The restaurant has beautiful decor and it’s very large. I really enjoyed my food and the service was excellent. Having a band on a Saturday night was a nice added touch. Try the bread pudding!
Great service. From the hostess to waitresses.
Great place to get together with friends. The service was good and the food was delicious and there were many options on the menu. We will definitely go back.
Good food and a menu with lots of “safe” american options. Service is inconsistent, with our last time there, took nearly 30 minutes before dinner came following our order of Hamburgers, Steak and salads.
COLD ROOM. Only one other couple in the whole restaurant. We were seated at booth with a lamp that was not working...(only one in whole place with no lite lamp). Our salads came out before the appetizers and then the meal came before we were finished with the appetizers. AND I HAD specifically told the waiter we do not want to be rushed!!! WE WILL NEVER GO BACK THERE AND WILL NOT RECOMMEND IT.
Service ent from pleasant to ridiculous in a hurry
I've eaten here for dinner a few time but this was the first time for lunch. I didn't realize how extensive and reasonably priced their lunch menu is and plan to return soon.
We love this place and go often. Great atmosphere and good food. We always enjoy it.
Great lunch experience !
The restaurant was full when we arrived 15 minutes early for our 8:15pm reservation. We went to the bar to get a drink and waited about 20 minutes to get 2 glasses of wine and the check. The bartender seemed stressed and wasn't very friendly. Other people at the bar were getting frustrated as well, waiting for him. When we got seated, we didn't see our server for over 7 minutes. When he came over, he seemed like he really didn't want to be there and told us his name and his assistant, who we never saw. I was shocked by the description he used to describe his assistant. Giving us her name would have been enough. Our appetizers took at least 20 minutes and the server let us know that the kitchen was backed up, but he didn't know why. He said, "it's not like we're busy." Our entrees came and I had the Chilean Sea Bass which was delicious. The seafood broil did not look very appealing but, according to my date, tasted ok. I understand when restaurants are crowded and servers/bartenders/managers get flustered. But both our bartender and server were not professional AT ALL! I was very surprised and disappointed.
Sage is a beautiful restaurant with great food and beverages. The night we were there they also had a singer who was very good. It was a special night out for my husband and me and we thoroughly enjoyed ourselves from the Greek salad we shared through our entries and to the Italian cream cake for dessert. Everything we had was delicious. Bill was our waiter and he made us smile. Thanks, Sage and Bill!
This was our first time dining here. Overall it was pleasant experience.
There is a nice ambience to the place, dark, warm, cozy. Service was solid, and the food was nicely proportioned and tasty.
We did enjoy the mussels, that particular dish was truly the highlight for us.
Great good, drinks and service on a very busy night.
Really enjoyed our dining experience at Sage. Great ambience, Great food and wine menu, great waiter, excellent food preparation and presentation.
We went for Valentines Day the ombiance was great. The atomsphere was wonderful the waiter was so helping and caring. I will definitely come back.
Valentine’s dinner gone bad! There are too many issues with this restaurant that I even feel like detailing. Way too long for food prep. Steaks not cooked as ordered. Bland for the price. Texas Roadhouse far better steak and prime rib for far less price. The GM did take care of our entire meal which Otherwise I would have walked out after we sent plates back for correction , but even being free really did not help the bad taste or long service. Waitress was friendly and apologetic but I’m not so sure she wasn’t part of the issue with some of the problems. Too loud. A restaurant with this price point should be better quality and overall experience. Unfortunately , won’t be back even after the appropriate gesture of having our entire meal comped.
Have eaten at Sage 3 - 4 times and enjoyed them all.. Went on Valentines Day and my experience was disappointing. Long-delay taking our order, food took over 25+ minutes to the table, salmon was slightly undercooked, never got t our bread, (were told they were cooking more).. Forgot beverage refill etc... Just wasn't a good time it appeared they were overwhelmed by the number of diners and were short on staff. That being said, I will go back ; my prior dining experiences were all good.
The rating was based on the kitchen telling servers they would not entertain special requests. In addition, went the food arrived my food was not hot and my wife's plate was missing part of the food.
Excellent service and excellent food! The owner was amazing and treated us with great respect!
Food cold, felt as if waiters were ignoring us, coffee lukewarm with no refill offer
Valentines Day is special
Being greeted and being told we could not substitute any thing even as simple as a baked potato for mashed potato is insulting.
" We cant interfere with the Kitchen
Then the feeling of being rushed.
I spent $100.00
We will never go back.
The food wasn’t worth the amount that I paid and it was bland. The setting was very very nice! And the service was as well! Overall I’ll give it 3 stars
Everybody's food was delicious and well made. The steaks were cooked as ordered and flavors were very good. The service was excellent! If I had one issue, it was quite loud throughout the restaurant so if you are looking for nice, quiet and cozy, this is probably not the place.
Awesome night server was excellent her name is Bri
Waited more than 90 min for food. Arrived cold. Well done steak was cooked to medium. Won’t be back!
This was by far one of the worst meals ever. Atmosphere and service was excellent. However, our appetizers came out at different times and one was cold. We both ordered ribeye with sides. Both our steaks were so tough you couldn't chew it. It was a waste of money..
This was my second time dining at this particular Sage and I loved it even more than the first time. Everything was perfect - from the hostess's professionalism to the server's attentiveness to the manager visiting our table to make sure we were being taken care of to our satisfaction. I will definitely be back again.
Good food and good value. Very good service. Could have lived without the live music.
One of our best dining experiences at Sage. The food was fantastic and our server attentive and very charming.
The filet was cooked to perfection, was truly outstanding.
Servers were very friendly but slow and absent. Food was not very flavorful except for the goat cheese appetizer which was very good. For mediocre food and service, it was not worth the high prices. We won't return.
Kevin was our server and he made our first experience top notch. Recommend sitting in his section and if you're lucky meet the GM. Appetizer and entrees were amazing. Desserts were okay.
Took business partners here for dinner. The owner treated us very well. Would recommend.
Went here for son’s birthday and atmosphere is nice and I could see how happy hour here could be fun. They had live jazz playing and it was a great setting for cocktails. Our waitress was nice and attentive. The dinner took a long time to cook even though they were not busy. The food came out lukewarm and had both chicken dishes, and they were not very good. My husband said the steak was good, but not great.
While my reservation was confirmed, my family and I showed up to a closed restaurant. Not only did Google show them open, but their personal voicemail did not state anything about being closed.
Extremely Disappointed Patron
Group of eight went New Years Eve. Menu was not as per menu on their web site and all prices increased 20 to 25%. Service was acceptable but server was overwhelmed. All meals, except one, were criticized and one was returned. Not good value. Very disappointing.
Very disappointed with this visit! Service was poor and the food was just ok!
Good food, but an overly pushy and inexperienced waiter kept trying to insert themselves into our conversations for uncomfortably long.
Waitress was wonderful! But the restaurant was out of scallops and the sea bass was off the menu! When we ordered surf and turf we received the combo with sirloin. We sent it back and received over cooked filet and shrimp instead of lobster. Apparently out of that as well! Also the restaurant was freezing! We asked to turn up the heat but it never got warm!
All started out well with a friendly waiter, drinks & appetizers. It went down hill from there. After a 30 wait, our entrees shows up skipping our salads completely. The waiter didn’t seem to even realize till we asked him where they were.
Food - mediocre especially for the price. My husband had ribs. Go anywhere but here for that.
Rest of the meal was lukewarm & just bleh.
I hate when I’m asked to pass plates & silverware to others at the table. This isn’t a boarding house.
Save your money. Go anywhere but here.
