They are no longer in business closed two weeks ago why are they still on open table?
Was allowed to make a reservation and it fully is closed.
Should not have been able to do so. Went to the restaurant and everything. Very unprofessional
We love Savor. We are sorry to see that it is closing. This was our last opportunity to enjoy the food and atmosphere of Savor. We talked with the operations manager who said that the closure was due to a failure to reach agreement on rental terms. How unfortunate. We regret that we cannot recommend it to friends due to its closure. Otherwise, we would be happy to both recommend and bring friends to this restaurant.
A day after making this reservation, I read that Savor is closing as of today. I have been dining here since we moved here 3 years ago and have always enjoyed the food and ambience. This visit was definitely impacted by the impending closing and covid. Limited menu and a server who was not at all engaged. We have been here for dinner on summer evenings, after performances in the area and visits to the museums. The food and drinks have always been good and the atmosphere festive. Very sorry to see it go. Covid is destroying so many restaurants and events. I hope Dallas can find it's way back as soon as it is over. This is such a social and fun loving town.
It was wonderful! Sad they are closing
Great service, atmosphere, and food. I’ll be back.
Made a reservation for my boyfriends birthday on a Tuesday. Turns out they’re closed on Mondays and Tuesdays, yet I was still able to make a reservation. The hours are not clear and we were very disappointed when we showed up and the restaurant was closed. This needs to be fixed.
Specially when the restaurant is not crowded
The fried calamari came out prior to a draft beer
Overall bad experience
We really enjoy Savor. The ability to watch the park is quite amusing.
We went for brunch and the food was mediocre. We ordered different plates and none of them were good. I ordered chicken and waffles and it was the worst I have ever had. It looked like it was a preheated waffle. The chicken was very bad too.
The mimosas were not consistent In flavor. I received one with barely orange juice and the next one was mainly orange juice.
I’m very disappointed. The location is great but food is bad.
The menu listed online is not the same as in the restaurant, so I couldn't order the scallops that I was looking forward to. But I found other items that were delicious and always love the ambience.
Beautiful location located in center of Klyde Warren Park. However, the food is highly overrated. Very bland with minimal seasonal. They do have nice portions but should really think about revamping the menu an adding more flavor. I ordered the Veggie Fritatta and the Parmesan Truffle Fries. The fries came out cold and the cheese was no where near melted. My friend ordered the Lobstor Taco in which she had to send back because it was too soupy. Upon getting her second order of it, she was so disappointed that she burst into tears. The server was very friendly, although I do not believe I should have paid for the fries I ordered, especially when I sent them back because I did not like them. ( I only ate 5 of them which was an attempt to give them a fair chance.)
Great food and fantastic service! Our 4 year old was so excited that the chef stopped by the table to check in with her!
We enjoyed the patio and sitting next to Klyde Warren Park for a date night. The service is excellent with all of the measures for sanitary and safe food service during COVID-19. Cocktails were delicious and overall the food was great.
They are closed! No notice when I booked my reservation.
Outstanding cuisine and superb service with a view of the park and fountains
Nice atmosphere, good service, good food!
Fantastic staff, service, food and drinks! Great place to go for celebrations or just about anything.
AWESOME BIRTHDAY DINNER NEXT TO THE PARK✔️ We’ll DO A BRUNCH next‼️👍👍👍😷
Wonderful brunch. Food and service was outstanding!
Nice view looking at the park and Great food and service.
This was the most laid back dining experience of my life. I was almost taken aback by the server not asking to take our orders right away. However, getting our food almost immediately after Finishing our apps, showed me they knew what they were up to.
The food was fast and fresh. Delicious.
Our waiter Jose was amazing and knowledgeable! The French Toast was perfect. The girls had Salads and they loved them too! Due to Social Distancing we felt like we had the place to ourselves. Definitely planning to Brunch at Savor again soon!
The deviled eggs were unbelievable. We really enjoyed the brussels sprouts side. The steak special was cooked to perfection. I can’t say enough about the deconstructed s’more dessert dish. Great wine list as well. Great service as well.
Great food, great view, great service. Calamari appetizers best in Big D!
Any of the entree salads are spectacular.
Wagyu beef $40 special only so-so for the price, good steak but not spectacular.
Second time to eat here. First time was amazing, so we came back. Our waitress was polite, but had awful service. Drinks sat empty. Asked for someone else to step in and bring us our refills. They said they would tell our waitress, and glasses continued to sit empty. Found manager, and he stepped in. Overall, place is great. Our waitress just had a bad night.
Incredible host and waitress
So refreshing to sit on Savor’s patio on the park. with perfect weather and getting to know friends better, the restaurant ambience, service, and food simply elevated our very hungry desires to get out and enjoy the world, albeit with caution!
Our service was awesome! Thank you got showing us a great time first time! Would Recommend anyone to y’all!
Great place I am sad that it is no longer in business.
The food was delicious. Our waitress was super sweet and accommodating but the service from the bar was unacceptably slow. We ordered a second round of cocktails (2 drinks) well before our food arrived. The drinks did arrive until we had almost finished our meal. The place was not busy so there was no excuse.
It was ok. No big deal. I thought the restaurant would be prettier. The salmon was ok, not great. One of the sauces with the Calamai was ranch dressing. I thought that was odd. They only had one steak, the ribeye, and it was good. I don’t like anyone placing my menu down on top of my napkin and silverware (think of all the germs on the menu) and they did that when seating us. Just a lot of missteps. It was disappointing.
My favorite restaurant!
This Klyde Warren Park location is a great vantage point for the 5 + acre urban park space. Start with the Texas eggrolls with Shrimp, corn, jalepeno, black beans and cilantro. I can recommend the Scallops, the Braised short ribs and the Atlantic salmon with the chimichurri sauce and rainbow carrots with a vege puree. Attentive service without being over the top.
Savor has an excellent location. The food was very well prepared and excellent in presentation, but we felt the serving size was small for the price. Their signature grapefruit gin cocktail was very tasty so we had two.
Service was very informative and positive, but there were long spaces of no one coming to the table. Drinks took a little to get to the table, etc.
Our server did an excellent job! Our server did an excellent job!
Beautiful restaurant in a great location. The food was outstanding and the drinks were creative executions of classic cocktails. Highly recommended.
