Staff was friendly but the rest of the experience was disappointing. The food had miniscule portions for the price. Steak was seriously underdone and served with the type of French fries you get from McDonald's. Service was really slow. Self-parking was not validated but it would have been if the valet service handled your car. Burger bar menu was not offered. Save your money.

All service people were fine, food was not good, mostly cold to warm temperatures. Basic hotel dining room. Big disappointment .

Service was terrible, constantly waiting on drinks and the service team seemed disorganized not knowing what to do. The food seemed spoiled, would not go here again when there are so many other places in Atlanta that are far better.

Perfect date night place romantic and chic! Service was a little slow being that it wasn’t to busy but the fried chicken and the shrimp and grits made up for it we did the bbq empanadas which my husband seemed to really enjoy only advice i would give is bring new silverware between courses 8 out of 10

Everything is always great at Saltwood. The salad bar at lunchtime is fresh and there is always a lot to choose from. Can't beat the cobbler and the house made chips.

Very slow service in a very slow restaurant. Food was acceptable but not anything special at all.

This restaurant is in Loews - the atmosphere is good but the menu isn't great for a hotel. Nothing too good for travelers. Salads - plain good food. Everything has bacon or pork. I understand that is the theme - just not good for hotel.

The food was really good. We had bloody Mary's they were just ok, need improvement. The nigh before we were at the same place for drinks and snacks and it was great with good service. However, the server for our lunch was not the best, she was just not a good waiter, I am not sure if she was new, untrained or just did not know her job.
