion. Unfortunately, the food was not up to par with my expectations of an upscale restaurant. We ordered one entree from the menu and one of the entrees that was a special that evening. Both entrees were highly under seasoned and when they hit our table the entrees were just warm and seemed as though they may have sat around. The server was not very friendly and never once checked to see how everything was. I had a Passport Unlimited offer and when I informed the server, she seemed annoyed I was using the offer. When she gave me my bill, she didn't explain the offer or what needed to be done. She assumed I had been there before and knew the protocol so when I asked her about what needed to be done, she was rude and not helpful. Its really unfortunate that I picked a place that I thought would have made our evening something special, but the loaf customer service and sub-par food was a complete disappointment for a special occasion.

We go to Scott's frequently. Usually have a good experience. So for our annual girls weekend decided to eat at Scotts as we were staying in the hotel. Terribly disappointing evening. Started when we sat in the bar to order a drink. The waitress told us she wouldn't take our order because the drinks would not arrive before we were seated. Seriously? Just plain rude and terrible customer service. Then we get seated at our table. Took 20 minutes to get our drink order. Then we waited one hour for our food to arrive. Of course it was luke warm. Unbelievably poor service and disappointing food. Sorry I recommended it for this special occasion.

The waitress took a long time to take our order. We had been seated at least 15 minutes and ended up asking the manager about the delay. The manager brought us water and bread, then finally the waitress came to take our order. The waitress never came to ask if we wanted drink refills. The bill was slow to arrive also, which by that time there was only us and one other table with two people. The food was great, we had the filet mignon/grilled shrimp. Great experience if you have time and are not starving when you arrive! Also, parking............that is quite a hike if you are in heels! We asked the parking attendant if there was additional parking in front, he was not very helpful, maybe he could offer to shuttle people!

We love Scott’s. But tonight was a very big disappointment. Not the food or service, but the lack of customer service by one of the Managers. When we made this reservation we asked for a romantic booth. We were celebrating our wedding anniversary. After being told we could not have the booth we requested by the hostess, we were seated across from a table that was so loud we could not talk amongst ourselves. I immediately told our waiter. Nothing happened for the longest time. Finally a lady came by to fill our drinks but never asked us how we were doing, I thought she was a hostess helping fill drinks. When the waiter came back I told him the table was so loud that I got a headache He said that he had told the manager about the problem and asked if she came by. Apparently the person who we thought was a hostess was one of the Managers but she never mentioned the problem or how could she help us she just asked if she could fill the iced tea and that she was checking on us. That’s it! Finally after asking the waiter again the Same lady came back introducing herself as the Manager and said that she was told I wanted to talk to her. By this time we were finished with our meal and waiting for desert. We explained the situation to the said Manager which by this time nothing could be done. She made me feel like a liar by saying I was the only one who complained about the situation. She told me she was on the floor all night and didn’t hear any excessive noise. Her managerial skills were lacking here. You would have to be deaf not to hear this table. She apologized and said I should have told them sooner so they could move us and then just dismissed me!! I did tell them!!! At the beginning before our food came. She never even went over to the table to ask them to quiet down a bit. I realize this is a very delicate matter and everyone wants to enjoy themselves but this was ridiculous. Not even eating just drinking. So disappointed.
