We always spend a pleasant evening in the Captain's Room -- less noise and more personable service. The seafood courses are always fresh and well prepared. The wine list is extensive, and the desserts are always wonderful

I've bee.n coming to Sardine Factory for 35 years mostly for special occasions. I have NEVER been disappointed. Consistently great food and service!!!

We went for a nice quiet meal. The one fancy meal we get a year. The dinner started off at almost 11pm when our reservation was at 1030. and there is a group there with a small child making ALOT of noise and throwing fits. Finally after an hour they left. Then a new group took their table and got their food before us!! We were there over 2 hours with little service. And when we got our food my husbands steak and lobster was cold. They acted like we were low class second citizens. And we started off buying a $100 bottle of champagne! You would think that would at least show that we don’t mind spending the money. And then if that wasn’t bad enough at 1145 they gave everyone noise makers and it turned the experience into a chucky cheese dinner. Non stop noise to where we couldn’t even talk to each other. Worst experience ever at a supposed high class restaurant.

The Abe-lone dish was terrible and very expensive.
The restaurant felt very crowded, seats were very close together, which made the noisy atmosphere even harder to deal with. The menu seamed very limited, try the Chart House or the Grotto you will be better served for less money.

David has been a professional musician since the age of 17. He has played in numerous bands, opening for various acts such as Steppenwolf, Black Oak Arkansas, Rick Derringer, Crash Test Dummies and more. Versatile and accommodating David takes and plays requests from Led Zeppelin to Elvis Presley to the Everly Brothers.
