WORST EXPERIENCE EVER! An electric wheel chair went haywire sending a table into my 70 year old mother pinning her against a table. She sustained significant bruising and this is all on video tape. The staff didn’t intervene, however fellow onlookers and myself did. I used my full body weight and force to press back to stop the table from continuing to injure my mom. I informed the manager that the staff stood by while this went on for some time and she said it wasn’t their fault and she would offer to take two drinks off the bill. I told her I didn’t care about that and she added them back and then subsequently took them off again when I agreed to not fill out a complaint for she brought over. The whole thing is absurd. My senior citizen mother was significantly injured in a very dramatic display, while we were supposed to be enjoying a pleasant Father’s Day brunch and the management things that’s ok, no intervention, no apology, and insulting to think comped drinks would have sufficed over acknowledgment and an apology for what was indeed a traumatic event. This is all on tape and that can do way more justice than my words, but we’re all shaken up and the staff there definitely needs better training. I will never go back.

Everything was good as perfect, just the waitress at the end rushed us I wasn’t even halfway my drink and he brought the check without asking for it

Great as always! Sarabeth’s could bot disappoint if they tried. The staff were courteous and diligent, the service was quick and the food was delicious. It was a great start to a Saturday morning that set us up for a great rest of the day!

Our family had a great Sunday breakfast at Sarabeth’s. Upscale and friendly atmosphere, great service, yummy food. One of the highlights of our long NYC weekend vacation.
