Another fabulous dinner at one of our favorite finds !
Saju never disappoints . Lovely waitress , attentive staff and best of all wonderful food !
Moules app and Beet Salad 2 of our favorite
Dorado , Salmon , Hanger Steak all cooked to perfection with a beautiful presentation
Great evening 😉
Excellent staff—- food full of taste and overall very French feel.
Great experience as usual. We go to Saju when we come to New York
Pre theatre dinner. Decided on two appetizers as meal. Firs6t the pissalaire, not quite what I've had before, more of a red sauce not just slices or chunks , more like a pizza with anchovies and olives, then the usual more flatbread.
Then grilled baby octopus, quite tasty but just arms with half a lemon on plate.
Server was very pleasant and attentive.
Food was delicious! Service excellent. Some of the music a bit too risque for the general public.
The food and service was fantastic! I am still dreaming about the sea bass and creme brule! We will definitely be back!
Delicious food, excellent service. Just steps from the theatre. A gem in the theatre District!
Nice upscale yet casual atmosphere. Wonderful dinner selections for all. Handled my lactose intolerance very easily.
A theater district gem. The food and service are excellent and, most important, they get you to the show on time!!
Very consistent french brasserie with nice varied menu, and great location for theatre going.
Our young french speaking waiter, Omar, was very attentive and friendly and made the good food an even better dining experience.
I don't know why the noise level in most restaurants these days is so loud. We were seated in what I thought would be a nice quiet place but it quickly became so noisy I couldn't talk. I think this is just the way things are now. Our waiter was very good and helpful. The food was also good.
Saju Bistro is a perfect spot especially if you have theatre tix on 44th Street. The ambiance is lovely. The food is yummy & the wait staff is very good. Perfect spot!
Excellent theatre district spot except loud awful music out of place in a French bistro. It was turned down on request but shouldn’t be there at all
Food is wonderful and great pre theater spot but... gets very crowded and the seats are very close together unless you sit in the middle table. If you don’t have theater tickets come at 7:30 and you’ll be Almost the only ones there
Won’t seat you without entire party an that’s a problem for seniors
Great service and ambiance in the heart of the theater district. Look forward to going back soon.
Great place to visit before theater. We were asked if we had theater tickets, so service get us to our show on time.
A reliable midtown bistro with good food, reasonable service and a decent wine selection. "Bistro" style says it all.
Good service. Great food. Not so much deserts. Very nice ambiance except the music could be not as loud.
Saju adheres to a tried-and-true path, and treads it very nicely indeed: tasty food and friendly service - just what you want from a French bistro.
Pre-theater and wedding anniversary dinner. We decided to order several appetizers - french onion soup was delicious, escargot was flavorful but a little chewy, husbands mussels provencal was generous and tasty, and my octopus with eggplant very yummy. Server Katya very attentive and gracious. Finished with a cappuccino and a shared creme brulee. Can't speak to entrees but they seem to have a mix of French & Italian dishes. Tables along banquet quite close but not intrusive. Would go back.
Little gem at the theatre district! Perfect place for pre-show dinner.
This is a Theater District gem. Delicious food that is reasonably priced. Service is good --they get you out in a timely fashion.
I bring out of town guests here and they love this piece of Paris in the heart of NYC.
I am never disappointed, whether it is for lunch or for dinner. Attentive service and excellent food.
Anthony is the prefect server. My husband and I had a lovely Sunday brunch. Delicious food in a lovely relaxed place to sit. The real stand out was the excellent service from Anthony - perfectly attentive without being intrusive. Ask to sit at his table!
Favourite place for breakfast. Spent valentines absolutely amazing
Nice atmosphere, waiter was French, food was mediocre, but reasonably priced.
If the special of the day is a French Cassoulet, order it.
Excellent service and food. My husband and I will definitely go back to this place.
Our first time at this terrific French bistro. Friendly and attentive staff and the cuisine was terrific.
Took my fiancee to brunch prior to a matinee on Saturday. Made a reservation, but was running late (missed ferry). Food and service were excellent, and we had plenty of time to talk and get to the show on time without feeling rushed.
Nice place but after spending 200+ for dinner with two friends they want to charge me for a refill on an iced tea while I sit at the bar waiting for my theater to open. Really??????????
Cute little French Bistro with fabulous Croque Musuer and cheese plate
I often stay in Times Square on business trips, and found this small intimate restaurant which offers a lovely mix of italian and french cuisine. The food is always delicious and the atmosphere is very cozy, inviting and romantic.
Wonderful ambience and delicious food! Great service. A special Valentine’s dinner pre-show.
Our waitress was inexperienced however, with time and patience on our part, she overcame her lack of experience and was helpful. The male staff was efficient, knowledgeable and very friendly and knowledgeable too. Joe and jill, Valentine experience-very good!.
Had very early dinner after a matinée Staff couldn’t have been more welcome. Dinner was excellent, good wine was suggested. Saju is one of the very best theater-district places to eat.
Absolutely amazing. From the old fashion, to the bread and olives, to the French onion coup (orgasmic) to the escargot, to the rabbit gnocchi. Unbelievably delicious!
Third time we’ve gone for brunch. That, I believe, speaks volumes.
We had a great pre theatre bite at this lively French spot. The service was attentive and the food was good. I had the pisto soup to start followed by a salmon tartare. My husband had the pate with a special risotto afterwards. Thoroughly enjoyable.
Delightful restaurant right in the middle of the theater district. Good food and ambiance.
