Saint Rocco's at Trinity Groves
A fantastic dining experience. I was there with three others, we each had very different dishes and all loved the food. I started with the Chopped Salad and had the sausage, which was outstanding. Great service and a wonderful selection of reasonably priced wines. I will definitely be back.
Loved the ambiance and the food was excellent! We had the meatball appetizer, salads and pepperoni pizza. All had high quality ingredients and were prepared perfectly. Great meal at a great price!
Great place. Great service. Loud though
First time at Saint Rocco’s... wow was really impressed! The staff were warm, welcoming and friendly. Service was great and food and drinks were delicious. Will definitely go back!
Went for a birthday meal...the food was terrible, for example, the tomato sauce that they brought to dip bread in was extremely watery, no one finished their meal. Too bad, cute place :(
This is literally the worst restaurant I've ever eaten at. The service was awful, the food was garbage & the manager was so disrespectful. He accosted me at my table and was really aggressive with me over an issue with my own food I ordered (I can't eat cheese really and the pasta came with cheese after I explained to the waiter I can't eat cheese). The waiter told me that as a result of the issue, my pasta would be free, and then the manager found out and came over and said you aren't allowed to have free pasta and asked why I was asking waiters for free pasta. Then he said I'm only allowed a free dessert brownie. Like, I didn't mind paying for the pasta, but I definitely did mind how disrespectful & aggressive the manager was to me. He didn't care about how my meal was or anything. He just wanted to make sure he wasn't gonna lose $20. Saint Roccos is the literal definition of zero class.
We had a wonderful server (and I wish I remembered his name :( who took great care of us) and he made good recommendations on the food. My only disappointment was with the truffle fries because it was too soggy and the fries were drenched in oil. Overall, food was pretty good. I really enjoyed my eggplant parmesan. We also ordered the NY strip steak + pot roasts and they were excellent! We will definitely come back to St Rocco's again.
Always a delightful experience. We had several courses and loved everything. The homemade lemonchello is a MUST.
Food was good but extremely pricy for what you get. The best thing to eat their are their Truffle Fries. Don’t waste your $$ for pretty Italian food.
Great ambiance, if you're in for a romantic date, would highly recommend.
Saint Rocco is my go to restaurant for clients that want real NY Italian. It always is fabulous.
Amazing staff, great food. Was perfect for my Anniversary.
Amazing !! The truffle fries are to die for !! Every pasta dish I’ve had here is delicious , and the wine selection is great !
The staff is as wonderful as the food!
First time there, service and food was slow. The zucchini chips were cold, food was okay. I know it was a Saturday night but the place was so loud you couldn’t even talk across the table.
Food was delicious but the service wasn’t great. After we got our appetizer and put our dinner order in we didn’t receive it for almost an hour later. Possible he forgot to put the order in but we were never told. Tables around us were getting their meals way be for us and arrived way after us. This stuff happens so we understand just disappointed that it wasn’t explained to us.
Good dinner and service
Ashlee , was great taking care of orders.and giving the best of the dinner for my wife bday
Melita always makes our dining experience the best! The staff is always friendly and accommodating and the food is excellent!
Wish we had gone upstairs to the cool bar up there to see the view. The food was very good and seemed like good quality and quantity. Easy to find with the huge sign out front!
Excellent food - very authentic Italian food. Great ambiance and excellent service. I would highly recommend it!
Great food great service
Great as always
We really enjoyed our visit to Saint Rocco's. The service was excellent and both dishes we tried were delicious.
Have dined here many times. It’s out of the way, meaning it’s been worth the effort to come here. This last time was very disappointing. In the reservation, I noted we were celebrating a birthday. The entire time we were there, no one acknowledged the birthday. The server brought our check before asking if we’d like to see the dessert menu. That was our cue to get dessert elsewhere. As for the meal, the veal Parmesan had changed from a bone-in to two pounded cutlets. Eggplant parmigiana was disappointingly small, thin pieces that had no flavor and was very dry. The Bolognese was the best thing.
What an amazing place! Me and my wife will definitely be back for date night very soon!
Dillon our server was amazing!! Bussers were exceptional! Food was all on point. The view from the lounge after the banana pudding was breathtaking. Would go back daily if possible. Ten out of five stars. Couldn't have been more magical for my girlfriend's birthday. Extremely pleased and impressed. Thank you all so much.
Great food and atmosphere
Food is marginal maybe at best. Staff is great and atmosphere is amazing. But it can’t make up for just ok food
We were celebrating a birthday at Saint Rocco’s. The pizza is good with a New York style crust. The caprese salad was likely the best item we ate all night, while the Caesar salad was just okay. We shared the lobster ravioli and veal marsala next. The lobster ravioli was lacking of flavor and I found the veal dish to be lacking in a marsala flavor. We closed our savory items with the shrimp cacio pepe which had flavorless shrimp and too little cheese in a pepper and cheese entree. The banana dessert was very good. Our server, Sam, was very efficient and caring. I found Saint Rocco’s to feel very much like a contrived restaurant in decor and style. I would return for certain items.
It was great! Our waiter Dylan was fantastic and the food was AMAZING! They give you a lot of food so it’s worth the price!
We will return. Food is really good and we had very attentive servers. The only problem was one server was training another and the newer server mixed up the food with the correct orderer. Really no big deal. The 3rd floor area was closed for a private event but our service invited us to have a look if we wanted to. He said the regular hours it was open to the public were Friday and Saturday evenings. Wish was available during all business hours we also found out they will be having happy hours from 3-6. Not sure of days.
St. Rocco’s is one of our favorite restaurants in Dallas! Love the ambiance! The food is amazing and the service is 5 star!
We had a great experience at Saint Rocco's at Trinity Groves. The wait staff is excellent! Other restaurants should take note and follow suit. We will definitely be back.
Waiter was ok.
Ate downstairs and decor was very art deco which was cool. Apps were okay but nothing amazing or bad - just average. Main dishes were the star and were great. Wife and I went with the waiters recommendations (spicy shrimp and the Sicilian lasagna) and were not disappointed. Our server was great but the bar was slow getting drinks out to the point when we ordered glasses of wine just before our main dish arrived we didn't get them till we were almost done. Noticed most servers seemed to be scrambling and the front of the house manager or expediter was getting on to a lot of them about how they were doing things. Maybe just an off night but she did not seem to be helping her staff but rather adding to the stress. Overall okay but not something I'd go out of my way for.
First Time and Awesome! Phil Romano is back and the Italian is awesome!
