We dined at St. Ann's for my wife's birthday. My wife and my 5 kids enjoyed the food and location. It was not too stuffy, and the kid's menu was a good surprise given the higher end restaurant ambiance. Overall, it was a great experience for my entire family. Thank you!
I went here for my birthday lunch with my family and I love how they brought us a dessert with sparklers! So fun! I got the classic Eggs Benedict with country potatoes and while it was nothing too special, I appreciated the simplicity. Next time, I probably would not order it again, but rather try something a little more unique and rich in flavor.
It was pouring outside and they sat us and others on a covered porch. Water was coming in and flooding parts of the area. Not very a very nice experience for such a great restaurant
Great food choices. Effective service. Load music. Beautiful patio with comfortable seating.
Great place, gotta go there. The server Jamie was exceptional. The type of service you always expect but don't always get.
I had a reservations at 2 PM But they didn’t sit me and my date till almost 2:45PM and this was the second time this has happened. Plus I sat outside in the cold watching people I came before sit first. i won’t go going back because of that
Wonderful atmosphere if you are looking for a brunch spot in Dallas. On Sundays there are live music.
One server was rude and had an attitude as if he was being forced to work. The lady that was assigned to our table was professional as well as attentive. The management need to take care of the bathroom that is out of service for some time now. There was a lot of ladies waiting for 1 toilet that the lock did not even work properly. The food is superb as well as the place. However, I requested a table inside on my reservation and got seated on a table outside where the music was too loud as well as waited over 20 minutes to get seated.
Great live music , diverse crowd. Great menu - food @ Service
We messed up the order and forgot to tell the waiter about a nut allergy until the order had been placed. The waiter was amazing and tactful about it — he brought us a whole new dish and made the proper accommodations. really really great service! Really appreciated that.
Beautiful location, great for pre theater or sporting event, wonderful outside view, worth the drive.
Our food was great, love the atmosphere but I wish the wine list was a little broader and had more moderately priced wines-a large part of the wine list is over $200 a bottle and there are only few under $100.
A group of us met at St. Ann pre-theatre. It’s location was in close proximity to the theatre district. The restaurant features upscale well-appointed design, and delicious food. We all enjoyed our dining experience and the prices were very reasonable. I’ve recommended this restaurant several times to friends, and all who have dined there have totally enjoyed their experience. They also offer complimentary valet parking featuring text service. So nice to have your car waiting for you when you arrive at the valet to leave.
Amazing brunch to celebrate New Year’s Day
The ambiance of the place was amazing, appreciated the location.
However, service was extremely slow, especially considering it was not too packed in the restaurant.
It was pretty expensive which is expected in the area, but the service should also match the cost of paying $16 for a small salad...
Was celebrating my engagement and they sat us at a table that was too small. Most of the meal was spent waiting for water and to order and many meals were delivered incorrectly. This place is a favorite and I was surprisingly disappointed. I hope this was only a fluke but it will be a while until I return.
This was a great option for New Years. We did the late seating. The live music was nice. The food was good. It was a pre-fixed menu so options were limited but we knew that going in. The only downside was our table was tucked in to a corner and we couldn't see the band or most of the other people. It made it private which was the upside but we felt disconnected. The service was very fast. Frankly, too fast. For a 9:30 seating we were served our entire meal including desert by 10:30. As soon as one course was finished the next was placed. This made it feel rushed and then because of our location we were bored. We left by 11:00 and missed the midnight champagne toast. If I had a do over I would ask for a different table.
Had a wonderful server and great experience
The chef might be a genius. The food was shockingly good.
This was our first visit. The nye menu was great! Only negatives for us were the 20% tip was added automatically for a 4 top table and added after the tax. We always tip well but not on taxes. Seemed odd. And the cocktail prices seemed excessive. The $75/plate for ended up at a $280 tab for 2 with tip cocktails.
We will be back by wont have cocktails..ouch
I have eaten at St. Ann's before and overall a really good experience both times. I was a little disappointed that they had a special menu for NYE. I would have preferred the standard menu, but wasn't that big of a deal.
This was our first time here and we were celebrating our anniversary...hit every mark! Food was fantastic (I ordered scallops and expected more than 3...would get them again, but probably add a salad and side); ambience was perfect (my husband had a hearing disability and we were easily able to have conversation); we will definitely be back!
Another awesome meal here. Love this place. Being greeted by name is a special treat. My late mother attended St Ann's in the 1930s so Im very pleased to visit. Love the museum on the second floor. Will always return!
Saint Ann serves up an amazing brunch in a trendy dining room with fun live music
The seating was set up awkwardly which made it uncomfortable for our guests. Also, as we were being seated, the hostess told us that we would need to vacate the table by 1:00PM. This was very odd since it was 10:30AM and we were only meeting for a lite brunch.
Food is outstanding and service to match. Valet parking is the most efficient and timely around.
Never disappointed in choice of drinks to dessert. Can’t go wrong.
Very expensive for not a lot of options. But the food is good
This was a great place for our Boxing Day lunch with family. The flatbreads are brilliant. Yum.
Our server Jamie made it special
Was frustrated with where we were seated in the patio area. Voiced my displeasure with being seated where the cold breeze hit us every time the door was opened. Was told they would make it where the doors could not be opened and a sign placed to tell others to use the main entrance. This did not work and I made note a second time to our server yet nothing more was done about it. Was disappointed they did not seem to care after that point. Was also displeased that our table was placed on a sloped surface and we felt a little off being seated at an angle.
Great dining experience, food was amazing. Glad I did not order the fish! Lady at the table next to us said the fish was over cooked and dry! The chicken, pork loin and short rib are all excellent.
Service was spotty at best. Plan your dining time accordingly.
Disorganised wait staff who couldn’t even get a water order correctly. Overpriced for the quality of food that you receive. No difference between their salad and a salad from Chili’s.
A lot went wrong here. I took my parents and my daughter here for dinner tonight. I've been here before with dates and friends but this was the first time taking my family. The service issues were unforgivable. The entrees took over 30 minutes to come after the appetizers were finished. Scallops came to the table undercooked and didn't come back for another 20 minutes til everyone else was finished. The entree that was supposed to be split in two plates wasn't. Bread and butter took 15 minutes to arrive and it was a one person sized roll scored into 4, with rock hard unspreadable butter. Dad's wine took 15 minutes to come.
When we first entered we were seated at a table half in the tent half in the restaurant. When I asked to move one table over we were told we'd have to vacate by 7pm. Hard to understand since I couldn't tell why that 4 top table was any different from the ones around it. With the delays in service was left to wonder if they were going to kick us out because they'd made us wait so long. Nobody ever told us not to worry about it. There was more. I like this place, and would like to go back, but I felt burned by this experience, and will think twice before returning. I am disappointed and a little surprised that now 3 weeks later, I've not been contacted by a manager.
Always a fun experience, the food is great as always. The crab Benedict is delicious! One of my favorite brunch spots. Chic interior which a fantastic patio that is perfect for summer. Even full it wasn’t overwhelmingly loud which was nice, we could still have a conversation without having to yell :)
I've been there before and loved it, this time however I was a little disappointed. The food just did not taste as great. I ordered the soup which was cream of mushroom and left most of it. The braised ribs were good. Service (luckily) was great. I will go there again sometime but not rushing.
This restaurant was very nice. The ambiance was romantic and cute. The food was okay and it lacked a lil flavor but the presentation was nice. I ordered the grilled salmon medium well and it came out done, the squash was ut endee bit could've been a lil firmer and the mushrooms didnt have flavor at all. The sauce e on the plate helped alot.
This is my first time eating at St. Ann's. The restaurant is nice, the outdoor seating looks great. The salmon appetizer was delicious, the sizzler was good, could have been better had the meat not been so dry. The staff was very nice, friendly but they did not pay much attention to detail. As we finished their was a gentleman who kept reaching in front of my face to clear the table while we were still trying to have a conversation. The waitress took a long time to bring the check and then to pick it up. She knew I was paying but when she returned the check she put in the middle of the table. I feel like everyone was too preoccupied trying to close out lunch to pay attention to detail.
Loved my time there. Great menu. Fast service.
Plan to return soon.
