This was final night before Sassi closed for good. If the chef opens up another restaurant, we'll be there. This has always been our special occasion go-to spot. Food was fixed menu and very good. Service was also right on. I hope that the assisted living facility preserves the structures and ambience as much as possible. Fond farewell.

We went there on the Fine Dining Card. The waiter, probably a bus boy, was poor. My bill was wrong and I finally paid it because the waiter couldn’t get it correct. After 3 times saying it was wrong, I overpaid by $25 but, I’d still be waiting for the correct bill. I know they are going out of business due to property sale but, I would not go back based on the very poor service we had.

This restaurant has been my favorite restaurant for over 10 years! I can't believe that it is closing and am very upset that it will be gone soon. The facility is of course absolutely beautiful. The service has always been very good and the food is always good with a unique spin on most dishes. I will miss sitting on the patio and watching the sun go down enjoying a great meal outside in one of my favorite spots in Arizona.

This was our third year in a row that we celebrated Mother's Day at Sassi. The brunch offered a number of menu items to please everyone. The staff was friendly and professional. Our only regret is that this wonderful restaurant will be closing soon. So, if you want a delightful meal in a beautiful environment get there before it closes.

Sadly, this was the last brunch at Sassi as they are closing! This has been our favorite "special occasion" restaurant for the past number of years! Good luck to the staff, chef's and all the professionals that took great care of us during the enjoyable times we had there!

Came for one last visit to this restaurant which we have cherished. I’m afraid we found it a disappointment and we were sorry we came. Two ordered the Pork Steak which we confirmed at medium rare; however what we received was very heavily charred and medium well. I ordered their special of veal scaloppine and was unable to finish because it was way too salty. I mean REALLY salty. It was a very disappointing evening. But then what do you do they are closing so won’t be back.

The restaurant is closing and the menu, though good, reflected that; it will be missed. It is fine dining in a romantic setting with well-trained waitstaff. Prices are not out of line. It is a large restaurant with many medium/sized eating areas though it has a corporate management feeling. Our favorite dish, the Feather Steak, which we had ordered at prior visits, was overcooked. So sad, too bad. Bye bye.

We had a reservation for outside but the table we were sat at didn’t have a good view. We asked to be moved to an empty table but they were unable to accommodate us at the table we wanted. That table sat empty the entire time we were there. The food and server were great!

I had been to Sassi many many times over the years and since it first opened. This time I took 2 guests and hoping to be impressed. The food (white pasta dish and Veal Chop) were very very average. First off they sat us at a big table, too big for 3 of us (despite prior reservation) and we had to scream to hear each other. The pasta dish was particularly poor in every way. The server was new (about 6 months on the job) and was not particularly helpful. The only thing good this time around was the wine and the view from outside. All in all very underwhelming!

Beautiful restaurant and a favorite to many in Scottsdale. It is sad to see the restaurant close. If you would relocate the restaurant in the area, I'd gladly make the drive to dine again.
