Dining inside is the way to go. Ricotta w/grilled peaches, caponetta and orchiette w/fennel sausage were perfecto. Their Rose Prosecco was a good light companion. The cappuccinos with mile high steamed milk and bread pudding capped off a perfect meal. Staff was helpful, attentive and friendly. Highly recommend!
Love the place. So great to have it in the neighborhood and so glad it made it through the pandemic. Some of the best Italian food outside of Italy.
The food was delicious! Our server was so nice and went out of his way to offer us suggestions that would suite our group best.
Great dinner. Good is excellent!
I’ve been going here since it opened on the East side. I’ve always had spectacular food, and last night’s experience was no exception. The staff kindly accommodated our request to move inside when the weather was too hot for some of us. The servers were friendly. The prosciutto like butter, the Nutella gelato so rich and refreshing I’m still dreaming about it.
Salumeria Rosi was marvelous. The lasagna and salad were delicious.
While this restaurant is a "salumeria" the truth is, the vegetable options are also outstanding. The salads are glorious, in particular the shaved fennel. The olives are not to be missed and definitely try the anchovies if anchovies are your thing. The staff here are very accommodating (not easy on a hot summer night) and friendly.
We had a lovely evening sitting outside here. Ordered meat and cheese apps. These were tasty but small for the price. The puttanesca was outstanding and the service was friendly and attentive
Pasta was good but almost positive the Asiago cheese I ordered for appetizer wasn’t Asiago. Too cramped and claustrophobic with plastic partitions between tables. Red wine was served ice cold?
This place never disappoints - especially with outdoor seating. Very authentic Italian. Forget your standard pastas at most Italian restaurants. This one does that and every other dish really well. You can stop for something as simple as a cappucino or have just a salad or a full meal. Menu has something for everyone. Good vegan choices and they are happy to substitute wheat pastas with non-gluten alternatives. The current dining experience is much quieter sitting outdoors than indoors when it's full. I'll still go during the winter, but right now it's a real treat seating outside.
Delicious Italian food at a quintessential UW side neighborhood joint. One of the first places we go when visiting the city.
Some of the best Italian food on the Upper West side and maybe NYC.
Always exceptional food! The servers seemed to have a hard time keeping up with all the outdoor tables but we were content to wait because the food and drinks were so lovely.
Nice staple in the neighborhood. Great for an intimate evening out. Love the little market:Italian deli inside too.
Our daughter was visiting so we wanted tot take her to a special place and this definitely lived up to expectations. The food was excellent and the ambiance was great.
Very good food, appetizers and pasta are great. A bit on the expensive side, but still is worth it
Great charcuterie and pasta, great vibe a go to for us in NYC.
Wonderful food our waitress Nicole outstanding. !!
The olives and the pepper small plates were excellent. We always order the caponata. Chicken scallopine was great as well as the pasta with pesto. We are so happy this restaurant is back in full swing.
We sampled and shared several dishes. None of them disappointed. The service and atmosphere were great. Wine selection was great. For the price, it was 5 stars. Would absolutely eat here again.
As always, the food and service was excellent. Ate inside due to the heat. It was comfortable with petitioned tables. All was fine, making this one of the best in the neighborhood!
Great prosciutto puffs!
It’s why people go to Italy.
Great food and service - unpretentious and authentic
Authentic and well prepared Italian meal with freshest ingredients and excellent presentation.
Excellent Salumi. Pastas very good, not great. Fine wine at a reasonable price. Nice staff. Will definitely return.
Food was delicious and service was very attentive.
Arianna was amazing as was the food!!!
Staff was extremely friendly and welcoming. We absolutely loved the ricotta with peaches, crostini, and fennel salad as well as the linguini puttanesca! Will definitely be back
Distinctive and creative small plates menu in the heat of the UWS.
One of my favorite restaurants on the upper west side ! Always delicious !
The lasagna was excellent and the service was top notch. What a great find!
Great food, even better espresso martinis. Food came quickly and we didn’t have to wait at all.
The food, unfortunately, was too salty.
The food was delicious and presented very well. We highly recommend this restaurant.
Superior food and environment that makes your feel like you are in Italy. We will definitely be back.
Sat us 20 mins late, table wasn’t available so we were seated on the sidewalk. Great wine recommendation, more of a casual spot to share plates with friends vs a date spot
Always excellent! Wonderful food and great service. The chicken dish was so tender and delicious. Our favorite restaurant on the upper West side!!
Reliable UWS haunt known for authentic charcuterie. My first in house dining experience since Covid began and it was a relief to find that the restaurant was as good as ever. The Signature Salad is a must have and the wine list is always well-curated.
Everything at our lunch was fine, tasty and very pleasantly served.
