Ownership transition is going smoothly. New owner has strong local ties and a great background. Should not miss a beat and time will show some new innovative creative menu options.

This was my first time at this establishment and I enjoyed the drink menu very much although it was definitely on the pricey side. I had the soup which was a carrot parsnip bisque and it was very good

As opposed to many restaurants with hard surfaces everywhere, this one although busy is not loud. The food is quite exceptional too. While our group does not live in the neighborhood, we noticed there were many folks there from the area around the restaurant. Nice comfortable place with a small but interesting wine list.

Our group of three enjoyed dinner on a Monday. We were well attended to by waitstaff. The menu didn't have an overwhelming selection, but it had a nice variety and each dish had something that set it above the ordinary. For example, my pork chop (very well prepared) was served with plaintain gnocchi. We've visited Sand Point Grill several times over the last fifteen years, and we've always been happy with the food and the service.

Food took forever! Server forgot a number of requests. Mistakes happen, so not a huge deal!
