food was terrible; lobster tail was soft rack of lamb chops came with huge amounts of fat still attached to the chops; service was horrible, took over an hour to be served dinner. I can appreciate the outside dinning & table safe distancing, but not at those prices.

So over rated. Ate in a tent in the parking lot where it was cold & drafty. Small portions and too expensive for very little. Service was awful. Never refilled our glasses. Small portions with no taste. Had a very snooty waiter. So many other better places! We had a reservation and still had to wait and stand in the parking lot and then they got too busy so they forgot about us. Had to go remind them that we were still waiting. Don't waste your time and money at Sardine Factory. Definitely not worth it. A tourist trap.

The food was great, but the waiter was incredibly condescending. When we tried to order our meals he laughed at us and said we had to finish our appetizers first. The apps came out quickly, so we thought maybe that was why. However, it was over an hour from sitting to food hitting the table. When we did order our food he said “really?” and was giving unapproving looks the entire time while ordering expensive items. Our check for the 2 of us was $300 +, which was expected, I was treating my boyfriend to a birthday dinner. We still tipped 20 percent but the experience was completely ruined by the waiter. I can only assume it is because we look much younger than we are and maybe he didn’t want us in his section for that reason.

It was n my bday and I ordered steak and Lobster! I got ribeye they took it back and after over a 1/2 hour we CANC the order! Very upset and wasted 2 hours! But our appetizers were great and my husbands fish was delish although he waited 20 min it was cold!! Bad service did not pay attention to detail!!

Absolutely perfect. My best friend and I celebrated our 11th Wedding Anniversary Saturday night and we couldn’t have asked for a better night. Food and service were excellent!!! It’s A touch on the pricey side, but worth every penny. Our first visit will not be our last.

Sardine Factory was recommended to us by a friend. We are from Portland, Oregon. The food was delicious, the service super good and wine list incredible. We told someone we met on the golf course how good it was and they were heading there. The scallops were probably the best I have ever had. I give Sardine Factory high praise for working thru Covid 19 to make a wonderful dining experience for their customers. Not an easy task. Thank you!

Amazing place. Because of the pandemic restrictions, we dined in their parking lot tent. The food and service were both amazing. Highly recommended.

It was a most enjoyable experience. We were not aware of the Covid restrictions when we booked for "Standard Seating". This turned out to be a 3 sided tent which had astro turf on the floor with nice tables & chairs and table cloths. It even had a chandelier to add to the ambiance. It turned out to be a very enjoyable experience. Our feet got cold because of the open side (Required by the restrictions) even though they had numerous heaters along the open side. As usual, the service and food was excellent.

This was our first time there and it was amazing! We went out to Monterey for our Honeymoon. The parking lot pavilion that was set up for COVID was really nice and pretty. We are definitely coming back once we can eat inside. I would highly recommend visiting when in town.
