We travel alot and this food is some of the best anywhere. It could not be more delicious
It may have been a bad night for the chef but I was extremely disappointed and it did not live up to awards and accolades.
The halibut was way over cooked. Appetizer interesting but I didn’t think the spices melded correctly. Naan was excellent. My husband wasn’t impressed with the lamb Risho.
I have eaten at Saffrom Table a few times and it seems to get better every time. We came this time for our anniversary and they wished us a happy anniversary, gave us a complimentary dessert and were very attentive. The food was amazingly creative, very true to Indian traditional spices with a fabulous twist. The seating is cozy, intimate and beautiful decor. I will be telling everyone about my experience. It was fantastic.
Consistently well-prepared and creative food with quality vegetarian options. Nice atmosphere and friendly staff.
We went to the Monday night buttered chicken. It was a great value for the quality of food you are receiving. It was a bummer, however, that the food was SO spicy! We are used to curry spice, but this was very hard to eat even with the delicious naan and rice.
Our regular visits to Saffron Table are always rewarded with delicious and fascinating meals. The food is imaginative and often unusual, with many references to Indian cuisine. The beer list is particularly well suited to Indian food that presents a spicy edge. Bravo - probably our favorite place to eat in Bozeman.
We came here for a family dinner and it was delicious! The flavors were incredible, I can't believe we haven't been here before. There were so many things we wanted to try, we will be back!
Saffron is our favorite restaurant in Bozeman. Yum!
The food was delicious and vegan friendly. The decor was very nice with wonderful lighting. We enjoyed the wine and beer selection.
Our server, John was great. He was very helpful and often anticipated our needs before they arose. He provided a lovely experience overall. The food was outstanding. By far the best Indian food I’ve had the pleasure of enjoying. The restaurant ambiance is gorgeous, calm, and welcoming. Thank you, Saffron Table!
A totally delightful dinning experience for our 1st visit.
Our server Johnathan was very helpful in choosing of our wine, attentive & had the timing
down for all 4 courses which were full of layers of flavor, texture & freshness.
We could not have asked for a better meal & service.
Looking forward to a return soon to enjoy all the other amazing dishes we watched
Been in Bozeman for 27 yrs & rate this small gem here🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟
Only wish I had discovered it sooner.
Wow! Totally impressed with the food, service, & ambience. Can’t wait to return!
Great food, good service (even a candle on the birthday desert)!
This is very authentic but a little uneven. We LOVED the curry and the naan but the vindaloo was a little disappointing. Not as well spiced although prepared well. The palek paneer was delicious. Service was excellent and helpful. I find it a little pricy but it is a nice chance to get real Indian in Bozeman.
We enjoyed all aspects of dining there. The only concern that we all had was the width of the chairs - they were pretty narrow and none of us are exceptionally large.
Great food and excellent service! One of our favorite places to eat in Bozeman!
Pretty nice meal, the naan was a little salty and the food didn’t blow our minds for the price, but still overall a nice night out
Excellent. As always. We’ve been there 6-8 times and have never been disappointed.
Always do a fabulous job. Never disappointed!
Love the food. Always fantastic.
This is a great place
What a memorable way to celebrate a birthday. Save room for fabulous dessert (or just go to the bar for coffee and dessert sometime)
The seafood was to die for!
The Fresh halibut was mouth watering.
Great wine and beer selection too.
Service was superb. The warm atmosphere, tasty food and full bodied wine set the stage for a great conversation.
I highly recommend this place for a very satisfying dining experience. Saffron Table is becoming more popular so I recommend making a reservation. I’ll be back soon for more delicious treats.
I had been wanting to try this place for almost a year and my expectations were definitely exceeded :) We had a late dinner (8PM) which was nice because we eventually had the upstairs room to ourselves! It was very cozy, but you are definitely quite close to your fellow diners. Everything we had to eat was delicious, but the stand outs were the specialty naan (carmelized onion), butter chicken curry (not too spicy), and goat kofte, which was the entree special. The chai was tasty, but a strange film formed on the surface a few times and had almost a papery consistency - I just removed it before drinking. Overall, a very nice place for a cozy dinner date!
Good food, we enjoy eating here but it seems way over priced for what you actually get, though the lamb samosas where delicious! The service can be slow even though there always seems to be more staff than clients. I was also beyond shocked to see a dog under one of the tables. When asked our server said they had paperwork saying it was a service dog but having worked with veterans who actually had service dogs I know the training these animals receive and I can assure you that was no service dog. Plus it wasn’t wearing a vest or harness. Can’t blame the management as really what could they do but service Dog “paperwork” is awfully easy to print off the internet. I would encourage management to refuse dogs that aren’t wearing vests & consider training to more readily identify actual certifications & vests.
We had a great first visit after a lot of hype from friends! Great food, adventurous for the normal burger and beer scene in the area, with great food and approachable pricing. thanks for dinner! we will be back!
Butter Chicken Special on Mondays is the best deal in town. Perfect for a date night .
Saffron Table never lets us down! Amazing food - it's so nice Bozeman has a place like this - something different than the usual steak house type foods found around town. The food here is just wonderful - we've never had a bad meal...
Great food and the service was great. We had a very enjoyable evening.
Beautifully prepared and presented food with creative take on Indian dishes. I am not a meat heavy person and appreciated excellence in vegetarian options. Wonderful and fragrant Chai. Good wine selection, too. Nice and simple decor. Friendly staff.
Excellent food as always. Best gourmet Indian food in Bozeman. My friend had the cod special and I enjoyed the Upmas Cake. Mushrooms and chard were excellent.
Menu is fresh and delicious as always! Waitstaff is friendly and accommodating. One of my favorite places to go and introduce new customers too.
Only reason to mark down service was the time it took to get our entrees. App came quickly but entree was slow enough that we missed our movie. It wasn’t busy in the restaurant at the time. Oh well! Otherwise everything was great.
Every visit is a culinary adventure! I can't wait fir my next visit.
Saffron table is one of the best restaraunts in Bozeman. Knowledgable staff and great food!
Our family really enjoyed our vacation dinner at the Saffron Table. The Indian cuisine was SUPERB.
We had excellent service and food. Will definitely return.
Enjoyable ambiance, good service, interesting and flavorful food.
Old friend in town
Saffron Table is one of the only restaurants in Bozeman that a vegan can find great food. The staff is super friendly and knows what we like and how to accomodate our vegan needs.
