Great everything, as usual!
We were at a table for 6. One person at our table did not get their meal until we were all practically finished. When we asked the waiter said another waiter took her food to another table by accident
Way over rated. Wildly expensive. Could have eaten breakfast for three days at Blooms for the price paid!!
Don’t fall for the hype.
Love this place. Great for Sunday brunch. Delicious food and vibe. 10/10 reccomend for anyone looking for good food and good drinks.
The food was great!
Always love the omelets. My son had the grilled cheese on pretzel bread with tomato soup! Amazing.
My family and I have been coming here and other locations for years and this has been the worst experience ever. We opt for a more pricier and nice venue when we’re in the city bc we can get the bad service and bad food anywhere these days. We were greeted 10-15 minutes after sitting down with “are you rdy to order?” No name, no apology for taking so long, absolutely no greeting. I get it. It can get busy. I’ve been in restaurant myself for 20 years. My husband doesn’t care about these things but I do bc first impressions as a server really counts if you’re hustling for tips. I’m alrdy disappointed. The food was also the worst it’s ever been. A dish I’ve ordered on many occasions came out gross and for the first time ever, I did not finish my dish. My kids hated their Mac n Cheese. Overall experience was the absolute worst. We still left a good tip bc again, I’ve worked in the industry and I know how hard it can be. In conclusion, we will be taking a break from Sarabeths for awhile and I’m disappointed. I hope they do better when we decide to go back.
we were 30 minutes late for our reservation. The staff was so kind to get us seated ASAP. My only complaint was the food! It wasn’t good. We had three in our party and we all ordered cheese omelette with a muffin. The cheese omelette was dry. The muffin was cold and dry. It might have been a day or two old!! I was so disappointed! We had been to the Sarabeth’s near Central Park which was amazing. The food was out of this world!! I won’t be going back to the Park Av Sarabeth’s.
Great place for an anniversary brunch! Great service and outstanding food.
The manager was rude. He greeted everybody except us. We were the only asians in the room at the time and he's probably only comfortable with the caucasians.
I really want to give Sarabeth's a 5 star rating, but there are two things that bothered me: 1. I stopped on my way to the airport to catch brunch with a friend, and I had a carryon bag. I was there at least 20 minutes jostling out of everyone's way before someone even bothered to ask whether I wanted to check the bag. A server finally noticed, and she asked if I wanted to check the bag. 2. The meal itself was very good, but for the prices paid, I would expect very good service. My friend never got that latte she requested, and when the server finally came around--at the end of the meal--it was time to go. Rather than simply apologize, he said, "I didn't hear that you wanted one." Fair enough, but if he had stopped by once or twice during the meal, we could have repeated the request. As it was, there was no one around to ask. I know it was a busy time--Sunday brunch--but still I think they appeared to be short-handed, and a little short-tempered.
We love this place for Sunday brunch. The food and service are exquisite.
I appreciated the waiter's suggestion to substitute salad for potatoes!
Amazing lunch. Totally appreciated the complimentary cake for my sons birthday. As always attentive, pleasant and accommodating staff. Consistent Excellent service I’ve come to expect and never disappointed.
Always a consistent lunch experience at Sarabeth. I work in the same building. I don't always go there because it's a little pricey for a day-to-day work lunch. But for a business lunch it's quite the treat. Food is excellent, and staff is friendly.
We were on a very strict timetable and service was exceptionally good (food was great, always is) but that we got in and out under an hour was great!
The place is nice. Food was very good but my goodness, the price! $21 dollars for pancakes with no sides or anything else? That's insane! Good food, good experience, but man oh man, is this place expensive!
We came here for breakfast after a girls weekend. It was great! The food was so good and came out quickly after we ordered it. We had one person in our group with a Gluten issue and she was able to have the Short Rib Hash which was excellent. Loved the bakery basket as well as my omelet.
Our waitress went MIA and then when our bill came, two items were wrong (my entree was priced different than in the menu and they had substituted my wine for another without telling me and charged me the higher price). Restaurant was mostly empty on a saturday night. The food was fine.
The food and service was so good!
Food and service excellent! Absolutely the best mac n cheese I’ve ever tasted. Our party enjoyed filet mignon, seared tuna, and branzino fish. Apps were oysters and fried calamari. Be sure to ask for bread basket. We also really enjoyed the truffle fries! The veggies that accompanied entrees had layers of flavor and were very well prepared. Wine choice was Emmolo merlot. Excellent happy hour drink and food prices in bar until 7:00, jazz string trio was playing in bar.
We were excited to try this place, great reviews. We went on a Sunday night, during a rain snow event. There were only three occupied tables that I could see. The web site said, $1 Oysters during happy hour, so we couldn’t wait to dig into those. Our greeting was fabulous, he addressed me by name, I suspect I was the only reservation that night. We were seated in a booth,in the middle of the restaurant, the seats were torn and wore out. I asked for a dozen oysters and confirmed it was happy hour. That only applies to the other side of the half wall. You have to sit in the lounge area. This makes no sense to me. No oysters. The food was great, Salmon, Tenderloin and Scallops. The three of us were very happy with the food and the bottle of wine. The servers, could not be found when you needed them. The place was slow, so they were hanging out in back rather than being on the floor. I eat out in NYC at least ten times a month in the Murray Hill area. I am scratching this one off the list. There are plenty of places who actually appreciate their customers, this is not one of them. A seat at a table near a window, it’s NYC everyone wants to look at the city. Oysters are $3.50 at this table, but $1 at the table 30 feet away. Poor business model.
Always a fantastic experience from beginning to end.
Food and service were great. My only complaint is that hostess put us a at a small table when larger tables were available. There were 6 of us at a banquet. Very tight.
This was my third visit and will not be my last. Sarabeth's is one of my faves. The service and food is always remarkable. Highly recommend it!
Richard was very friendly and accommodating They had music and the happy hour is so worth it.
I always have a great time at Sarabeth’s and today’s lunch did not disappoint!
Sweetest staff and great service!
Great food and space. My go to.
It is really quiet, and food is decent. Happy hours are worth it.
Pancakes and eggs were a tad cold, cut otherwise great!
The service and food are always outstanding. Brunch is always crowded but Sarabeth always honors their reservations.
Every dish is interesting and delicious and there is something for everyone.
We absolutely love this place for brunch and dinner!
Great dinner experience
Loved dining at Sarabeth’s. We sat in a booth and the decor is beautiful. A wonderful way to spend a Saturday afternoon. The peach Bellini and banana apple French toast was perfect!
Haven't been to Sarabeth's for long time but it was just as great as I remembered it!!
Brunch was delicious!! Omelettes, burgers, eggs Benedict, fries, Bloody Marys, Mimosas, and Bellinis - ALL AWESOME!!!!
Definitely will be back and definitely recommend this restaurant!!
Famoua egg venedict as usual
Very kind servers
I enjoyed brunch
It’s an ok restaurant with ok food. The service is nice the restaurant is clean and upscale. However the glassware is covered in water spots the tables are very wably. We sat at one and had to move to another but it was just as unstable.
Food was amazing. It was my second time there and I will definitely return.
This location is a good one for business lunches. There are usually tables open and the assortment of brunch and lunch choices and drinks please just about everybody.
