Easy with kids
"simply the best" always my "go-to" for brunch. kid-friendly. adult-friendly. what's not to love?
Great restaurant overall however the following is what we negatively experienced.
1) Waiter sat us next to 6 obnoxious rich girls who don't understand what an inside voice is.
2) Eggs on the benny were slimy.
Service was horrible we waited for a long time but it was New Year’s Day and it was packed so they get a pass since they comped our drinks and the food was outstanding
The Service was unfortunately quite slow.
It was OK service.
Nice atmosphere. Salad was very good as was Mac and cheese
Excellent brunch! Food with a creative twist. Looking forward to returning
Great feeling, it is quieter than Central Park one, good location too.
I have been do a different Sarabeth’s before which is very busy and overcrowded and noisy. The TriBeCa location is much nicer, quieter and a really beautiful location for brunch. Delicious pancakes and friendly staff !
Great place to enjoy food and relax. The almond crusted French toast was delicious!
Food was cold and bland. Better off eating at home. Just terrible!
Our server Reese was exceptional!
Disappointing service and was not blown away by the food
Delightful experience I would share with all! Love the Tribeca location, chic, low-key, more casual than Central Park! My best brunch in NYC!
Bathroom could use some love- for early in a Saturday
It was too loud! Need to ask the patrons to tone it down.
Simply wonderful, everything was terrific
My go to place for good food, good service, and comfortable seating.
Food was cold - service not great either. I expected more
This has always been a favorite spot to bring family for brunch when they’re in town. It was sad how miserable our server Alina Z was. We asked for something as simple as ketchup and mayo and she rolled her eyes at us. When it was forgotten we were nervous to ask her because of how miserable she was anytime we asked her a question. Maybe she had a bad day but my in-laws asked if service is always this way, which it is not. Felt bad to see how much she hates her job after seeing her interact with every table the same way. Hopefully next time is better
My first experience with the chain was at Sarabeth's in Key West. Hands down, best breakfast/eggs I have EVER had. Last year we went to Sarabeth's - Upper West Side - the original location. We were as impressed as in Key West, amazing food, beautiful inside, very small restaurant, great service. This year we decided to try the Tribeca location and we were pretty disappointed. Eggs were under-seasoned (eggs in popover), spinach and goat cheese omelet had barely any goat cheese, fat and fluffy french toast was good but it said "with strawberries" and it came with two strawberries sliced into small pieces. The kid's pancakes were a nice serving size and were good. So really, we were underwhelmed. The restaurant was very pretty but HUGE which sort of took away from the atmosphere we loved in Key West and the Upper West Side. Won't be returning to this location. Go to Upper West Side or even better, Key West!
They charge for hot water and take too long for food yet no one is in the restaurant.
Waited over an hour for our food. And it was difficult to wave down our waiter as we had several different ones waiting on The table. Food was good though.
Service could have been better...restaurant was not full.
We had the Express lunch. It was a very good meal for the price. The included glass of wine was a nice touch. While we were not on a tight schedule, service was timely.
EXCELLENT service! Food ranged from good to great!
Excellent and attentive service. Great attention to detail in the food - temperature, seasoning, etc. Good portion sizes.
Very nice restaurant. Excellent food and service
Had lunch. Even though it was more like Brunch . I had a Bloody Mary it was delicious. Had the buttermilk pancakes and bacon. They were light and fluffy. Very good. Would definitely recommend this place and would return. Service was excellent.
The service was excellent. We were seated right away. The food is always great, this meal didn’t disappoint. The preserves were delicious. I absolutely adore the scones. Best ones anywhere.
Super rude host!!
Had reservation for lunch. Got seated right opposite to the restroom door.
Went back to the boat; I touched his shoulder to get his attention and said “Excuse me sir, do you think we can get a different table”
Looked straight into my eyes and said “Next time don’t touch me!”
Food was cold, slow service. Tasted good but very slow.
I made the reservation, walked to the restaurant for 20 minutes and the restaurant was closed! How do you confirm a reservation of a closed restaurant?????
Everything was awesome! Bar was moderate noise level, but we sat in the dining room.
We had a lovely meal. We went early so it was nice and quiet. Our server was excellent and very accomodating.
Careless server. Got one item incorrect. One omelette was brought out without the 7 grain toast on the side, when we asked for it she brought it but it was burnt. Didn’t check up on us much. For what is expected at Sarabeth’s this was awful service.
Honestly, it was a rando choice as it is near the show we were attending. Could not have been happier with the choice. EVERYTHING was delicious, the service was the type you expect at a top end steakhouse but the prices were completely reasonable, (for NYC of course!!).
Go to one of the locations, you will be quite pleased.
