Sarabeth's Central Park South
“Not just for Brunch.” "Not for many, many years now, and certainly not on Central Park South,” comments Frank Bruni of the New York Times about our wonderful dinner menu. Join us for an evening meal and reverse your thinking - Sarabeth's for Dinner.

Excelent food, good for any ocasion, excelent service. In front of central park. Highly recommendable
Expensive for what it is, but it's a nice atmosphere and location near central park. The food was good, but not amazing. Very good service, but get reservations up avoid a wait.
We arrived early and out table was ready which was nice. It was very full and very loud and a tad bit warm inside. We waited a while for our water cups to be filled but our food came out extremely quickly and was absolutely delicious.
Two adults and 2 kids. Seated in the window. Good for people watching. Food was great. Service was slow. Restaurant felt dirty.
Lemon ricotta pancakes were dry as a bone and service was lacking
Everything was perfect, service very good and friendly the food amazing but 16 dollar for some berries were very expencive
Comida deliciosa pero muy caro.
Loved it for breakfast with my 9 year old daughter and my mom. The food was great, portions were generous and the coffee was good.
The dining area was quiet and meals were served quickly. All of the severs were friendly and our waitresses were exceptionally nice. Food was great and priced reasonably for NYC.
Our server was exceptional. She did remember to place a candle in our “birthday” desert!
Unfortunately, the chef at Sarabeth's Central Park South does not know how to use any spices in preparing dinner entrees. Both of us had dinners that were tasteless. We had salmon and chicken dishes. Both were very simply prepared but lacked any taste. Prices were mid range for New York and definitely not worth it considering all the choices that the city has to offer at the same price.
This was our second visit to the restaurant. The first time, last year, was for brunch which was excellent. So we were both very surprised how the dinners did not stack up to the previous brunch. So it looks like that will be the last time that we visit Sarabeth's.
Great for lunch. Excellent service and wide variety of food choices on the menu
Given the location and expense of Sarabeth's, the bathroom should be clean.
We were staying on Central Park South and looked for a nearby restaurant after a busy day. Great meal, great selection. We were seated in a quiet room. near the back of the restaurant. Nice waiter. great Manhattan. We would return.
I ordered the tomato soup, which was outstanding. The garden omelet was meh. It needed flavor and the salt
on the table should be kosher salt or Himalayan; a finishing salt not the plain bleached salt.
Overall, I would still come here because I love the tomato soup and the service :)
Everyone is so friendly and accommodating. Showed up to our reservation for 3 for breakfast very late and they were so nice about it. Service is quick, there are multiple people attending to each table. The muffin basket with jams was great - I mostly wanted to try the jams and they don’t disappoint. Had the Goldie lox which was delicious - they’re cooked perfectly and not dried out like some other places. Of course there are other breakfast/brunch places that serve similar food for a lot less money, but you’re paying for the location and the service as well.
It’’s my first time st Sarabeth’s and all Washington good, service and food!
It was my friend's birthday and they brought a delicious piece of cake with a candle!
Even for NYC I felt the good was overpriced and bland.
Delightful way to start the morning. Delicious breakfast with a view of the park. The farmer’s omelet and spring fever mimosa were a great hit!
Amazing food, great service, we had breakfast before walking in central park
Sat in the back. Music was a bit loud and made it hard to talk. Staff was accommodating and fixed it.
The Crab Spaghetti was awesome!
Staff were very pleasant and kind.
Todo excelente ! La comida, el lugar, el servicio en general todo súper!!
We got the almond crusted French toast and Eggs Crabcake Benedict, and both were fantastic. The service was superb — friendly and attentive wait staff. Booking a reservation was easy, and the location of this Sarabeth’s was great, just steps to Central Park, which made for a nice post meal stroll. The food prices are a little steep, but everything was delicious. Will definitely return!
Sarabeth's never disappoints! Great food, great location, and GREAT service!! Central Park is my FAV location.
As usual, food was excellent and service was great.
We had a mother-daughter dinner and it was special, memorable and perfect.
Went for a pre-theatre meal. Staff was very accommodating and got our meal out with plenty of time to make out show.
Mad crazy money
Meeting my Godson for catch up breakfast. Staff gave us wonderful corner table in front room so I could people watch and munch on muffins while I waited for him. Thank you!
The four fruit juice is delicious!!
I haven't been to Sarabeth's in a long time. Visited with my sisters about 10 years ago. I brought my daughter when we had a Mother /Daughter visit to NYC for theater, food and shopping. We thoroughly enjoyed ourselves. The ambiance was perfect. My eggs Benedict was cooked perfectly. Her omelet not so perfect. The leeks were overwhelming, just too many.
We had strollers and the staff was so helpful
We were there for my sister’s 33rd Birthday. I have been to Sarabeth’s many times in the past but this experience was truly lack luster. My eggs Benedict were not hot but rather warm. The service was good but not great. The chocolate cake desert served for my sister’s birthday was also good but not great.
My expectations from past experiences and Sarabeth’s notoriety, were definitely not met.
It was overall an average experience with a high price tag.
Perfect as always
Food was overall excellent. The lemon ricotta pancakes were light and flavorful. I had the salmon Benedict it was excellent too but the poached eggs on top were room temperature. They still tasted great however Would definitely come again
foods were nice, but they were mopping the floor when we were eating!!!!!! Even there was no spilled drink!!!!!!
