Really overpriced for the quality of the food. We had high expectations because we’ve had brunch at Clink before and loved it. My husband was served undercooked pancakes twice and finally the manager came over and offered to make him something else. My eggs Benedict was pretty mediocre. We probably wouldn’t go to Scampo again. At least not for brunch.

My wife and I like to visit the Liberty Hotel for our anniversary for many reasons. One is the terrific dining options available on site. One of those restaurants is Scampo. We had our anniversary dinner on 4/20/18. Kelly greeted us at the front and was very sweet. John was our waiter and was terrific throughout our meal. We dined on mozzarella with crab and avocado for an appetizer, lobster pizza and tagliata of prime sirloin. All fantastic! Even the breadsticks and dip were so great as well. We even came back later in the night for a nightcap, and the 2 bartenders were fantastic and nice as can be. Highly recommend a visit to Scampo!

I was told to try the elephant ear and the bolognese - both were a let down! The elephant ear yet cool wasn't as yummy as expected and as far as the bolognese it had NO flavor despite adding salt and cheese. My father got the lobster, my mother the duck and they accommodated my brother's vegan requests with a pasta dish, and they were all pleased with their meals! The drinks were delicious! The apple crisp was another let down, but they did have a sparkler in the cookie plate for my mothers bday which was a nice touch! I think I'd maybe give this place another shot considering everyone else enjoyed their meals, but wouldn't rush to go back with the price and the quality of pasta I received!

We took my sister-in-law out to celebrate her 75th birthday. They never splurge on going out, and had just come from visiting their son in the hospital, so they both needed a break. Dinner was perfect. Pricey. Yes, definitely, but worth it to see how much they both enjoyed the food, ambiance and attention. It was a bit noisy for us "old fogies" as we could barely hear each other talk. But the food, wine and attention made up for it. Wonderful service, food was scrumptious, and the birthday sparkler was a big hit.

The food was delicious. However we felt rushed. More than 3 different servers kept asking me if I was finished. It is hard to enjoy your meal at this very expensive and special restaurant if you feel you must leave quickly to make your table available for someone else.

Fantastic a la carte brunch menu, started with the mozzarella with vine ripe tomato and basil, great sharing appetizer. I had the striped bass and langoustine special, my guests had chicken parmigiana with stuffed shells, and lobster folded chive omelette. The culinary passion and creativity is apparent with the preparation, presentation and great flavors of these dishes. The bloody Marys were excellent with a nice horseradish kick as well, don't miss the fresh datenut bread with marmalade butter, save room for the tiramisu. Service was friendly and superb, Chef made a table visit to cap off a wonderful experience.

Food was excellent, I had swordfish and my husband had Bolognese. Service was impeccable. Our waitress was extremely helpful and guided us through the entire menu. The only drawback I can think of is that it is extremely noisy. We went in a Wednesday night and it was at full capacity. Can’t even imagine a Friday or Saturday night. We will go back again though.

Had a great experience at Scampo. The food was excellent and the service was attentive but not intrusive. The hostess staff were not terribly friendly or accommodating, but other than that I highly recommend. The pasta dishes and appetizers were outstanding.

Really was one of the most amazing dinners we’ve had a while. Service was great. Attentive but not annoying. Food was top notch. Portion size probably more than we needed but we were warned by our waiter. Very nice setting. Overall it’s a 5 Star for us.

Food and service are outstanding. Pasta dishes make great appetizers, and tagliata was perfectly cooked and outstanding. Save room for desserts and be sure to check out wine list (many available by the glass). Enjoy.

I'm a fan. This is my third time at Scamp in the past few months and this time we were three. The restaurant didn't disappoint. My friends and I loved the fava bean spread that starts the dinner. Then two shared the Caesar salad; they thought it was very good. For the main meal, one had the spaghetti bolognese which he enjoyed; another had the pizza with garlic and anchovies which she thought was delicious. I had the Greek lamb chop starter along with the green beans tempura. The chops were rosy as ordered and perfectly seasoned and the feta mash was marvelous. I love green beans tempura and these were crispy best and came with two delicious sauces. I'm not a dessert person, but my friends are and they ordered two and declared both marvelous. I only tasted the apple crisp and agree! I love ice cream and both desserts had delicious flavored ones. This is my go-to for people who want great food, a lively ambiance, and don't mind paying for it.

Dinner at Scampo was wonderful ! From the moment we arrived , we loved every minute of the evening . Our waiter Kurt was superb !He was very pleasant , did not rush us , and was a delight. The menu is eclectic ( in a good way ) and it was hard to decide what to have . All 3 of our meals were delicious !
And of course we had to have dessert .. the tiramisu was unbelievable ! What a meal !

Restaurant week lunch was outstanding. The meal was delicious and well presented. The service, although earnest and well meaning, was clueless. Wrong wine served initially, plates not presented to correct diners, water glasses not refilled, bill taken away too soon, etc. I would expect better service from a restaurant of this high caliber.

We had dineoutboston menu. We loved every courses we had. The bread (ciabatta) was served warm which was a plus point for me. For main course I had the confit duck and it was so tasty. My friend had the same and she really liked the date risotto. It was sweet and savory. Not my thing tho. For the dessert, the combination of coffee bean and the sweet was a highlight. However, the almond cookie and coconut macaron in the cookie plate was too sweet to me. Other people might like it. My friend liked the chocolate one. Overall, the experience was brilliant. However, the server got wrong initially for my friend's main course and when my friend said she ordered cod rather than duck, the server insisted that she was not wrong and said she would double check with the kitchen which was ridiculous like it was the kitchen's order not my friend's. Other than that, I will consider to come back in the future. Can't wait to try the pizza there.

Everything was quite good except that the front of the house was disorganized and distracted. We checked in and had reservations, but waited for another 20 min due to them forgetting to seat us. The venue was exceptionally loud when full. Food was excellent , but the service a the front of the house would deter a repeat visit .

The Tandori Scallops are SO SPECIAL! A must order. Have had several meals here and always pair with a great cocktail. Brunch also really delicious. Can't go wrong for any special occasion - work or personal.

Scampo was outstanding! The food and service were amazing and the atmosphere was perfect. We shared the artichoke/proscuitto pizza and it was mouthwatering. I highly recommend the lobster savannah (the venerable)...you won't be disappointed!
