Food was great but service was meh. Our waiter kept forgetting our order and bringing different items than we had ordered. We sat with empty glasses for almost 15 minutes twice
Delicious omelette! Will go here again
It was a great experience. Nice location. Street parking which is always a bonus
Great for kids, and great service. Always a solid choice.
We were there for Sunday brunch. We’ve heard a lot about Sarabeth’s and we’re anxious to try it out. The food was delicious and ample. Our server was energetic and kind, but a bit slow in checking in on us about more coffee. Our food took 45 minutes to come out. Only once did our server inform us about the long wait. The restaurant was not to capacity, so we’re not sure what took so long. It wouldn’t have been so bad had our server checked in on us more, kept us up to date and perhaps offered to bring us some muffins or scones while we waited. I’d go there again, but not on a Sunday to see if the service was faster.
One of our favorite brunch spots when visiting the Tribeca neighborhood. The menu is consistent and the value is pretty good, plus we can always get a seat at the bar even if the brunch reservations are all filled. The avocado toast is our favorite by far!
Breakfast was good. Nothing out of the ordinary. Service was good and server was nice. Not sure if we would return or go somewhere else next time. There are thousands of outstanding spots in the city.
Good place to go for a quick bite! Service was excellent! Meal was good but nothing special really. Lots of families were there when we were dining so a bit on the noisy side. Not a place for a romantic lunch or dinner date, if that’s what you’re looking for.
Mice meal . Good experience
We went for breakfast and enjoyed great food, perfect Bloody Marys and fantastic service.
We decided to get dinner at Sarabeth's TriBeCa after work when we found it on OpenTable. Our server was very good and attentive. Our meal was delicious and we took leftovers home. The only drawback of the experience was the noise level of the restaurant and we were sat right next to the restrooms. So, we would go back, however, we will request to seated in a better place.
I met with a couple of friends for brunch on Sunday. The restaurant was quite busy but they managed everyone that came in. The seating was pretty awkward given the space. We were offered two tables on either side of the entrance where they bus the tables so there was a lot of foot traffic past our tables by the servers. I don't recommend seating by these entrances. The food was good, one of my friends and I ordered the coconut waffles along with a rum butter and pineapple slice and we shared a side of bacon along with 2 Bellinis. The Bellini could have been better but the waffles were on point (wished I could have tasted a hint of rum in the butter, but that was the only drawback). My other friend ordered the banana waffles and a side of bacon along with an elder flower drink. Everyone enjoyed their food and we had a nice time, not rushed or anything.
The food and ambiance are always great and reliable, perfect place to satisfy everyone’s appetite! The staffs’ attentive service is another reason to keep going back
It was our 48 th High School Reunion. Shawn(Sean) the Maitre D went out of his way to make this a fabulous dining experience. He reserved a quite round table as we reserved.
and even made up a sign for it. Our waiter Philip was so attentive. Offering special drink suggestions and helping with menu choices, we all lived our dishes. and the service was truly amazing. No rush. They even sent over cookies and freshly made scones. A ten star rating from all of us. We reserved again for next year but I will be back before.
We went to meet with a friend to talk and it was a good choice. Food was good, but the restaurant was mostly empty on a weeknight. We had some trouble getting waiter's attention. Nonetheless I would go back.
The brunch is perfect! The Lemon ricotta pancakes are DELICIOUS. I've never had a bad experience at Sarabeth's. This was my first time at this location and it did not disappoint. The staff was accommodating and attentive. I was there with my baby and the staff was very helpful in managing how and where they placed things on the table and very patient with my friendly but messy infant. We went on a Sunday afternoon and it was busy but not over crowded. I highly recommend this location.
Love Sarabeth’s! We try to eat there every time we make it to NyC!
Food was cold
Service was terrible
Sat right next to the toilets
Long wait for food
Would expect better...
It was good
One of my favorite breakfasts in NYC! We love it here and I take my friends every time they come in town to visit. Beautiful space, family friendly, excellent food.
A very nice restaurant with excellent service!
Service spotty...server although congenial never returned to see how we were doing or if we needed anything. It's as if we weren't there.
Had to flag another server down to request check.
Good food, terrible service. Waiter was not responsive nor friendly. Took us 4 times asking for water to get any. Seems like staff more worried about having tables cleared with napkins and silverware on all empty tables.
When we arrived the host let us look around and select which table we liked best, which we were thankful for. Our server was very kind and quick. The food was so good I want to go every week!
Everything great. Not a single thing wrong.
Way yo expensive for the simple food you get, cold coffee dishes served not cooked. Not coming back
I went during restaurant week as my first visit. I was super happy with everything.
I was there at about 10am on Monday morning for breakfast/brunch with a friend.
We ordered Salmon Egg Benedict. Fat and Flurry French Toast.
The food were great. The environment was nice and quiet on a weekday morning.
However, we had to request to change seat due to they sat us at a table which was next to bathroom (the restaurant was 95% empty at 10am). My friend was not comfortable sitting so close to bathroom especially with the place being pretty empty.
Secondly, the waitress was not very attentive. She usually shows up shortly after we asked other waitress/waiter for things that we need. So that’s the down side. Other than that, the overall review was good and i would recommend the restaurant to others.
We’ve eaten here many times and loved it all. Unfortunately this time we had a server who didn’t smile once and put a damper on the whole experience. It’s amazing how much a moody waitress can affect everything
Well we really like to come and have breakfast! But and this is not a first time... your service is either stressed out or just a bit superficial and Sarabeth you might want to do a basic one on one with your staff: our waiter had no idea what a brioche is! Really???
Food is good NYC pricy of cause...
Was a touch on the expensive side for breakfast - $66 before tip, but the food was very good.
I did get a notice that we missed our reservation - I suspect a mixup when we initially checked in.
I visit frequently Sarabeth’s Tribeca with my 3 and 1y old kids. Always ask for the grilled chicken for them as they love it and even though is not a brunch dish but dinner they are always so kind to do it. Service is impecable! Despite my 2 kids making noise restaurant is noisy enough so that they blend in. Food is always amazing!
Best place to go if you have kids for great food and great service!.
Fine place to meet for lunch. Great service, pretty basic menu, food was standard and the decor is lovely.
The food was wonderful and the wait staff attentive.
kid friendly, delicious food, mostly attentive staff.
Best breakfast/brunch in NYC!! Service was mediocre and it was very loud as we were in a room which echoed with mainly children in the room. But the food was outstanding and worth the noise level.
I went there with my girlfriend for Saturday brunch. We were waiting a while before server took our order. Then he forgot to bring me my drink and when I’ve asked again he was surprised because he didn’t even wrote it down while taking our order. Food was just ok.
My Experience at Sarabeth's was not what I expected. Our service was terrible. As I looked around, everyone in the restaurant had bread on their table. Unfortunately we were finished with our dinner when I noticed. I will not return to Sarabeth's for another meal.
