If they are closed every Sunday why would they let you book a reservation at their restaurant? Very disappointed to show up for our 815 pm dinner reservations to find out they are closed.

First time here. Fantastic dinner with very attentive service. We both had the short ribs with root vegetables. Great dish! The Steak tartare was recommended as a starter and was a good choice. Great ambiance too. Definitely worth a visit!

The food was fantastic unique very flavorful worth the cost. It truly was a special night out every step of the way they made you feel special. Thought out down to every detail such as the drink called the flask being served in a flask awesome

Absolutely wonderful! From the seating until you leave the service is great. Nothing is dished and dishes/courses do not come out over lapping. We did the ala carte sure of the menu and put together or own multi course dinner. Everything was amazing, but the stars for us were the Slow Poached Farm Egg and the Pot de Creme, absolute home runs. Entrees were the Rohan Duck and the Scallops with braised oxtail. Will return ASAP!

The slow poached egg and foie brulee were two of my favorite appetizers in recent memory. Both the scallops and pork were done to perfection. I thought the foie candy bar was a glorified snickers ice cream bar (luckily I love snickers ice cream bars).

We were promptly seated for our reservation. Service was wonderful and food was amazing, especially the oysters with the tequila mignonette! They brought us a complimentary sparkling rose starter and dessert for our anniversary. Cozy ambiance and beautiful decor.

Made a 10:30pm reservation weeks in advanced. A couple of hours before the reservation got a voicemail that our time was moved up to 10:15pm.

Showed up at literally 10:18pm and they said they couldn’t seat us, as we missed the reservation by 3minutes. The GM, Jason, actually said that. He barely offered an apology. Just overall rude and unpleasant experience.

Food was disgusting, the crab risotto tastes microwaved and rotton. Chef didn’t use any other spices or seasonings other than salt. Appetizers, 2nd app, main course underwhelming and felt disgusted while eating, didn’t stay for dessert asked them to box it up and give us the check. Would never come here again.

Went out for Valentines Day dinner. This restaurant was perfect for a intimate dinner. At first you think it is small restaurant until you walk passed the bar. It is large room with plenty and spaced out seating. Most restaurant have tables close enough for the other guests to touch your table; not here. The tables are about four to five feet apart. The atmosphere has music playing but it is loud enough to know there is music playing. The lighting is dark but not too dark. Certain areas have more lighting than others.

The food is amazing. For Valentines Day, they had a two menus with several choices. My wife and I love eating on the strip and this is now in the top ten restaurants we love. We would come back to eat here again. The wines list is above norm but it well worth the price.

We went for Valentine’s Day and I was unaware that there was a special menu to go off of instead of their regularly menu. The dessert was not good at all. We were seated first however people beside us on both sides received their drinks and food before us.

Stupendous! Divine! Delectable! Had the three Course tasting menu which was to die for! I have never in all my years at such a delicious foie gras mousse! Scallops and short rib, in succession were amazing and finished with a wonderful pot de creme. Cannot even explain how delicious this meal was. The descriptions and the imagination of each is indescribable. Our taste buds were dancing. Just try it!

Incredible experience as always. Whiskey is a bit overpriced, but the bartender is very good. This place is still crushing the food in Vegas. Must get Sweet Breads, a fish, or the Short Ribs, any dessert!! Go!

Marvelous, Creative Menu!
We enjoyed 2 wonderful, creative tasting menus at Sage. My wife was delighted with the Vegan Tasting menu, which included five varied and delicious courses. I had the Chef's tasting menu, and thoroughly enjoyed each course (the Maine Dayboat scallops wee particularly nice).
Our server, Jason, was friendly, knowledgeable, and attentive. HIs guidance and recommendations enhanced our experience.
We loved the atmosphere at Sage, and look forward to returning.

My 1st time at Sage went for business meeting The wait staff at Sage was very good. Even though reservation was in my name, my manager showed up assumed responsibility for paying. He had been to Sage before and guided the group through ordering. I honestly did not check pricing so value is hard to know how to answer. Food he suggested was very good.

Always fantastic. Chef is very innovative. Tasting menu is my favorite there but everything is fabulous. Bolognese was extra spicy this time. Fine for me but avoid if u can’t take the heat. Beautifully decorated.

Server was great and well informed, but that’s where it ended. , Assistant staff tried to take our appetizer three times before we were finished. Environment was weak, quiet, and boring. Menu was not appetizing. Dishes met their objective but did not overwhelm. We wish we had gone to CATCH next door.

We chose to select a variety of appetizers instead of a main course. Each one was exceptional. The bread service was a nice touch with a choice of two different rolls, good cold butter and Maldon sea salt. I would recommend the heirloom carrot salad, sweetbreads with trumpet mushrooms, foie gras brûlée, steak tartare, and hamachi crudo. This was an ample amount of food for two people and provided a variety of tastes and textures. They have a good wine list with several wines by the glass to choose from. The service was very good also. I should mention we had a drink at the bar while waiting for our table, as we were early. i would recommend the cucumber gin cocktail. It is served with Hendricks gin, and the ice cubes are made from cucumber water so as they melt, the drink is not diluted and the cucumber taste is enhanced. All in all, a great dining experience.

Had no idea what to expect. Was surprised at all of the amazing tastes! Slow Poached Farm Egg appetizer was phenomenal. Dining companions and I loved everything, right down to the 'candy bar' dessert.

Service was a slow and the food was ok. Not great but I had clients that weren’t “foodies” ... better choice for people who want something more eclectic. We had a table in the bar area (and I had a reservation but we were seated in bar) and the lighting was horrible. Half our table was literally in the dark and the other end literally had spot lights shining on them to the poin they were starting to sweat ... not good and I had played up the restaurant to my clients. Price point was very high - $1,000 bill and not that memorable. On the upside - the wine was awesome!

Sage is a beautiful restaurant with delicious food and outstanding service. The price range is very reasonable, considering its strip location and quality of food and overall dining experience. If you haven't yet tried Sage, I highly recommend it.
