About Samba Brazilian Grill
For those of you who are not current or former gauchos who roam the prairies of Brazil, you might need an explanation of our style of service. At the end on a long day of work tending to cattle and stock, Brazilian cowboys (Gauchos) and their families would prepare great feasts. They would skewer various meats, roast them over a fire pit and bring them to the table for carving. There would be a bounty of seasonal vegetables, stews and salads using fresh ingredients from the fruits of their labor.

Samba Brazilian Grill Ratings and Reviews
Great food, service, and atmosphere. The restaurant has a very cozy feel to it while giving you plenty of space. The salad bar was great and the servers are quick to bring you a variety of meat. A bit expensive but definitely worth the price. We both left full and satisfied.
Spent our Thanksgiving at Samba...couldn't have asked for a better day. Our reservation was on time, food was plentiful, service could have been better, but otherwise it was a perfect day. We weren't rushed and had enough time to catch up with one another. I would definitely have another one of our family functions here!
Reserved via OpenTable and requested a table for two with ambiance. We were seated at possibly the worst table in the restaurant (on the kitchen half wall, near the waiters water stand). The host was unpleasant, but the remainder of the service was good. Meats came by frequently, the salad bar was great, but for $42 a person, I didn't love every meat option that came by (and I'm a meat eater). I won't be back on my own accord.
Our experience this time was disappointing. Service was slow for a less the half full dinning room. The cold table was good but the meat portion was extremely disappointing. Cuts had almost no flavor, the meat was very bland as if there were no seasoning. Staff was friendly.
It was my Fiance's Birthday and 1st time experiencing it and he loved it. He filled himself up with so much meat, there was no room for salad bar or dessert. I liked the option of salad bar only and was full after only one plate. The cocktails were very well made. Nice, overall. I want to go again soon!!
I used to come here when it first opened 10 years back or so. It may be my imagination, but I recall a larger and much higher quality buffet section. Between the subpar buffet and so so cuts of meat, I don't really see the value in forking out $80 on a dinner for two here. Plus the hostess acted like she was bequeathing a great boon upon us for paying us any heed. Kind of annoying...
The service was great so we're the hosts. The only problem we had was the meat was not done so we basically are from the little salad bar and the few things along the wall. I paid almost $100 for nothing because we couldn't eat the meat. More than likely I won't be back.
Enjoy the great salad bar selections for the first course, you could make this a meal in itself. However, be sure to leave room for all of the grilled meats featured for the main course! If you pace yourself, you can sample each of the 4 cuts of beef and steak, leg of lamb, chicken, sausages, and grilled pineapple, and enjoy all you can eat without feeling stuffed.
