   Everyone in our party of 3 was very happy with the food!! Service was excellent. Menus are simple but the waiter explained everything very clearly.

   Thoroughly enjoyed our meal and the experience. The wait staff was very pleasant and the meal was tasty. The only thing we did not enjoy was the bread pudding. We should have known better than to get that particular dessert at an Italian restaurant 🙃

   This was my first time here. Food and drinks are excellent! The only thing that was disappointing was that we were put in the basement. No views, no windows, dark and dreary! I had looked up the place online. Was unaware that the top level was only open on Friday and Saturday nights. I was extremely disappointed. This is something everyone should know prior to booking! It was my birthday...

   The location is nice and the view from the 3rd floor is beautiful. I ate the lobster ravioli and it was okay but not worth the price. The sauce was supposed to be creamy but it was super liquidated. The decor and furniture aren’t lavish by any means. Our waiter was very nice and cheerful but wasn’t really reading the room. At the end, he shared with us that he works at another restaurant as well and that he does hair and began to share all his skills. Felt a little insulted in a way. Just don’t find it appropriate when I’m trying to have a nice dinner.

   So... The food was good, until it wasn't. The service was good, until it wasn't. This restaurant is nice on the inside and I was really looking forward to trying them. We arrived at 6 on a Friday and they were not busy yet. We had a nice bottle of wine and also some good calamari. I order the brick grilled chicken and my wife ordered the chicken parmesan. Out entrees came out and my chicken looked great but my wife's chicken was burnt. They overcooked the chicken and just covered it with the sauce and cheese. We notified the waiter and this is where things went downhill. He said he would tell the manager so we assumed they would refire it and the manager would stop by. We both ate my brick grilled chicken and the pasta on her plate. They were both delicious. About 10 mins went by and the manager never came by and we never received a new chicken parm. We asked the waiter what was going on and he did not know if they were making a new chicken. We asked for the manager to come by and he was not great at customer service. He said he would get us a new chicken parm and also a free dessert. So that meant they never refired the chicken parm until after the manager came by. This was very dissapointing. I hate complaining like this but the experience we had was not good. They finally brought us a new chicken parm in a togo container and also the chocolate espresso cake. I am glad the dessert was free because it was not good. The chocolate cake was so dry and was only edible because there was ice cream on the plate. I appreciate that they did not ask us to pay for the chicken or dessert but this was not a good experience. When we got home we opened the new chicken parm and it was also too dark. Overall, not what I was expecting on our first visit.

    For our fist time it was a great experience. Our server was delightful and very knowledgeable about the menu. He recommended us a tasteful wine to start our dinner. Our food came out delicious, hot and in a timely manner. Our courses were well spread out and gave us enough time to enjoy our meal. The Cacheodepepe cart was fabulous. The gentleman that made our pasta was very friendly and gave us a good rundown on the cart. Overall our dining experience was stellar. We will be back for sure!

    Our dine-in experience was amazing, once again saint Rocco’s has maintained its great reputation for New York Italian cuisine unarguably the best authentic Italian food in Dallas, TX! We will be dining soon again.

    The server was very nice and helpful. The food was very mediocre. I got the chicken parm and both the Chicken and pasta were very very average which for the price I expected it to be much better. The chicken was too oily / not crispy enough and the pasta was over salted, over cooked and no good flavor. Disappointing because it’s such a cute restaurant.

    Our server Colin was absolutely amazing! Great service continued to check in throughout the meal. He was very considerate and made our first visit very welcoming and enjoyable! Without a doubt will be coming back. The food was great and was priced so reasonably!

    We decided to dine at Saint Rocco’s for Valentine’s Day. Second time dining here and like the first time we had a great experience. My husband took my daughter and I on a date. Colin was a great waiter, his recommendations for my cocktail drink and my entree were on point. Both great choices. Definitely coming back to this restaurant.

    This is a place that we have been wanting to go ever since they opened. We finally were able to find the time and with help of making an early reservation we were able to. We were greeted promptly and politely when we came in. It did take some time to get a server and while he was polite and eager to please it did seem that he was a tad overwhelmed with the number of tables he was having to handle. The food was good but didn’t feel to be worth the price point. Definitely a place that we will come back to.

    I LOVED Saint Rocco’s. The food and service was amazing, and they were super accommodating. We had booked reservations for outside but it was too cold and they had no problem with finding us warmer seating. No complaints at all!

    We had high expectations for the new dining experience at the rooftop - this was a special occasion date night - but there were miscommunications on service which left us without a server and ignored for quite a while by many staff members who seemed very confused as they whisked back and forth past our table before distractedly inquiring if we had been helped. Also, it felt like the noise of a busy kitchen with staff shouting requests to one another right by our table. The staff we finally did interact with were kind and served us well, but there is a lot of room for improvement for this new offering of restaurant service upstairs. It was a shame, as the view was gorgeous and our table for two should have proven to be very romantic, but the entire vibe was a but stressful and loud. The food was good, but also not as fabulous as expected nor for the price. I would still recommend it for the view and for the kind staff...once they realized we were there.

    Wow!!! Very impressed!! We dine out often, this was a real treat Our server was great in all categories!!!! Sweet attentive precise on point very knowledgeable impressive I would hire him to work for me Efficient and fast!! Food came out quick, was very tasty!! Cheese was divine!!     Upon entering the restaurant, it took a bit to be greeted; however, the restaurant had just opened. Thereafter, once we made our way to the table, everything was near perfect after that. Rigoberto was a wonderful waiter. He was friendly, quick to serve, and patient. Our food came out rather quickly and tasted amazing! The Alfredo pasta with chicken, along with the Spaghetti and Meatballs were outstanding. I also want to compliment the manager, Dylan. He was super friendly when he checked in on us at our table, then when I asked him to take a picture of us with a background that oversaw the city view, he gladly did. The pics he took were on point! Great experience at Saint Rocco’s. Highly recommend!

    I loved everything my experience at this restaurant! The food was amazing we ordered two appetizers ( meatball and truffle fries) both were delicious! Our entrees were outstanding. The wine was delicious. Our server Tory was amazing! Her and manager Dillion made sure our visit was pleasant. Will definitely be coming back.

    We ordered 4 different entrees, 2 appetizers, and 2 Italian Margaritas. All were very good. The service was great and the staff was friendly. This was our first time visiting but we will be back. Thank you for making my husbands 40th bday celebration a good one.
