We hadn’t dined at Salt in a while, and it was such a treat! The food was spectacular and service perfect. They had a three course restaurant week offering that was everybit as complete as the usual menu. We plan to come back as soon as in dining opens again.

Very good food and very COVID-19 responsible! They take everyone's temps when they walk in which made all of us feel comfortable.

We went for restaurant week and upgraded our meal, I had scallops and my husband had steak. Everything was delicious! Cooked perfectly! Service was great, and some personal attention from one of the owners making sure that we we happy. Highly recommend them and we don’t live in Boulder, we live in Northglenn. It was worth the drive.

Went for lunch on a Thursday and couldn’t have had a better experience. Food, service, location and mimosas were awesome. If you happen to find yourself looking for a place to eat in Boulder- this is it!

Made a reservation for happy hour- advertised on the website as 5-cl. We get there, there’s no happy hour (“We haven’t had happy hour since we closed for COVID and we haven’t had a chance to update the website”- bro, it’s been six months). Burger was overcooked and the gnocchi sauce literally(!) tastes like Chef Boyardee. Service was great and we really liked sitting outside. But for the price, next time we’ll grab a Whopper and a can of Beefaroni and save ourselves $80, thanks.

The central location and both inside and outside atmosphere of SALT is very Boulder. We made a reservation for 6 for a birthday celebration which was noted in the OpenTable comments, but neither the hostess or server mentioned it.

We started with the flatbread and it was delicious, but my Free Range Chicken sandwich is overpriced for the standard, no frills fare.

Overall, my experience was just ok. I will most likely not eat at SALT again.

Arrived today brims for our reservation. Seated immediately. Food was excellent servers informative and helpful. Very positive experience.

We mainly went for apps only. Charcuterie board was excellent as usual along with cocktails. Great service.

Probably the most romantic dinner spot in Boulder! We had a wonderful evening, with fantastic food and great wine pairings recommended by our server. A five star date night!

Stopped here for a late lunch - cute spot on Pearl. I can see why it’s always crowded. Great Covid-19 set-up; tables were nicely spaced. The Brussel Sprouts were amazing! I had the tacos special of the day. Chicken had a nice flavor but very dry. Looked better than they tasted. My husband had the cesaer salad with blackened shrimp and that was great. I’d definitely go back and just order something else

This was our first date night since Feb 2020 and we couldn't have been more pleased with the food and our server, Spencer. We sat outside and enjoyed the intimate setting. We each had a cup of soup (tomato and butternut squash), I had the pasta special and my wife had steak. We each had a desert, and our cappuccinos were perfect! We'll be back.

Great meal! Sat outside near the street, but was not too loud. Food was amazing as I had the paella and it was recommended to pair it with a Tempranillo, which was perfect. We will be back!

The restaurant was beautiful and they had extended outdoor seating due to Covid. Service was slow but food was good. We all ordered different types of pasta. I would have ordered a second glass of wine but the server didn't come back to check on us.

Our food and service was fantastic! The lights were too bright and the music a bit too cheesy Miami vibe for a restaurant in downtown Boulder, but we love Salt and will be back many many times for delicious organic meals and drinks!

Salmon was excellent, chicken was delicious with a twist on the “usual” roasted chicken- great spice! Yum

Salt was wonderful! We were celebrating a birthday and we enjoyed it very much. We sat downstairs as upstairs was full (Social Distancing). It was cozy and private. I would have preferred upstairs but still good. It was quiet but still lively. Service was great. Food and bottle of wine were excellent. They brought us a surprise dessert (on the house) for my friend's birthday. Very nice. I will go back. Thanks!

Chef was flexible and modified my salmon, as requested. Love their Sourdough and Cabernet Butter. Nice portion and fresh.
And, grateful for prompt seating on patio with my pup!

Excellent food, service.

I went home and ate after dinner. The waitress was super nice and attentive but the appetizer which was peppers and bacon was only a few pieces of bacon so mostly just steamed peppers. I ordered a big salad with salmon expecting a good piece of salmon and not only was it dry it was tiny and not particularly flavorful. We are super disappointed for the price of the meal. I’ve been to Salt at least 15 times and this was definitely the worst food I’ve ever gotten there. My date didn’t finish her salad.

This is a wonderful restaurant, and they have set up outside on Pearl with tables and couches. It's well done, and the food is delicious.

The food was phenomenal. Service was a bit slow but they were really busy and it was a weekend. Food came out hot and had good size portions.
