Salvatore's Ristorante Italiano
Absolutely love the south tours. There’s no Parmesan is the best ever. The staff is amazing. Lovely Decour our favorite place to go.
Sole tasted like it was deep fried instead of pan seared. Lots of breading and soaked in oil. We were regulars but not any longer.
Very nice but also relaxing. Service was good and the music made for a fun Environment. We would definitely dine there again.
It was not a good dinning experience. Food and service was average at best.
The most disappointing was when we where told that we could not use the $10.00 dinning credit. It should have been disclosed on the voucher.
Clearly the best classic Italian cuisine restaurant in Las Vegas.
Excellent restaurant just one small issue. The chef used a ton of salt. The lobster bisque was good until about the 6 spoonful and then the salt hit you. Same with lamb chops. But overall I would go again. Joy our server very nice, prompt and professional.
Salvatores has become one of our go to restaurants when visiting Vegas...out of this years 4 visits we have eaten there 3 times (and we do not stay at Boyd properties). It can be depended on for excellent Italian dishes with impeccable service is a very quiet environment (of course we usually come on a Sunday and tend to eat early). It is certainly one of the better Italian restaurants in Vegas and worth the trip to the hotel.
It’s really hard to talk about the quality of food and the overall ambience of the restaurant when the first encounter with your waiter ensures you that he’s a total jerk. This was only confirmed as we went through our meal. We were rushed from the start asking us to order even before drink orders. Had to ask bus boy to find him 2X.. then there is the food. At best mediocre. No one cleaned their plates. The highlight of coarse is Phil Baker and the live music. Next time we will have a drink at the bar enjoying Phil, then eat elsewhere
Food was good, not great. Pretty typical for a casino restaurant.
The only reason service didnt get five stars is that the waiter made a mistake with my dinner. I could of said something and sent it back but I didnt want to wait any longer for food, other than that it was a very enjoyable evening for myself and my family.
Pleasant experience as usual. Always make it a point to dine here.
Having eaten in many Italian restaurants Salvatore's okay for the price.
We are locals who have eaten at Salvatore's before and have been generally satisfied. On this occasion our waiter dumped our food on the table no rushed off, no enquirer about requiring anything. He was attentive when it came to tipping time. Saw plenty of him then. We ordered the sole Parmesan which was dry and tasteless. All in all, what should have been a special night was ruined
We absolutely adore coming to the restaurant. The food atmosphere service, all amazing. One of the best places in town.
Our experience left us checking the calendar to see when we can return. Joy was our server and on top of everything for the whole meal. Wine and appetizers were tasty and all 10 dinners were excellent. A superb birthday evening. Thank you.
Amazing food! Amazing restaurant. I highly recommend.
So goooood, got the ribeye and calamari steaks with shrimp, so delicious, will be back
was a family get together - to honor our parents in we which had brought them both here for years
They Loved Salvatore's as do we - the food and service has always been great - will keep coming for years to come - Thank you
Salvatores always has great service and serves a large selection of Italian cuisine items. A great place to have a quiet dinner (even when the piano bar is playing in the backround).
It was a 35th anniversary dinner and the evening was great. Out waiter, Alfredo was fantastic. The piano player was also excellent. This was our second dinner at Salvatore's and we look forward to many more.
Highly disappointed with the food and service, though the atmosphere was exquisite. Couldn’t get anyone over to our table to refill our water glasses. There is so much competition in LV for food, Salvatore’s will have to up their game to get me back.
Always a pleasure
Great service from staff Joy. Great Italian food and wine selection.
Service was marginal (at best)
Excellent food and service. Great value.
We come here often for they fillet of sole Parmesan which is usually outstanding. Something must not have gone right in the kitchen when we were there, as the fish was overcooked and dry on the outside and dark brown as well as lacking flavor. A side dish of Parmesan sprinkles was included making it seem like there was no Parmesan in the breading or it had been forgotten. The pasta with italso did not taste as good as usual. The entire entrée was also somewhat too salty. Three of us had this same dish which we usually do and all agreed about the poor quality this evening.
We were here earlier in the week. It was so good, we came back again in the same week.
Always a high class refugee from the noisy casino restaurants. Excellent food and service, an old time favorite!
The atmosphere is nice, quiet, and quite enjoyable. Unless you look through the window, you would not realize there is a casino outside. It is not loud nor smoky.
The food is fresh and well cooked. We had spaghetti and meatballs. It was fantastic. The meatballs were tender and seasoned perfectly.
The service is prompt, courteous, and professional. We look forward to returning.
Cioppino was tasteless
We expected more
The rest of the dishes have been acceptable
We hadn’t been to Salvatore’s in many years. The food was very good, nice presentation, fresh & hot.
The service was very good . The pianist was excellent!
Our second visit after a very impressive first one. This is a great restaurant with excellent food (and selection), great service and relatively good prices. The best part is that you can hold conversations with fellow diners (been a problem at most recent restaurant visits). We will certainly be back on our next visit to Vegas.
Excellent food and. Service
Awesome food and great folk. The martinis were outstanding. We love this place.
The service is absolutely first class, outstanding! The restaurant itself is very nice. We had a booth which was quite comfortable. The ambiance was somewhat better than I expected given the photos on their website does not do a justice. Much better than the pictures. If I were to go again, (which I will), I would sit at the high top table near the piano bar. That looked fun and the music was quite well done. Food - caveat: I am of Italian heritage and my grandmother who grew up in Italy cooked for me often. We ordered the Antipasti both Clams & Mussels along with Italian Greens and Beans. Please try both - the Mussels were outstanding, large portion with a great tasting tomato based wine broth. Clams were tasty but quite small. The Italian Greens and Beans is a MUST TRY - Cannellini beans, Pancetta & Sautéed Escarole. It could be a meal in itself. Absolutely perfect! Within our party we had Pasta and Sausage, shrimp risotto and cheese ravioli. No complaints from anyone with the red pasta sauce getting great compliments. The only complaint was the Italian sausage, although tasty was not hot all the way through. The main courses are good - although great considering price to value. Be aware you will have to walk through the casino for dinner due to the cigarette smoke. Great price to value, good for out of towners if in the area and good for locals that want a good meal with moderate price. Wine list - perfetto!
Love this restaurant. The food is always excellent.
We have visited Salvatore's Ristorante Italiano on several occasions and our experience has been outstanding each time. We will go there in the future.
Love this place that's why I keep coming back.
Delicious food excellent waiter staff and they make a really good martini.
The food and service were very good. The entertainment was also very nice.
