This is neither a chain restaurant nor a franchise, it is a family owned and run restaurant and has been in business since 1995.
We cook all our food, sauces, bread, pates and desserts on the premises. Everything is homemade with fresh and natural ingredients. If we can’t make it, we don’t have it! We never use precooked food, flavour enhancers or preservatives. We only use natural butter, cholesterol free oils or olive oil.
Our wine has been sourced from the best wine producing countries in the world and the wine list has been put together with care, to offer the best value for money wines.
The price you see is all you pay. There are no hidden charges and all the meals come with vegetables and a basket of freshly baked bread. We have no happy hour or buy one get one free. We try to give the highest quality food at the lowest possible price. There are very few restaurants that can make this claim.

We live near Sheffield. Savoir Faire has been where we have entertained friends from all over the world for many years. Quality and value and sadly rare today the same high standard has been maintained on every visit. Our French friends were delighted and have booked for another visit before they return to their home.

Another very nice lunch, and on a rainy day the ambience was very cosy. My friends and I had omelettes and chips. Their chips are lovely!

Was in the area and looking for a place for dinner. Chose Savoir Faire based on the good reviews. It was great. The menu was small but yummy. Small restaurant but the staff did a great job accommodating. Will return when in the area again

The food was tasty and rustic looking, the service impeccable apart from someone's fries hadn't arrived on time but the waiting staff were very patient with us as it's been years since the 4 of us met up and we hadn't looked at the menu to order for the first 15 minutes of arriving. We weren't at all hurried and we had a great time.
This restaurant was recommended to me and I'll definitely will recommend it to others, too, visiting that part of London.

This restaurant is a great value: 2 course fixed price with many choices in each course. I had the asparagus dish first and it was beautifully presented. Lamb in 2nd course was perfectly cooked.

All three starters and mains were perfectly cooked and very tasty. We enjoyed our meals very much. The staff were very friendly and suitably attentive. The only criticisms I have of the experience would be that the two-course evening menu “offer” is actually rather expensive, especially once drinks are included and the desserts themselves were fairly ordinary, after what were some ambitious and lovely earlier courses. I would still recommend this restaurant and I hope to return again to try some of the dishes I didn’t have!

Good French cafe cuisine. Service friendly and casual. Food very good and good value considering this is London. Scallops recommended.

We loved the friendly service and atmosphere here. It was very loud, but that was partly for to win especially rowdy party seated next to us in such a small space. Food was what you’d expect in the bistro style.

Food was very good, as was house wine. I liked one could buy a carafe not just a bottle or glass. Restaurant ambience nice and decor colourful. Toilet area was not good though; not well maintained or cleaned. Surfaces seems sticky.

This was our fifth time to the restaurant, it never falters in value for money and food quality. A little gem of a restaurant in central London. We can’t wait to return.

Savoir Fayre offers fantastic French food in a convivial atmosphere. There are parisian ladies doing the cancan on the walls and interesting quotations on the ceiling. Perfect for a pre theatre bite or a relaxed meal with friends. The garlic, pernod mussels are highly recommended.

Very good restaurant. Full of flavour. Duck was amazing.

The only thing is bistro means in French a reasonable priced place to eat and from this point of view was a bit excessive.

Pleasant surroundings, service good, meal average. We had a table for 2 which with a bottle of wine and a jug of water on was quite small, had to overlap my side and main plate.

Service very good at this small bistro where my daughter and I had the theatre menu.

Food OK but nothing special. Starter (chicken on sweet potatoe pancake) was tasty. Duck leg was OK but not v interesting. Moussaka (not sure why they have this on the menu at a French Bistro) was not really moussaka - more mince and aubergine. Desserts were nice but straightforward...

Value was fine, but I think more attention to the main courses, to bring them to life (and replace the moussaka) would be good!

Simple, straightforward, honest restaurant with wonderfully nostalgic Gallic ambience, short but cleverly eclectic and comprehensive lunch and a la carte menus, delightful service, innovative and, again, short but clever wine list, delicious food, quiet atmosphere despite the location, very reasonable pricing for Central London....a gem hiding in plain sight and well worth a visit.

A lovely small, intimate restaurant. Greeted nicely and shown to our table. Nothing was rushed. Order was taken as well as our drinks order which arrived promptly. Food was delicious, and fresh and hot (on hot plates too), and the service was second to none. Not a massive menu, but the choice of two - one pre-theatre (between 5 and 7pm) which was a reduced menu at £17 (approx) for 2 courses, and the menu at £25.90 for 2 courses. No tip automatically added, which is my preference, as I can give what I think is deserved and not what they do! Such good value, and soooooo lovely! (My only gripe was possibly OpenTable? But it was our 10th wedding anniversary which we stated on our OpenTable booking - but there was no mention of it to us at all :-(.

This is a second recent visit to this restaurant. This time just with one friend. Great place to catch up over great seasonal food with many wheat-free options. We both had the scallop starter and the seabass. I had great chocolate mousse to finish (wheat-free) and my friend said the cheesecake she had was one of the best. Very reasonable priced wine as well. We had a delicious 3-course meal with a bottle of wine between two for just under £50.
