Wimbledon's most successful restaurant has served both a local and an international clientéle for 50 years, with simple, authentic recipes. Virtually everything, from bread to cantucci, pasta and ice-cream is hand-made on-site, ensuring a cuisine of the highest quality, true to it's maternal traditions.

Deceptively large, with modern, classic interiors furnished with many important artworks, and with a beautiful summer courtyard for perfectly secluded al-fresco dining, right in the heart of SW19.

Possibly the most enduring restaurant south of the river, San Lorenzo Fuoriporta's longevity reflects its quality pedigree by adhering to the basic principles of quality and simplicity.

Really depends It was my wife's birthday and I asked for a bottle of champagne to be on the table for when we arrived I knew something was wrong when they gave me a choice of tables ??? - No champagne.? My sone drinks Lager , it was served in a small wine glass as they had ran out of beer glasses but we got charged the same price. I ordered a bottle of Brunello , decanting was not offered and it was served ina atable glass , i had to ask for a glass appropriate to the wine - the did not have one. We enjoyed the food , it was fine but the staff that served us had no training , did not no the menu

Fabulous meal. So lucky to have this on our doorstep. The quality of the food was exceptional. Ghigo and his staff went out of their way to make our birthday lunch special.

The food was fantastic, especially the pasta starter and I would highly recommend this restaurant for NYE. A good atmosphere and dancing from midnight. Lets hope 2020 goes just as smoothly!

The food was not great but the service was good. Staff are very young. But very pleasant and keen to please. The wine recommendation was good but the food was not good.

Food was be nice but service very slow, I don’t expect that kind of experience at these kinds of prices. Took a while to be given a menu, then the main courses (both pasta) took ages to arrive despite it being very quiet - this was not such an issue but then also had to ask 3 times to get the bill and then eventually get someone to come and take payment so it became annoying and spoiled the experience. Perhaps because we sat in the back room - clearly a mistake!
