Very noisy. Service slow . Ordered eggs Benedict and they forgot the sauce then when it came out everything was cold. Waited a long time for coffee and very loud restaurant .

The service was awful. Food cold. Omelet hard when I asked for soft. Promised hollandaise to heat up eggs Benedict but it never came. Didn’t have to pay the bill because of the terrible experience but I would have gladly paid as I came a far distance for the brunch. Have been going to Sarabeth’s for 40 years. East 90’s, west side, CPS. Very disappointed.

Food was relatively good and service was fine. Noise level was off the charts due to a very loud & rowdy party. In addition the tables in our section were just too close together. Probably a decent lunch spot, but not ideal for a quiet Valentines Day dinner.

Sarabeth's is a neighborhood stalwart with a great happy hour, solid, family-friendly brunch and dinner menus, and a spacious series of dining rooms that are refreshing in contrast to most Manhattan spots. Breakfast is probably the one meal that I wouldn't recommend here. A $20 omelette that is served solo, save for one small corn muffin accompaniment is not a good value. If you're going to spend $27 on breakfast per person (tax & tip, no coffee or beverages), do it somewhere with a more interesting menu (like locanda verde), or go somewhere more affordable (like maison kayser). Go to Sarabeth's in the afternoon and evenings, when the vibe is friendly and the value is better.

It was so noisy that, by the time our drinks came, we just left. Never even got to ordering food. If this is the way it is all the time, forget it!!

Delicious food. Big helpings. Noise level too loud for us but maybe because we were given table too near bar. Very near Westfield center and World Trade Center.

The 10oz. Prime Ribeye with root vegetables was delicious. The steak was tender and juicy.... perfect. The root vegetables were tasty.

Came here during restaurant week. Several good choices on the menu and we added an additional appetizer feeling the portions sizes were quite small on the first course. Main course was good as well as the dessert.

Food is always good but the service is awful. Our server was the only staff member doing her job. Everyone else was checking their watches, avoiding eye contact so as not to have to help. The lights are dimmed all the way which makes it impossible to get anyone’s attention. We live in the neighborhood and I would love to eat here more but we’ve had terrible service every time we’ve tried SB’d for dinner.

Overrated. Hostess was rude and made us wait even though we had a reservation and there were tables available. Food was mediocre diner level. Dry muffins and overpriced. Skip this touristy spot and go to some place else for brunch.

Sarabeths has always been a consistently yummy experience! We had the toasted almond French toast, the salmon eggs Benedict, the crab meat guacamole and the grilled cheese and tomato soup. All were great. The French toast had a great crunch. The guac could have used a bit of a kick, but it was full of fresh crab meat and house made potato chips. The grilled cheese was sooo good and the soup was cheesy, chunky and rich. Perfect for a cold winter day!

I've been to the Sarabeth's on Park Avenue several times, so I assumed this location would be as great. It was clean, the food was good, but we were forgotten about several times. We had to get up to ask for things a few times, and didn't even get some things we asked for.

Drove in from NJ because a friend recommended the brunch. It was worth the drive as the entrees were very tasty. I had the scrambled egg stuffed popover and my friend had french toast, bacon & 4 flowers juice. My only complaint was the coffee. It was not good. For brunch, I would expect a richer coffee or even a selection to choose from. It was served in a carafe & refreshed occasionally, much like diner coffee. I was disappointed as a good cup of coffee can make or break my dining experience. I would return, but hope to enjoy coffee that compliments the meal next time!

Side notes: lots of cocktail choices for brunch or lunch - also, a nice sized room on the side that would accommodate a group or small event.

They were really busy on a Sunday afternoon which probably led to their lackluster service. We made a reservation for 1:15 pm on OpenTable & around then they said they had a table for us, but we stood near the hostess stand for another 10 minutes waiting for our table. One hostess was initially about to lead us to our table close to our reservation time, but instead took another group (was a group of 3, so maybe they only had a smaller table available), which led to us waiting about another 10 minutes for a table to be cleared. After that, our waiter seemed impatient when we had a little trouble deciding what to order. He looked rushed & barely came back to our table after that unless we went out of the way to ask for more coffee or water.

We stopped here on our way from Midtown to the 9/11 museum. Our server was not very pleased to be at work and we couldn’t have paid him to smile, but the food was absolutely divine and the atmosphere was great!

The host was rude. With 1 person missing in the party, we were not given a table despite several tables being available. Also, she gave irritate look while we stood in the corner awaiting table assignment and our friend.
When seated, no one cared to help us with the menu card. Cup provided for tea had lipstic stains.
Such a bad expecience. Would never expacr this from a Sarabeth's. I will anyday prefer the midtown location, this is not worth my time and money.

This is the 2nd time I've tried Sarabeth's, two different locations, consistent experience: just really awful. Terrible service, rude waitstaff and hostesses, apathetic and unapologetic managers, and on top of it all - mediocre, high-priced food. Needless to say, there won't be a third, and shame on me for giving them a second chance.

We hoped to get the famous tomato soup but it isn’t served until 11:00. The service was great and food good but the supposedly homemade muffins were cold, unlike the typical baskets of warm homemade breads we get from the Central Park South location. Could they just throw it in the microwave next time because aside from being chilled muffins, they we’re tasty.

The service was very poor. Multiple items were missing and we had to ask for them several times. The waitstaff seemed untrained and confused. The table next to us sent their food back because it was cold. Our food was just ok. I would not recommend it return.
