It was ok, I was expecting better. We were told about the “in house made cheese” and decided to try it. It was tasteless, pre-packaged, cubed cheese that they melted and formed into a ball. Didn’t like it. My son didn’t like the grilled cheese as it was made with the same rubbery tasteless cheese. Pasta dishes were pretty good nothing spectacular but decent. Service was a bit rushed, we were in and out very quickly for a restaurant that claims to prepare everything in house. More like reheated in house. We also had the meatball which was the best part of the meal. No different from any other chain restaurant.
The menu has changed & the choices are limited especially the Mains.. Food was not the greatest & overall a very disappointing dinner!!
Great menu and food was delicious! Love the ambiance and everything but it was very loud and service was a bit slow and nothing special.
Everything was delicious. Only qualm was that it was a little busy
My first visit to this restaurant was exceptional including the service. Our 2nd visit, the service was awful...the food was still top notch but when the service is poor it really tainted the overall experience.
Great food and service.
Love this place.
Fast seating it wasn’t so crowded overall great experience
Everything was great except for the level of noise. At times it was hard to hear what my friend was saying. I don't know why restaurants seem to have high ceilings which causes everyone's voices to carry.
The ambience is great at this location which is why I choose this one. However, it's always busy and the hosts are disorganized at times with the seating. I have never had bad service here, but last time our waitress was a bit unenthusiastic and in a bit of a rush. But overall, no major complaints. We did ask for the dessert menu at the end but never got that, got the check instead.
Only negative was that it was very loud music background wise and we had to yell at one another. We had to leave when the person around wore a ton of perfume/cologne. Beyond tolerable. Great food as always!!
We were seated next to a large party- noisy.
Service was very slow. Restaurant was empty when we got there but it took them 5 minutes to decide what table they want to put us at.
After we were seated we waited 15 to 20 minutes before we were even greeted by a server.
Overall food was pretty good so I can't say I wouldn't come back again.

Always a good time and good food.
Very disappointed and now satisfied at all. We picked this location because we think this location has better food quality and service . We ordered 3 pastas and they are so dry and the Capri pasta were all stuck together coz there’s not enough sauce. The spaghetti of parmesan chicken has no sauce and no taste, just like plain spaghetti. The chicken on the pizza were so dry as well. Terrible . We did not order any desserts because we don’t want to have another disappointment again. We waited 13 mins for the server to bring the card machine . We used to recommend friends to go to the Richmond hill location ,
The portion is small, price accordingly high.
Music was much too loud.
Family day
Service was good except for not returning to the table very often. They ran out of spaghetti at 8:00 ?? Seemed kind of odd. Pizza was delicious.
Had a lovely family meal on Family Day. Food and ambiance enjoyed by all! Great gluten free pizza!
We were told to go to Austin so he would demonstrate how he stretches the mozerella and so on, when we went to him he looked very unhappy didn't say a word to us and had no idea what he was doing with the cheese. Just saw him pouring water and stretching the cheese again and pouring another bucket of water.
They sat my wife and I beside a table of 20 which was very noisy. We requested to be moved. We requested to the waitress that we not be rushed. The entree arrived before we were finished our salad. Very disappointed overall.
I booked this business lunch for 4, who had a lot catching up to do. The staff were patient with us and we did not feel rushed to order or leave. We had a booth so we could talk with some privacy. The food was great, but the service was the best!
Fantastic restaurant, always a winner, food and service excellent.
Was over all a good experience. Only thing that stands out is a desert my wife wanted that was only part of a specialty 4 course meal for valentines but since we ordered off the menus we weren't allowed to order it. The server didn't try to pull any strings but it's understandable.
The balsamic and truffle oil mozzarella appetizer was delicious (would have wanted more sauce/honey on the dish), however, the penne bolognese I ordered was extremely dry. I took leftovers home but I doubt I will be finishing it unless I make my own homemade sauce to drench it in. Also, for a bolognese, there wasn’t much sauce or meat in the dish. I thought if I mixed it all together it would make a difference but it didn’t whatsoever. The seafood fettuccini was better tasting but again, more sauce would have been nice. Our server was very friendly and attentive.
food was delicious and we had dessert.. cheesecake was delicious, choc jar cake wasn't fresh but tasted ok.. great place
Food was good. We had an order that was not sent out on time and the manager was very apologetic and gave us the meal for free. Thanks for that nice gesture.
The main dish was very good . Reasonable prices. Appetizers was a little expensive.
The server, Amber, was amazing. The kitchen was a little slow getting the food out during the prime lunch time seating. Without even asking Amber credited the bill due to the slow kitchen.
I have a personal disdain against these large open concept noisy Italian eateries filled with high-top tables (Jamie Oliver’s and Scaddabush). You want comfort when your seated; high tops are great at busy bars— not for a proper meal. We asked the hostess to sit in empty private room next to us with regular tables and booths, we couldn’t.
The service of the staff still made it a great experience.
Great service. Our server Dennis is attentive and very helpful.Food is great and portion good size. Only the grilled chicken added to my salad was a bit dry. Overall food is great.
Great service.
Accommodating to a rambunctious toddler.
Loved the mozarella cheese entree with balsamic vinegar! Would return for that for sure.
Ambiance was lovely and food was good.
Really enjoyable place, great food especially their pizzas.
Disappointing visit !, the quality of food was not to the regular standard
Great pasta
I was surprised to see the chefs using a lot of plastic bags to mix the salad and to cook the food. I saw them taking the cheese out from the bag when they heat it up. I found this very unhealthy to put plastic bags under heat. This makes me not wanting to eat at your restaurant tgat many times times
The waiter was very helpful because he broke down the menu so that our first dining experience was very nice. Allowing patrons to watch the mozzarella making was a neat dining experience. We would love to have one of these in New Brunswick and hope to return in the summer to enjoy the outside pizza oven.
I was visiting this restaurant for the first time with a couple friends we hadn’t seen for awhile. Our understanding was that this was a family friendly restaurant with decent, but not high end cuisine. Not long after we sat down and ordered our drinks, the music throughout the facility was turned up, to the point that while sitting at a small 4 person table we had to yell at each other to communicate. We asked a couple of hostesses to have the music turned down and they appeared quite indifferent to the situation. If the sound volume was adjusted, it was not noticeable. Obviously this effected our evening out and made our experience very unenjoyable.
There are not many restaurants that I go to that I say I would “never go back to”, but this is certainly one.
Meatballs seem to be getting smaller. Not sure why.
Butternut squash ravioli was excellent and the ambiance is pleasant while not stuffy. Very reasonably priced for the quality of food which I found better than other “chain” restaurants. Would recommend and go back!
