This is still an awesome spot to eat at that seems to still be lesser known. I love always being able to get a great seat but if you haven't been, it's worth it.

This spot is truly a "hidden gem." The ambiance was perfect and intimate. Apan and Joy were extremely friendly and the service was excellent. We've found a new spot in the National Harbor!

This was terrible -food was ok; some hits but mostly misses. Anything crab based was very good, but other items (pork, beef, chicken) underwhelming -dry & unseasoned. The service was the worst I’ve ever experienced; we were totally ignored from the moment our plates were delivered. No water refills, no checking to see if wanted more wine, etc. Our plates sat there for over 30 minutes after finished. Our waiter still never came to bring us the check; another server saw we were sitting there and asked if we needed anything and got the check for us. We did not even stay for dessert (usually favorite part of the meal) -at that point just glad to be leaving. I wanted to talk with the manager about our experience, but she was unable to be found. I really don’t understand any of the 4&5 star reviews. I would never eat there again and would actively advise against doing so.

Great food, great view and great service! I've been to most of the restaurants at the National Harbor and only a few would I go again but Sauciety is one of the my new favorites! Mostly American classics on the menu but not one misstep cuisine-wise or service-wise for me. Kudos!

Blah. Food was so-so. Service was so-so. Definitely not worth higher prices. A local diner offers pretty much the same fare.

There are not too many places that serve breakfast down in the National Harbor. We ate here 2 times during our stay and both times the breakfast was good, nothing outstanding but not bad either. The décor is very nice, and you get a nice view of the water. The service was a bit slow considering the place was empty.

Food was average and a little over priced for the quality. You're pretty much paying for the view. One waffle was $12, and it wasn't that great. The service was ok. They kept our waters full, but that was about it. Took about 10 minutes for the server to come collect our checks. A gratuity is added for a party of 6+ is, so its a guaranteed tip for them. That might've affected our service. I might go back for a little breakfast but most likely will try a different spot.

We were celebrating a graduation and the manager made a point of learning about our group and why we were there. He gave the graduate a slice of cheesecake as a congratulations. He also made sure we were credited points for the meal. The only thing is the time of day (sunset) left the sun in our eyes. But with the beautiful views of the water and the delicious food, it was easy to overlook. All 9 people in our party loved their meal!

I remember truly enjoying a meal there a few years ago, but things have changed. Items listed on the on-line menu are NO longer on the menu at the location. The reason for choosing this restaurant was because I wanted to try one of the entrees from their on-line menu. The actual menu is very sparse, and not really a reason for coming back to eat.

Recently went to Sauciety for brunch and while the food was good, the service still needs improvement. I have dined here before and no matter how many people are in the restaurant the service is always very slow. It appears this restaurant has a staffing shortage which I hope will be addressed soon as it interferes with the enjoyment of your meal.

Sauciety is a hidden secret at the National Harbor. The food is always great and even more enjoyable with a window seat of the potomac river, the boats and the dock.

The food was good. But the service was horrible

There was one large party and I guess all five servers were focused there. We were checked on once during our meal and took even longer for someone to come over and give our check let alone take our credit card. Many other places to eat at the harbor. Don't waste your money here

We had breakfast. The Bloody Mary was a little thick and I'm not sure it had any alcohol in it. The food was good, just not anything extraordinary. The service was just ok. Not a bad experience but not anything memorable. I have had others who have dined there say it's much better for lunch or dinner. I might try it again in a pinch...but don't hold your breath.

Came in 10 minutes before my reservation and was seated immediately. That was the best thing about the entire visit. The service was disappointing. Our server never introduced herself. We had about 3 different people helping. Waited 30mins for appetizers and was delivered bread after we finished the appetizers. We then waiting a hour for entrees. After the hour wait, we decided to leave. We never got the entrees. The appetizers were good quality.
I'm still confused about to lack of service. The restaurant had about 12 empty tables and there was a hour wait for crab cakes.

We went here for the Mother's Day brunch & while the food was good, I don't believe it was worth the $50 per person. They also added a service charge that was the server's tip, but she didn't tend to us and I felt I would not have left her that much a tip. We had to ask her to remove plates, she didn't ensure we had water, & she just not that pleasant.
The set up of tables was inconvenient because you backed into another table and it wasn't easy to maneuver back and forth from your table to the buffet. And while the dining area is clean, they definitely could use a "make over" to refresh their look & find more comfortable chairs. Their current chairs & table are about 1 step up from a folding chair and table set. Overall, food is good, but quite pricey. Not impressed with the ambiance.

If the service were better I would give it a higher rating. Our food took about 40 minutes to come out and when it finally got to the table half of the orders were wrong and the food was cold. The food was very tasty but since it was cold it was not as enjoyable.

I thought the Easter Brunch buffet was lacking in choices. We've been to a lot of buffets on special and non-special times and have paid between $36 to $100++ per head. I believe we paid $197 for 3 people, I could have gone to Sequoia for a little bit more $$ but get tons more for food. The service was not that good either - a server accidentally bumped into my friend's cane and did not even say sorry or picked it up. Hope they take this comment constructively.

Went for Easter Brunch 2017. Staff was nice, but server brought the check within minutes after we sat down and gave our drink order. Made you feel rushed. Ihop gives you more time ! Suspect they are more used to in and out dining. The food selection was okay. Could have used a bit more variety and surprised to see no bread staples (rolls, croissants, bagels, etc.) except small muffins. Was disappointed to see staff refresh the fruit salad by dumping fruit directly from it's plastic container into the bowl on the buffet. Had it been washed?! Refresh it in the kitchen! Leave some mystery! The view is lovely. Overall the holiday brunch could use a bit more panache. With a little more polish the place has potential.

The wait staff was EXCELLENT. They were well prepared with all questions on the menu items. Ordered the nightly special which was great. Wine was paired with various menu items and was a wonderful choice. However, we were at the restaurant on a Friday evening and the BAR was on the floor above with the ceiling open to both floors. The noise level was VERY LOUD so it was hard to have a conversation at the table. Overall the restaurant had an older/dated decor which did nothing to reduce the noise.

Had an event to attend at the Gaylord, but didn't want to be that person who ate their.

The food is standard hotel grub except that my bacon was beyond cooked, it was ash. My eggs were a little runny and my potatoes were next to raw.

My server disappeared, as we tried to get our check and finally had to get up and track someone down.
