with flavors... a must try!
Coming soon, opening up in Walnut Creek at the end of September 2016, the old Pyramid Ale House
I had the ribs. It had good taste but the meat was dry. I like the meat moist and falling off the bones. The mac n cheese and the cornbread were great. The Tot-Tas were fantastic.
Made last minute reservations for a birthday dinner, and had no problems getting a table. Really fun crowd on a Tuesday night and with a band outside at the plaza too.
Food order was taken quickly and drinks served promptly. Good came out fast and was delicious. I had the half rack and the meat pulled right off the bone - cooked just right! And I was stuffed afterwards.
Excellent service even with such a busy night. Kudos to the staff for making it a great experience!
My son was visiting from the UK, and he came with a big appetite. He decided to try the rack of ribs, great choice. Portion size was very good, and the sides were fantastic. My wife had the loaded pulled pork sweet potato - mmmm. Only problem of the night was that they ran out of Burnt Ends!!!! Noooo. Was told by our server that they ran out earlier in the day. Have to say our server was excellent - Marilyn. As soon as my empty glass of iced tea hit the table, she was there to offer a refill. Never disappointed when we go for the special occasions.
Food here is amazing!!!!
I'm from Texas and eat a lot of BBQ... but your meat and sides were awesome!
Way too noisy but otherwise a great place to hang out with friends.
We were celebrating 2 birthdays and our server brought us a complementary dessert. We were very impressed with all that we ordered. It is a bit pricey, but splitting a dinner was not frowned upon (the server brought us an extra plate to assist in sharing). Eating in the quieter outside was worth it, even though it was a warm evening.
This was a great restaurant but if you want to have a conversation then forget it. The mouse was deafening. Great food and service.
Enjoyable food in a fun atmosphere
Our waitress was really nice but failed to take one person's drink order. When we finally got her attention it then took several times asking for it. That person waited at least 20 minutes for a drink. The Bingo noise level was a bit too much to hear each other talking.
Overall those things were not that big of a deal because the food was fantastic and I would go back again and again.
We went to the restaurant to try the ribs after ording them they told us they were out...
Had to find something else which was OK but we came for ribs.
My wife and I took our son to celebrate his birthday when he came to town. Everything about the experience was great except for the fact that my wife's lunch salad did not come out of the kitchen for a very, very, long time after the meat dishes were served. My son and I were faced with letting the delicious meats we'd ordered get cold, or eat while my wife had nothing in front of her. The waitress was nice in apologizing for the delay, but it was really longer than it should have taken to build the salad, even if it wasn't started until after the rest of the food had been delivered to the table.
We went with the family (including 3 kids) to celebrate my husband's birthday. Everyone loved the food and it was just noisy and rowdy enough that the kids could be kids without worries. Perfect!
Excellent service with outstanding food is the perfect combination!
Good food, beer and service. Cool vibe. Very relaxed and casual atmosphere. Can get pretty busy and can be a bit warm on hot days. Overall a very nice spot for lunch or dinner.
We always love the food and atmosphere, but sadly, the beers we ordered (3) all tasted watered down. Not sure what was going on with that.
I have been to several bbq places and found Sauced to be very good but the food choices weren't as plentiful as they could have been.
Having been to Dinosaur BBQ in NY I can say the wings at Sauced are flimsy in comparison.
The meal should come with a small salad included or have a choice of seasonal vegetables. The sides were way too carb-centric.
My main dish was quite good and the portion size was pretty good. My husband loves bbq so I was happy that he was pleased with his meal.
Love the food. Service is good. Drink choices are amazing.
If you like Bourbon, this is the place for you!
So many choices, it's hard to pick. Brought some people from Atlanta and Bentonville here and they Loved it. Want to go here every time they visit.
Great BBQ restaurant in the Livermore valley, one of our favorites. If you have a big appetite, then the Holly Cow is for you, 1/2lbs burger top with thinly slice pastrami. The fried pickles/peppers and bumpkins are amazing.
Great food and met with friends from childhood.
Love the burnt ends and the choice of BBQ sauces at the table. Really good margarita also.
Our group of three wanted to eat close to the Bankhead theater so we could have dinner before the show. Sauced was recommended to us by a friend so we took a chance. The food was fine; my two companions ordered the slider apps and I had the hella Cali salad. They thought the sliders were just okay and my salad was tasty but pretty big so I was unable to finish it. As the place filled up it got quite noisy. The service was good and friendly. I would say that this is worth a second trip especially because it is so handy to the theater!
There is indoor and outdoor covered patio seating. The staff is very accommodating.
The food is excellent!! The savings are huge so you'll have left overs to take home. Plenty of choices and nine disappoint.
I advise a reservation as they get packed quickly.
Great food! The brisket was so good and the ribs are amazing. Be sure to try the Sweet Potato Casserole. You will love this place if you love BBQ.
A lot more fun then I thought. we made reservations, but ended up not needing them (Thursday night) Seated immediately, waited on immediately and with a smile.
Try the burnt ends - a must! Will be back.
We discovered this place on an evening when a friend's band was playing. Between the awesome appetizers and mouthwatering entrees, the craft beers, whiskeys and wines and attentive servers, this place has it all. Live music on Fridays and Saturdays. The place is loud, the portions are huge and the service is great. Get there early on Fridays and Saturdays as no reservations are available those days after 4PM. The place is packed so plan to get bumped and maybe a toe stepped on. But hey, you're there to have a good meal, good drink and music.
I enjoyed the dinner with my family here. I recommend this place.
We ate here the week they opened and continue to come back, as well as bring friends.
We love Sauced! Consistent food, service & experience.
Every visit we enjoy a different item and it is aways delicious. The family favorite is the brisket nachos.
BBQ not my thing....food was ok...too loud...too crowded....good for BBQ lovers. ..not me
We went with our son & his girlfriend. Its a place they really enjoy. It was pretty noisy & crowded for a weeknight. Reasonably priced menu. Split decision on the burnt ends, 1 thought the burnt ends were ok; the other two who had it loved it.
Wait staff were prompt, friendly & personable.
I came with open mind but the didnt have the beef ends not the brisket for a 630 sunday night reservation not acceptable i think
Good food, but still too highly priced for BBQ.
I would return more often if it weren't so high priced.
Cold feeling to the place (although extremely crowded). Concrete floors, metal chairs, etc... No booth seating. No tipping policy, automatic 20% added to ticket ($257 for 7 meals, 5 drinks). Food was meh, service was meh. I didn't love it.
My 4th trip since they opened but it had been a number of months. The pricing is not even close to reality. I like the food but 3 people over $85 and no alcohol. You have priced me out of your future.
We always enjoy our means at Sauced BBQ & Spirits. The service was excellent. The food was wonderful and we love their sauce choices for the meat dishes. If you like a quiet place this is not the place for you. However, because it is quite noisy it is perfect to bring young ones who sometimes like to yell. Still not so loud you can't hear people you are with.
Its, hands down, the best BBQ in the East Bay valley. I bring my family members whenever I'm out that way. The servers and food are always good and the big screens make for fun and conversation.
