Established in 1967, SALVATORE’S Italian • Steaks • Seafood is recognized as one of Western New York's premier full-service fine dining restaurant. The experience at Salvatore's was awesome the food was off the chart very good service waiters Busboys everything everybody was very courteous and helpful I would recommend it to anybody we will definitely be doing this again

The quality of food and service has declined and that was very evident this past Friday (2/16/18) when I took my wife here for our valentine’s dinner. We waited close to 15 min before the waiter came over to take our drink order. When he returned for our dinner order he made no mention of any specials, we had to ask and he then rattled off 4-5 specials. The appetizer and dessert were good, we settled on the tableside sea food scampi over pasta as our main dish. The sea food itself (shrimp, lobster and scallop) was just okay to borderline bland. There was hardly any scampi sauce which made the pasta extremely dry and even blander.

My wife and I dine at a few higher end restaurants a year to celebrate (special occasions) and this used to be one of them. The young man that cooked our tableside dinner introduced himself as an assistant manager. He was very friendly and did a great job of narrating while he was cooking. However, when he was done he told us to enjoy and that he would return shortly to make sure we were satisfied. I would have expressed our displeasure, but he never came back and unfortunately neither will we, definitely not worth the $$ anymore.

The artichoke appetizer was delicious as was the salmon with jasmine rice and julienned vegetables. There are a lot of options to choose from on the 3 for $39 menu. This is a great way to have an appetizer, soup or salad, an entree and a dessert all for only $39! When buying a $100 gift card we received four $25 gift certificates off the price of two entrees . We were able to have a delicious dinner for $100 including tip by utilizing one of the $25 coupons and the 3 for $39.

Our waiter mr. Uteg was extremely professional Service was outstanding and he was also very nice to both of our children I would highly recommend this restaurant to anybody for a special occasion or just fine dining I am very pleased with the service that we received

This was the worst experience I had on my Birthday Feb 14 I made reservation through you and specified it was for a birthday. They would not honor upon being seated and had a limited double price menu which forced you to order a four course dinner. Should never patronize the restaurant again. Walked out

The restaurant was beautiful and clean. Staff seemed very friendly. I was very disappointed in the food, as my steak was cold. Also, the waiter we had was not very attentive to our table and there was a very long duration between our appetizer, soup, entree, dessert and the check. Three and a half hours was a bit much for a dinner. There were couples who came in after us that left sooner than we did. I know it was a busier evening, but for the price we paid for the food we were very disappointed in the quality and service for our first visit.

My Wife and I went to Salvatore's this past Valentines Day and were very disappointed with the experience. First, the service was good, but we felt relatively hurried by the wait staff as compared to when we've been there in the past. Second and the worst part, there was a "Special Valentines Day Menu" that you had to order from. The selections were very limited and it was a rip off. If you can believe it, much more expensive than usual. The prices of the entrees were almost doubled in price. For example, Rack of Lamb is normally $42, with this special menu it was $80. It did come with 1 appetizer, 1 salad and 1 desert. But those things certainly would not have cost $38! There was no prior notice of this when we made reservations, on the restaurant's web-site when we were looking at the menu beforehand or when we talked to Salvatore's staff about the reservations. Salvatore's seemed to just be taking advantage of people who made reservations for Valentines Day and it was just a money grab. Very disappointed and we'll go somewhere else in the future.

What a Beutiful restaurant with amazing food and great staff!!! My girlfriend and I came in to celebrate Valentine’s Day, and what we got was above and beyond what we expected! Amazing wine menu, perfectly cooked Filet with pre cracked Alaskan king crab! Couldn’t ask for a better night with my girl! Thank you to the amazing staff who was so king and knowledgeable!

The service was extremely slow. For the price, the food was not that great. Was not worth the expensive price. It was also ridiculous cold in the dining room, which made the experience that much more uncomfortable. Would not go back to this restaurant

Unfortunately, the Valentine's Day brunch was simply not good - we had high hopes that fell very flat. The buffet was disorganized; the food the quality of what you would find at a diner. The servers were not informed about the dishes and could not tell people what they were. I heard someone call the chicken mole - chocolate chicken which made the woman gag. The kids table was substandard. And what I was looking forward to the most at the chocolate brunch the dessert table was just cheap dollar store chocolates and a variety of things dipped in cheap milk chocolate melt - along with the fruit loop dessert - it was off putting to say the least.

Came in for the brunch paid $35.00 and was disappointed the mimosa's were separate and thought you could have had french toast , plain pancakes, toast, some different types of cakes

2/10/18, me and my significant other showed as scheduled for our 5:30 reservation. We ordered the Mediterranean Octopus, a salad, Lobster bisque, the Tableside seafood scampi, as well as a NY Strip steak Entrée. I had a few issues with the services and food that we received last night. The table to begin cooking my seafood entrée was not even brought to our table until 7pm. There was a party sitting next to us who came later then us, ate, and would have left before we even received our food if they had not ordered desert. At 6:45 I advised the server that we had other reservations for an event at 8pm in Niagara Falls, and asked that he please try to get our food out, and that he bring boxes for our food as well as the check. The server then advised me that someone would be over shortly to begin cooking my food. I did not realize that "tableside" seafood meant that they were going to cook it at the table. I however, also didn't understand the significance in doing so, as the presentation was nothing special. My partners steak did not come to our table until 7:20, and my food was not finished cooking and plated until 7:25. I then had to rush the bus boy to bring our check and bring me something to package our food with. We knew we were not going to have time to finish eating, let alone order any type of desert or cocktails after dinner. We did not leave the dinning room until close to 7:45pm. Like I said, we had other engagements that we had scheduled (a concert) that was 35 minutes away from dinner, that we were late for. Also while eating what part of the entrée I could quickly eat and barely enjoy- my sea food dish was not very flavorful. The pasta had no taste to it at. Overall I was not satisfied with our service, nor the food. The Mediterranean lobster was also a bit burnt. Our bill came to $150 plus tip. I believe I could have went somewhere else and had received better services, and better quality food. I would not being willing to suggest going there again.

We have dined here for years. While waiting for our table we ordered drinks. Mine arrived but where told that no pumpkin spice liquor for my wife's drink. This was not a speciality drink but off of the menu. No alternative offered and on top of it the undelivered drink was on my bill, which I had to insist was removed. Have never been disappointed until this incident. Hope management gets things back on track. Mr. Salvatore would not have accepted this.

We had a very enjoyable evening and were not rushed through our dinner. We took advantage of their three course dinner special and were very pleased. The prime rib was excellent! Our waiter and busboy were very pleasant and upbeat. This added to a wonderful dining experience.

Our cocktails were amazing and so was our spinage and sausage bread loaf but it was underwhelming from there. Every course after our break loaf was luke warm at best. Even the lobster bisque soup (though lobster was cooked perfect) was room temperature. Our bus boy(Christian) gave us more attention and better service than our server(Bria ). It was a great evening but we were expecting better and more for such a luxurious place and high prices.

This was our first time attending the princess brunch buffet. We were very impressed with the selection of food, it was worth every penny. The seating was a little crowded and cramped. I was happy there was a high chair available for my daughter. The service was excellent! We never had to ask for anything it was there before we had a chance to ask. I was a little disappointed on the lack of activities for the kids. The princesses were great. I loved that they walked around to meet the kids. The activities provided were OK, but I felt for the price they could’ve been a little better or maybe a few more. Overall, we were very happy and will definitely come back again next year!
