I've been to the Sarabeth's on Park Avenue several times, so I assumed this location would be as great. It was clean, the food was good, but we were forgotten about several times. We had to get up to ask for things a few times, and didn't even get some things we asked for.

Drove in from NJ because a friend recommended the brunch. It was worth the drive as the entrees were very tasty. I had the scrambled egg stuffed popover and my friend had french toast, bacon & 4 flowers juice. My only complaint was the coffee. It was not good. For brunch, I would expect a richer coffee or even a selection to choose from. It was served in a carafe & refreshed occasionally, much like diner coffee. I was disappointed as a good cup of coffee can make or break my dining experience. I would return, but hope to enjoy coffee that compliments the meal next time!

Side notes: lots of cocktail choices for brunch or lunch - also, a nice sized room on the side that would accommodate a group or small event.

They were really busy on a Sunday afternoon which probably led to their lackluster service. We made a reservation for 1:15 pm on OpenTable & around then they said they had a table for us, but we stood near the hostess stand for another 10 minutes waiting for our table. One hostess was initially about to lead us to our table close to our reservation time, but instead took another group (was a group of 3, so maybe they only had a smaller table available), which led to us waiting about another 10 minutes for a table to be cleared. After that, our waiter seemed impatient when we had a little trouble deciding what to order. He looked rushed & barely came back to our table after that unless we went out of the way to ask for more coffee or water.

We stopped here on our way from Midtown to the 9/11 museum. Our server was not very pleased to be at work and we couldn’t have paid him to smile, but the food was absolutely divine and the atmosphere was great!

The host was rude. With 1 person missing in the party, we were not given a table despite several tables being available. Also, she gave irritate look while we stood in the corner awaiting table assignment and our friend.
When seated, no one cared to help us with the menu card. Cup provided for tea had lipstic stains.
Such a bad expecience. Would never expacr this from a Sarabeth's. I will anyday prefer the midtown location, this is not worth my time and money.

So noisy and when we asked if we could move where it was quieter, you could see into the bathroom. I opted for the noise. Dinner food was so-so. We won’t go back.

This is the 2nd time I've tried Sarabeth's, two different locations, consistent experience: just really awful. Terrible service, rude waitstaff and hostesses, apathetic and unapologetic managers, and on top of it all - mediocre, high-priced food. Needless to say, there won't be a third, and shame on me for giving them a second chance.

Very good but a bit pricey. Breakfast for two came up to 85...thats a lot for no cocktails. Orange juice wasn't worth the 9 for a glass.

We hoped to get the famous tomato soup but it isn’t served until 11:00. The service was great and food good but the supposedly homemade muffins were cold, unlike the typical baskets of warm homemade breads we get from the Central Park South location. Could they just throw it in the microwave next time because aside from being chilled muffins, they we’re tasty.

The service was very poor. Multiple items were missing and we had to ask for them several times. The waitstaff seemed untrained and confused. The table next to us sent their food back because it was cold. Our food was just ok. I would not recommend it return.

What a wonderful experience for Brunch as we enjoyed many fabulous fresh baked muffins, scones and breads. Everything was cooked to perfection and the service was attentive but not overbearing. Our daughter who lives in NYC said this is a "must dine" restaurant while in the City. Would strongly recommend this restaurant to others and we shall return on futures trips to NYC.

We had an extraordinary birthday brunch here. Our family group is not so easy to please and everyone was thrilled. From the fluffy French toast to the exquisite grown-up grilled cheese, the dazzling fruit plate and a perfect omelette, this lively restaurant left us vowing that we’d return regularly.

Wasn’t at all busy, but still noisy with people at the bar. Waitress forgot to order our appetiser which we didn’t realise until entrees arrived. Chicken pot pie and rotisserie chicken were delicious.

Quaint and yummy! Service was kind, attentive, helpful. Food was delicious! Worth the price as you get good quality and large portions. Neither of us were able to clean our plates although we wanted to. Good for brunch, business, dates, or groups. Would recommend.

Returned for Sunday brunch. The menu is essentially unchanged from other days but we had an enjoyable meal. The restaurant was very busy with a line awaiting entry and a large private party. Service was a bit slow (coffee refills, etc.). The oatmeal bowl was good as was the lobster Cobb salad. Had to remind server of a side dish previously ordered. Otherwise enjoyable and will return.

This is a big restaurant that feels expensive... and is. The food was ok. I was hoping it would be like the Sarabeth's of old - on the Upper West Side. But the brunch menu was limited to some trendy items. I really just wanted two eggs and toast with some of the old Sarabeth's muffins.

My companions seemed to enjoy their food - the egg popover was nice but with too many (too strong) scallions. Portions seemed small in general. On Sunday morning there were quite a few children/families.

The six of us had a lovely dinner. It was not busy when we started at 7 but filled up by the time we left. We were concerned after reading brunch reviews. However, our service was great. The plates were served hot. My fish was delicious, husbands NY strip he loved. Our friend's adult grilled cheese and tomato soup was so good we ordered an extra one for the table to share! The other couple had the salmon and said it was great. Portions weren't as large as we're used to but the tastes were delicious!

Their breakfast is classic with an upgraded twist. Their eggs are served with farm fresh vegetables of the highest quality. The accompaniments are also the finest that exists. Beautifully presented and tastes even better. The TriBeCa location is larger and more comfortable than some of the others, but I would run , not walk, to any location.
