Had the Summerlicious meal and it was fabulous, from having a tomato salad with Goats Cheese and light sauce was to die for. Had the Salmon, my friend had the Mac and Cheese with the Chicken, we had the NY Cheesecake and everything was just amazing.

Maybe it was a rough night in the kitchen, but hadn't been here for a few years and was entirely underwhelmed. Cold food served. Poor quality meat. Scrambled staff. Our waiter was trying his absolute best. Not what I remembered or expected from this restaurant.

Our server was very friendly and great. Customer service was 5 starts overall. Portions are very small and taste wise, the food were just okay. They did not taste great. Overall, the small portions are not worth the price but this was still a very pleasant dining experience

Our server was extremely uncaring and inattentive. Would just pretend to check-in on us, walking by before we could answer, just saying "great!" when it was evident we weren't happy. The manager (we didn't know she was the manager at this point) ended up coming to take our order and then later when our appetizers came out said that she "apparently put our main in too early" making it sound like our main dish was coming soon, so we rushed eating the appetizers, but the mains didn't come for a while after. Had to wave someone over for paper napkins because asking our server and the manager was not enough. The online summerlicious menu did not match the menu they had in the restaurant. A Yorkville restaurant should absolutely have some consistency, especially since people look at things online all the time! The branzino came with apples, peas and fennel which was a very strange combination! Not only that, but the apples still had the seeds left in them and for a place like this, it should absolutely not be the case! The tuna and shrimp ceviche was extremely heavy on the garlic. It neither had a salty nor sour taste, like a typical ceviche, and the other ingredients were overpowered by the strong taste of garlic. Their Sir James 101 Spritz mocktail was described as "it tastes EXACTLY" like an Aperol Spritz" (their exact words) but it was basically an orange coloured tonic. The manager tried to rectify it by offering us a dessert when the summerlicious already came with a dessert. We insisted we were okay because we didn't walk to walk around after with desserts and she comped the mocktails we had ordered. She was nice and tried her best, and we did appreciate it. However, it didn't make up for the evening in general.

It was a very busy night, as Summerlicious was on ( which we did not realize when we booked). Service was understandably slower than normal, but we waited over an hour for our main courses. Which wouldn’t have been so bad if some of the appetizers weren’t forgotten. One person in our group ordered the summerlicious menu and only got one course. The food was good, but the rest of the experience was not so good
