Salú Bistro and Bar is a contemporary European restaurant. Here, guests will find culinary influences from all over Europe. That extends to the interior of the restaurant as well, which takes several decorating cues from places like Italy, France, Spain and Greece. The most striking feature of the dining room is the recessed ceilings with glowing blue lights. These illuminate the dining area with a soft glow, and it looks as if the diners are looking up at the bottom of a pond.
Salú's offers both brunch and dinner. Some of the brunch specialties include French Toast sliders, huevos ranchers and a classic steak and eggs combination. The dinner menu is divided into a few different sections that includes flatbreads, entrées and a special section devoted just to mussels. Mussels are the signature item at Salú and guests can get them with everything from sriracha mayo and garlic butter to a white wine garlic butter sauce.
