Great food and service. Never fails to be a great evening.
Saki never disappoints! The restaurant itself is very pretty. They have lots of artwork on the walls from local artists. We ordered two sushi rolls and I absolutely loved the caterpillar roll. I had the pineapple fried rice with chicken and it was outstanding. It's served in a half pineapple! My wife had more sushi. Even if you're not into sushi, they have steak and chicken as well as pad Thai etc. It's delicious and a fun place to dine!
Thai soup loaded with salt and very small portion. Everything else was good ! Would go back
Favorite place in PTOWN. People are great sushi cheifs are wonderful
At one point in the long history of Zak, there was an extended menu with a wide array of food. Over the last couple of years, the menu has been edited (not for the better, I might add), and the quality of preparation has significantly gone down hill. Everything is right about the restaurant (especially the sushi), but anything beyond the sushi is anything from mediocre to plain bad. The pad thai features mushy, limp noodles and the tempura borders on disgusting. In the entrees section, the Thai steak is your safe choice.
Great fresh sushi. A large menu of many options. My husband likes the chicken and bbq ribs also. Full bar and nice wine selections. Attentive staff. Janet is an amazing manager.
Dining at Saki is always a special treat! The food is authentic, beautifully presented and delicious.
I wish we could eat there every day. And I wish a Saki was open longer during the year!
We loved Sake and will definitely dine there again! Our server was excellent. Beautiful decor! Delicious martinis. Yummy food!
Nice location in the heart of Provincetown. A converted church, this attractive restaurant offers high ceilings, comfortable booths, a nice bar and great overall ambiance. The Asian inspired food is good and not a bad value for the area. The shrimp, which can be added to several of the dishes, were large and delicious! We will be back for more!
Very disappointed that 2 dishes I wanted weren't available and early on a Saturday night!
Loved our waiter. Very attentive!
Our B&B hosts recommended Saki and we're so glad they did. First of all it’s a cool spot (former church) and has super high ceilings. The sushi is amazing and they accommodated my Gluten Free requests and made necessary modifications. Some of the best sushi ever! The Pad Thai is also incredible..not greasy at all and very tasty. The service was also great and the hostess was cool. Liked it so much we went back the next night and hit the exact same thing lol. We will definitely be back next tine we’re in town.
Always a fantastic meal. Fresh sushi, sashimi and great appetizers!
Great food, great ambience, ALWAYS have at least 1 meal here when visiting Prown
Sushi was fresh and rolls were lovely. The Thai entrees were without flavor. The other entrees were ok.
The room is beautiful.
The waiting staff was wonderful but the hostess was rude.
We were upstairs and the service person never checked us. My kids and my husband had to waive so long to get their attention. Very annoying paying $120 for one small family dinner and treated like invisible. Portion of the food was so small for the money. They served 6 -7 piece of gyozas for $11 , 8-10 piece sashimi for $35. Pha Thai noodles were very blend taste. Never again.
Ah-mazing pad Thai!! It was so good that I ate more even when I was full. Colorful drink menu. Very clean. The hostess was very friendly. Our waiter was very nice as well. I’m glad my boyfriend found the pamphlet at our hotel because it was a great meal.
Absolutely amazing Sushi and related cuisine...beautifully prepared, generously portioned, creatively presented...some unique recipes and combinations... The only downside is the apparent absence of noise baffles. The room is SO loud - with high ceilings and hard surfaces - that even at a table for two on the edge of the maelstrom it was difficult to hear what my partner was saying, directly across from me. A bit of subtly-placed sound absorbing material might dampen that roar without dampening the sense of festive activity that pervades the place...
But, that's just me. The food is amazing.
Saki is our favorite restaurant in Ptown. We go at least once a week when we are here. Everyone we bring here agrees. It’s a gem. Tell your friends to eat there. It’s consistent, creative, delish, and oh so friendly. We love it. Say hi to Janet - she is fabulous.
Great experience. Our server was slower than his other coworkers but a great time had by all.
Saki never disappoints. Janet fulfills the hosting position with aplomb and Gofu turns out exceptional sushi. Saki is a great spot for groups as well as solo dining at the sushi bar.
Saki is a GREAT sushi restaurant. They have other really delicious cooked options as well - thai food, etc. Great cocktails. The staff is LOVELY and friendly. Highly recommended!!!
Saki uses fresh ingredients in offering sushi, sashimi and Thai food. They offer an broad range of sake for any palate. This restaurant never disappoints, and the wait staff, even in August, is friendly and attentive. Highly recommend
We always enjoy Saki when visiting Ptown. The sushi is consistently great in taste and appearance! The atmosphere is interesting and tables are arranged for easy interacting with others and meeting new people. There is a balcony with one row of booths, however it is not a very interesting place to be seated. We highly recommend Saki and will return.
The sushi rolls are delicious & big; however, no brown rice option at the dudhi bar.
After years of visiting Provincetown, we finally made it to Saki and were shocked it took us this long to visit. Sushi was delicious, the cocktails and saki were great, and the service was entertaining and fast. We will definitely return.
Excellent sushi, and best Pad Thai I've had in a long time!
We would go back to Saki again and recomnend this restaurant to our friends... great food! 👍
The dinner was great. I was surprised by the quality of both the staff and food. Tbh I was not expecting much from a Japanese inspired restaurant in Ptown. I have been inspired by Omakase in NYC as to the quality of fish, and more importantly the flavor, texture, and due diligence of the rice on sushi preparation.
Please by do not by any means let me mislead you this is not Omakase, but the sushi was amazing.
I would like to call out to employees. Jalo and Janet. I will not belabor the details but they both did a great job of providing us with the “best seat in the house” and outstanding service.
I highly recommend.
Best sushi in Provincetown. Great central location.
It is an annual event for our group when we are in town. We bring someone new every year and it's always the same reaction. Such a wonderful unexpected fine.
The food was good but perhaps a bit to pricey. The restaurant itself was very nuce and the art work interesting.
Excellent food and venue. Staff made you feel right at home.
Great food. Spacious and comfortable dining room. Pleasant waitress.
Let’s start off by saying that Janet is next level - she’s not only cute but very friendly and accommodating. Saki is so lucky to gave a dedicated manager like Janet. This is one of our new favorite spots to go in ptown. The food is excellent and the staff is friendly and attitude free. The pineapple fried rice is my favorite dish followed by the pad Thai
From Janet who seated us to the waitstaff the service was fantastic.
A quiet, comfortable place to talk over dinner. We had a drink and a small boat of sushi, which was just right for two.
Sushi was decent, not great, but adequate. We had higher expectations, food was mediocre at best, presentation was nothing more than a few rolls on a wood boat.
Probably the best sushi I've ever had! It's a great space with amazing artwork. Our server was charming and fun; the host recognized us and welcomed us back, and sushi chef Gofu's creations were, as always so good you have to close your eyes to savor them. If you're in Provincetown, go to Saki.
