Sage - ARIA
The food was delicious, the service was really disappointing.
Food is very good. Music is very Vegas'y. Has a club vibe to the music. I'm more a fan of the serene Sinatra music to a restaurant. But the lighting was good. And most importantly, the food was fantastic.
I have to say the reviews don’t do this restaurant justice. We’ve spent 4 days in Vegas and Sage was the best meal we had. Went for dinner before a concert and the server was efficient to get us served but not feeling rushed. We both got the Waygu filet and it was delicious. Perfectly cooked. Highly recommend the Waygu.
We came to Sage to celebrate a 21st birthday. The food was phenomenal, the service was impeccable, and the cocktails were strong. If you're wanting a lovely dinner experience and don't mind paying a bit more for it, this is the place to go.
The staff at Sage is phenomenal. The highest level of dining service I have experienced in years. The wait staff was extremely attentive and professional. The food is elegant, delicious, and full of flavor. Every dish we ordered was presented beautifully and tasted even better. Recommend the oysters and the deserts at the end are a must!
Tasting menu is spectacular and innovative. Very consistent over multiple visits. Last night Chef stopped by the table, always a plus.
Great staff and quality food. Definitely on my list of places to eat at again.
A very good dining experience. The food was amazing. Chicken is normally the "safe bet" but in this situation it really should get top billing. So tender and crisp.
The food was amazing (as always) and the service was outstanding. One of my very favorite places in Vegas!!
We decided to try Sage @ the Aria last night before going to see a show. The meal was excellent.. we ordered the Pea soup to start and the Waygu beef and organic chicken as our main entrees. The beef and chicken were cooked to perfection and the service was top notch.. I would have loved to have sampled a dessert but I was too full! The potions were perfect. I would highly recommend checking out Sage - a bit on the pricey side but a cool atmosphere combined with excellent service and delicious food was well worth the investment.
Our server was very pleasant but forgetful. He welcomed us twice with the same overview of the menu, the chefs tasting and a la cartel dishes, etc. the first two courses were delicious and well presented. However, after about an hour lull, we inquired about our entrees. Our server didn’t remember that we ordered them. By then we were ready to leave so we ended up not having our entrees.
Always the best in Las Vegas.
Very kind and the food was excellent
Went to SAGE for the ABSINTHE EXPERIENCE. Absolutely fantastic! Our absinthe server was incredible. THANK YOU WAYNE for the lovely time and the amazing service. You were very kind and knowledgeable and really contributed to what a great time we had.
If you are lucky enough to get Wayne as your server, he will come to your table side with the Absinthe Drink Cart and deliver the experience in 1 of 2 ways. We tried both (flame, and sugar + water pour over) and both were great.
Very strong drink between 45-74% Alcohol by volume made with ingredients Wormwood, Anise, and Fennel!
The service, food, and environment all exceeded expectations and was excellent.
Our first time at Sage the other night was outstanding! Service was impeccable. Food was delicious. Portion size is perfect. It is a noisy atmosphere! Dessert is spot on!!
Hands down, the BEST meal I’ve ever and I mean EVER had in my lifetime. I had the Wagyu filet which was cooked to perfection and seriously melted in my mouth like butter. Each bite I savored and was like tasting it for the first time over and over again. Eye rolling galore...all you foodies know what I mean. I started off my meal with an old-fashioned which was excellent and the heirloom carrot salad. Very unique salad and I was pleased that I tried it. The meal ended with the chocolate creme de pot which was another eye-rolling, heavy sighing with pleasure explosion to my taste buds. I will be visiting Sage again as this was an epic meal I will never forget. The service was also top-notch. I enjoyed the ambiance and intimate lighting as well.
I've had a lot of great meals in Las Vegas but this was one of the best ever!
If only the food was great, unfortunately it was a meh! Chicken was dry and as well as the fish and both are over seasoned.
Very very enjoyable. But like many Vegas restaurants, you do pay a premium. However, I would come here again for sure.
Meh. Was only so so.
Excellent food but horrible service as we waited over 1/2 hour between courses. The wait staff was wonderful as they had no control over the wait times
Should not have to spend 2 1/2 hours over dinner.
“The best thing I ever ate” was my wife’s quote about one of the dishes (the Farm Poached Egg appetizer). We had our 20 year anniversary final dinner there and the food + service was impeccable. It was an amazing ending to a week and the entire meal was phenomenal. I think this is our new favorite restaurant in Vegas.
Great food however very mediocre service. Waitress could not care less and all experience was very unpleasant.
Fantastic Vegan tasting menu! Best meal we had in Las Vegas and we went to several high end restaurants.
Amazing delights on your taster!
All perfect, noise level could be lower for such a high class restaurant
Fabulous meal! Had the tasting menu - the regular abs the vegan. Everything was delicious. We licked our plates. The service was impeccable too. Went on a Tuesday night.
Awesome food and great service. A hidden gem in the Aria.
We booked Sage at the last minute after other plans fell through. We were seated at a great table. All the staff from hostess to waiters to the “wine guy” were friendly and knowledgeable. Our food was farm to table- fresh ingredients and great flavor combinations. We would definitely return!
Must visit when in Vegas. The food the atmosphere is beyond exceptional
We tried the chef's tasting menu and every course was delicious and presented beautifully. Our favorite was the first course - smoked salmon with diced up haricot vert underneath topped with caviar. The wine pairing complimented the courses perfectly. We will definitely dine at Sage again.
Sage made my Birthday a day to remember. My friends and family traveled from all areas of USA and Sage (Aria Resort and Casino) did not disappoint. The food and beverage came out in a timely manner and the servers were gratious and accommodating. The Absinthe presentation was a treat and informal.
Fabulous restaurant. We always dine here when in town. Food and service are exceptional and comfortable. It's nice to actually dine in a beautiful restaurant. Loved the fresh kusshi oysters, scallops with oxtail and foies gras brulee (always a favorite).
It started slow service but the food was delicious !
Food was uniquely crafted. Service was warm, helpful. They made us feel like valued guests. Ambiance was lovely. We will certainly make a point of returning, the next time we visit Las Vegas.
Oysters and egg appetizer were fantastic. Filet was good, but not amazing. Same with the scallops. Snapper was solid. Service and ambiance were both great. Food just needs to be better for the price.
We love dining at Sage when we are in Las Vegas. The room is beautiful and classy. The staff are always friendly and attentive. The highlights of this meal were the oysters on the half-shell (the best preparation I've had in Las Vegas in some time) and the veal cheeks, which were fantastic. The pea soup was very well made. The sommelier was very helpful and was clearly familiar with the extensive wine list. Prices are moderate for a Vegas fine dining spot. Definitely worth a visit!
