Too loud and too touristy for me.
Lovely time as always and I had my buttermilk pancakes with bacon! Great service!!!
The service was impeccable - the hostess took great care of us upon arrival and the servers were attentive but not overbearing. The food was fresh and delicious. Favorite dishes were the oysters, the seafood Cobb salad and the guacamole/crab appetizer with crispy chips. We'll be back!
Classic and classy place for business breakfast. Food was excellent and the vibe was nice.
Have been on several occasions. Always a wonderful experience, especially breakfast.
The service was extremely slow and we had to flag down servers and busers for so many things. Two of us ordered the special crab cake eggs benedict which had zero flavor and the bread they were served on were dry and hard. The 1 ounce of hollandaise sauce was certainly not sufficient to give the meal any flavor. Someone else in our party had an omelette and it was a rubbery blob without any flavor. We asked twice for hot sauce. We were very disappointed since we chose this restaurant on the glowing recommendation from a family member.
Waitress was horrible. Left us sitting for long time before ordering.
Went to brunch with best friends from out of town and had the best time! Great food and drinks
Great Brunch, great service from Edgar!!
Very attentive staff, food was great and served quickly, get the espresso martinis!
Great service and value
Four of us enjoyed the brunch. Our food was delicious and promptly served. Staff was friendly and helpful. I definitely recommend a reservation since it is busy.
Nice open space and very nice & friendly staff, I was so impressed with the appetizer crab toast, yummy and tasty and I would like come back to try it again, Tomato Gazpocho soup and Baja stripped Bass were very good too, lamb chops was not as good as I have expected. Over all, I love this place.
Great breakfast very pricey but I enjoyed my time
From service to food all was exceptional. I will be back
Everything met expectations, EXCEPT your prices, which are a bit too high.
Sarabeth's is one of the most well-known brunch places in the city, but this location was totally sub-par. Though I had made a reservation online, we still had to wait and were seated at a high top table across from a tv screen in the bar area. When we asked to move, the hostess told us it would be a 30 minute wait for a table in the main room. Another server then rushed us to a table he said "wasn't their best", but at least it wasn't at the bar. 30 minutes after ordering, our waiter informed us that the kitchen had "lost our ticket" and he had thrown out the paper he wrote it on, so asked us to repeat what we had ordered. He said they would rush it and have it out within 10 minutes. He then brought us a basket of mediocre, cold muffins for the wait. When the food finally came (20 minutes later) we were surprised at the mediocrity. Definitely won’t be returning.
It’s one of our go to brunch spots. This visit we celebrated our daughters 18th birthday at Sarabeth’s
Love this place for an early Sunday brunch!
Fanstic break from the noise of the city. My six year old described it as her favorite part of the weekend in new york.
The food is very good, and good value. Baked goods are outstanding. Service was spotty; had to ask for things (extra dressing, a missing utensil, etc.) several times before they were brought. If the restaurant had been very busy, this would have been forgivable, but the place was empty.
Delicious food and great service. Clean bathrooms too.
Great brunch with friends
Servers and staff interrupt conversations too often
It was a nice experience. I don’t understand why there are so many empty seats.
My dining partner was over an hour late due to train trouble but I was seen to my table and waited on with great courtesy and patience until she arrived. The food is consistently great so no reveiw of that.
It's a favorite go to place. The addition of tempura asparagus to the menu is a winner. Had it the first night on the appetizer menu and loved it. Dinner or brunch you're a favorite.
The person I was with thought the food was only okay. Mine was fresh and delicious
Great meal and atmosphere!
Great brunch, had the French toast, omelette and eggs Benedict. All very good
We were in town for just a few days, so I didn't have much time to meet up with an old friend. Found Sarabeth's online, and it wasn't a long walk from our hotel. The food and selection were excellent. Now I can't wait to go back to New York so I can have the seafood Cobb salad again -- it was fresh, with large pieces of seafood. One of the best salads I've ever had.
All the abovegreat place!!!
It was a great venue to have a birthday dinner.
Sat outside where it noisy, food was horrible (made me sick), saw our waiter about one time
Short rib hash was delightful
A little disappointed with this visit because the food and coffee was served cold.
Favorite restaurant for breakfast in NYC! Celebrated our daughter’s birthday and Sarabeth’s made it a great celebration and visit!
Went for an early brunch on a Sunday morning. It was the perfect time to go. We did make a reservation which Is a good idea, but it’s a very large place. Food and service was excellent as always.
It was hard to call a clerk but it was a little noisy, but it is natural in crowded restaurants. Food and coffee were delicious and the interior was pleasant.
