It was great!!
Our waitress wasn’t too attentive. Food was okay.
Our food was very mediocre, dry, bland, and boring but wow was it expensive!! It was so crowded that it was hard to get coffee and water refills. Our servers were very pleasant but clearly swamped. We were seated right away even though there were many people waiting, but were sat at a tiny hightop in the bar that did not have room for our entrees and drinks. I have been to Sarabeth's several times and just don't see a reason to go back. NYC prices without quality.
Very commercial. The food is not good. They want you out of there quickly because there’s a huge waitlist.
I have only had breakfast at Sarabeth’s. The food is good and price about average for the city. Service is generally good but this time slower than expected. I would recommend this restaurant.
The food and drinks were amazing!!! Ive been her years before, but forgot how tasty everything is. It was quiet with prompt service. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone looking for a quiet midtown dinner.
Service couldn’t be better, very friendly & attentive staff. Food is always delicious, great muffin basket!
overall we had a great time. the lemon ricotta pancakes were a bit dry so that was sad but the French toast was great and the short rib hash was amazing. overall a great spot for brunch . the drinks were also good, lots of specialty mimosas perfect for a weekend brunch.
Excellent. Food was really good and the service was outstanding. Definitely going again.
Excellent food in an attractive space...would go there again
Great food, great and professional service, healthy and tasty selections both breakfast, lunch, and dinner.
Great place for a casual outing, business meeting, or good solo meal. Very spacious but often good to make reservation just in case.
Very slow service
Great for brunch
Great service for my grandparents!
Excellent service and food, as usual. Great for Saturday brunch lunch with old friend, relaxed atmosphere to catch up, not noisy. I often pick Sarabeth restaurants fir these reasons.
Great! The service was terrific and they went out of their way to make our daughter’s birthday special.
The reason for the 3 stars was because even after my reservation, I was seated 30 min after
Came here for brunch on Sunday. It was packed, but luckily this restaurant takes reservations and we were seated quickly. We order the smoked salmon eggs benedict and french toast -
the french toast was great, the smoked salmon eggs benedict was expensive for how little salmon was on it, and the bread was not an English muffin but rather some sort of roll that was extremely bland. Service was excellent.
A nice place to grab breakfast or lunch while in NYC.
Fantastic! Busy Sunday morning yet they took us before our reservation. This is my wife's favorite restaurant and it didn't disappoint this time either.
Enjoyed the hospitality
Sarabeth's provides a delicious and reasonably-priced breakfast in a calm, comfortable space. We'll gladly return.
Quick service, somewhat noisy lunch crowd.
Excellent service - very kind and attentive staff. They remembered we were celebrating my friend's birthday, and brought out a slice of cake with a candle. I completely forgot, haha. Would definitely visit againa nd would definitely recommend to a friend.
Bad food, bad service
Wish the service was more attentive
I like this Sarabeth's location best in NY. Tables are large and comfortable so you are not on top of other guests and can have a conversation. Food is not memorable but fresh and healthy. Service is good. My one HUGE complaint is NO WIFI!!!
Went there for breakfast / business but normally great for brunch.
I hope to take here again!
Waiting at the table for 30 mins asked other staff to get server twice and nobody showed up. Apparently this place made me feel they are Races as well, most of the employees there show poker faces to non-white customers. So u guys want to keep sarabeth a white-only spot for intentionally showing terrible attitude to non-white ppl? By scaring them away huh?
The restaurant informed Open Table that I didn’t arrive for my reservation. This was absolutely wrong as I actually arrived early. They should start paying attention to details instead of operating the place as a Brunch Factory.
Cesar salad was $20 and the lettuce hadn’t been washed. It was like eating sand. Told the server and he apologized but kept it on the bill.
The food was good and well presented. All in all a very nice experience with the exception of going to use the restrooms. A very foul odor permeated the basement level.
First time and it was a pleasure.
Our waiter was amazing and the food was YUMMY!! My daughters and I enjoyed every minute of our experience there.
The food did not warrant that kind of price point. Our server was very nice but the food was just not good. I ordered a banana muffin that was supposed to “be very good,” according to my server, and a cheese omelet. The muffin was hard as a rock, and didn’t even taste like bananas. It tasted like day old cardboard — no taste. Since the server recommended the muffin I even got one to go for my husband who was stopping by to say hi. He texted me later and said why I even bothered to give him the muffin. It was so bad he had to throw it away.
My bill and friend’s bill combined (two entrees, an extra muffin and four coffees) cost about $85 with tip. I didn’t finish the omelet. I don’t mind paying good money for good food. But that was not good. Not even mediocre. What infuriates me about the experience is paying a lot of money for bad food.
The one on 60th is better. The food was cold, they forgot my wife's meal, had to get up 3 times to get the waiter because he wasn't around.
Personally loved my experience here! I have amazing food and amazing service! It was my sisters birthday an was even given complimentary dessert!!
French fries were DECLICIOUS.
They ruined Valentines day
Food was just really not good at all. I ordered the crab pasta and it was soooo fishy I couldn't eat it. Seemed like the ingredients had all gone bad.
