Sage - ARIA
This was our first visit to Sage and it was a positive one. We arrived a bit early and our table was not quite ready and they comp'ed us a drink for the inconvenience....wow, we we early so that was not really necessary, but very nice. After that, they honored our seating request and we had oysters, salad, lamb neck pasta, and mains of scallops and a filet among us, followed by dessert. That was accompanied by a fantastic pinot noir recommended by the sommelier. We finished with an absinthe dessert drink from an extensive menu, which was also comp'ed because our appetizers were a bit delayed in the kitchen. Wow again. The price point was very good for a meal of this quality, service was great, and we did not feel rushed. All in all a great evening and we would return again.
Great food and nice portions. Great wine list.
I like Sage a lot, we’ve eaten here 3 times, BUT- the service is so slow. I do not like to wait 20 minutes between courses and that is what we have done each time we have eaten there. The food is delicious and inventive, and the restaurant is gorgeous but the service really needs to flow more smoothly between courses!
Sage has been one of my all time favorite dining experiences. Appetizers, entrees and desserts were amazing and our server Virginia and the rest of the staff were attentive and made everything perfect even at the late hour we arrived. Everything was simply amazing! Thank you for the wonderful experience Sage!
The best food. I would go there any time I am in Vegas. The scallops were sooooo good
Outstanding service. Best salmon ever.
Service, food & drinks were amazing. Went above and beyond for us in celebrating our Anniversary. Highly recommend.
We selected Sage for a dinner date to celebrate my wife’s birthday. In terms of food I wasn’t sure what to expect, but for sure anticipated Las Vegas prices. However, we were pleasantly surprised how good everything was. The food was perfect, the staff very professional and the ambience one of a kind. It was a top notch dining experience, very worthy the occasion. The dinner wasn’t cheap but as the saying goes: “You get what you pay for.” I would highly recommend to reserve a table at Sage in the Aria Resort, should you look for an elevated romantic dinner experience in Las Vegas.
Food was gea
We had a superb meal, amazing service and incredible cocktails. Special call out to the Somm, Colton, for his attention to detail and overall knowledge of everything on the menu.
It was 7.40 and out group was trying to get a table anywhere that was available. Safe Showed reservation availability for 8 for 7.45. 8.00, 8.15, and 8.30. We hire a car to the hotel to be told with our reservation at 8.00 t hat our table would be ready in 45 mins. Very frustrating. We left.
Peruvian/Asian Fusion. Who would have thought? Tasty food, great service!
Great food. All six of us raves about their choices.
Service was very attentive but not intrusive.
Noise level was enough to see me filled but could easily carry on discussions.
Would definitely return.
Food was phenomenal; service was on the slower side.
The food was delicious, the service was really disappointing.
Food was amazing but service was over the top. My wife and I were celebrating our anniversary and were having a wonderful meal in great ambience when a large party was seated near us. It is Vegas and you expect some loud drunk people but they were over the top. We alerted the Mgmt and they asked them to calm done but to no luck and so Roy Arias the Sommelier took us to another quiet table and offered us complimentary dessert and wonderful dessert wine. He was incredible as he recognized the situation and took action and went beyond our expectations. So guess what, where do you think will be coming back to? Sage for sure!
Food is very good. Music is very Vegas'y. Has a club vibe to the music. I'm more a fan of the serene Sinatra music to a restaurant. But the lighting was good. And most importantly, the food was fantastic.
I have to say the reviews don’t do this restaurant justice. We’ve spent 4 days in Vegas and Sage was the best meal we had. Went for dinner before a concert and the server was efficient to get us served but not feeling rushed. We both got the Waygu filet and it was delicious. Perfectly cooked. Highly recommend the Waygu.
We came to Sage to celebrate a 21st birthday. The food was phenomenal, the service was impeccable, and the cocktails were strong. If you're wanting a lovely dinner experience and don't mind paying a bit more for it, this is the place to go.
The staff at Sage is phenomenal. The highest level of dining service I have experienced in years. The wait staff was extremely attentive and professional. The food is elegant, delicious, and full of flavor. Every dish we ordered was presented beautifully and tasted even better. Recommend the oysters and the deserts at the end are a must!
Tasting menu is spectacular and innovative. Very consistent over multiple visits. Last night Chef stopped by the table, always a plus.
Great staff and quality food. Definitely on my list of places to eat at again.
We have never had a bad meal here! The service is amazing and the food is delicious. Thank you for another wonderful meal!
A very good dining experience. The food was amazing. Chicken is normally the "safe bet" but in this situation it really should get top billing. So tender and crisp.
The food was amazing (as always) and the service was outstanding. One of my very favorite places in Vegas!!
We decided to try Sage @ the Aria last night before going to see a show. The meal was excellent.. we ordered the Pea soup to start and the Waygu beef and organic chicken as our main entrees. The beef and chicken were cooked to perfection and the service was top notch.. I would have loved to have sampled a dessert but I was too full! The potions were perfect. I would highly recommend checking out Sage - a bit on the pricey side but a cool atmosphere combined with excellent service and delicious food was well worth the investment.
Our server was very pleasant but forgetful. He welcomed us twice with the same overview of the menu, the chefs tasting and a la cartel dishes, etc. the first two courses were delicious and well presented. However, after about an hour lull, we inquired about our entrees. Our server didn’t remember that we ordered them. By then we were ready to leave so we ended up not having our entrees.
Always the best in Las Vegas.
Very kind and the food was excellent
Went to SAGE for the ABSINTHE EXPERIENCE. Absolutely fantastic! Our absinthe server was incredible. THANK YOU WAYNE for the lovely time and the amazing service. You were very kind and knowledgeable and really contributed to what a great time we had.
If you are lucky enough to get Wayne as your server, he will come to your table side with the Absinthe Drink Cart and deliver the experience in 1 of 2 ways. We tried both (flame, and sugar + water pour over) and both were great.
Very strong drink between 45-74% Alcohol by volume made with ingredients Wormwood, Anise, and Fennel!
The service, food, and environment all exceeded expectations and was excellent.
Our first time at Sage the other night was outstanding! Service was impeccable. Food was delicious. Portion size is perfect. It is a noisy atmosphere! Dessert is spot on!!
Hands down, the BEST meal I’ve ever and I mean EVER had in my lifetime. I had the Wagyu filet which was cooked to perfection and seriously melted in my mouth like butter. Each bite I savored and was like tasting it for the first time over and over again. Eye rolling galore...all you foodies know what I mean. I started off my meal with an old-fashioned which was excellent and the heirloom carrot salad. Very unique salad and I was pleased that I tried it. The meal ended with the chocolate creme de pot which was another eye-rolling, heavy sighing with pleasure explosion to my taste buds. I will be visiting Sage again as this was an epic meal I will never forget. The service was also top-notch. I enjoyed the ambiance and intimate lighting as well.
I've had a lot of great meals in Las Vegas but this was one of the best ever!
If only the food was great, unfortunately it was a meh! Chicken was dry and as well as the fish and both are over seasoned.
Very very enjoyable. But like many Vegas restaurants, you do pay a premium. However, I would come here again for sure.
Meh. Was only so so.
Excellent food but horrible service as we waited over 1/2 hour between courses. The wait staff was wonderful as they had no control over the wait times
Should not have to spend 2 1/2 hours over dinner.
