Loved our experience. Staff was very quick to service and meal was above my expectations. My only (small) complaint was indoor temp. Make sure to bring a sweater. We were very cold inside.
The variety of options was only surpassed by the flavor of the entre's. Excellent place to try Indian cuisine.
Super attentive staff and tasty food. Thoroughly recommend.
Excellent service and great food. First time there but recommend highly. We’ll definitely be back.
Great food. Very tasty goat Curry and daal. Rao is a great server!
We love Indian food so this was a nice surprise on a Saturday evening. Delicious food, the wait staff was wonderful. Be careful of their Bullet naan, green peppers don't always mean bell peppers.
Saffron is a good neighborhood Indian restaurant - one of the better ones in Orlando. My meal was excellent but the spice level of my husband's choice was way higher than promised. He asked for zero spice level but was unable to enjoy or finish his meal. If you like it hot, you won't be disappointed :-)
Delicious food, awesome atmosphere and one of the best, cordial customer service staff and ethics I’ve seen!
Great food as always. Traditional Indian food with great flavor and authentic taste. Ambiance is very nice and quaint, with service very good and attentive staff.
While a lot of Indian restaurants seem to have similar tasting food (to my uneducated palate), this seemed to be a cut above, and with some interesting menu components. More importantly, service was differentiated by a real interest in the diner, with follow-up from several staff members and actual responsiveness. That alone puts it in the upper tier of restaurants in this category.
Sister restaurant to Mynt - location in mall may be deceiving but it's a lovely restaurant; lovely service and delicious food!
Excellent food and service! We will definitely visit again!
The lunch specials here are amazing! The food is delicious and the portions are massive too. Order the Garlic Naan....so worth it!
Wonderful service. Delivered with genuine smiles. That alone makes me want to go back. Not to worry - the food also delivers.
Good and authentic Indian food. Service is complicated a littele bit as our server had an english hard to understand. Chicken Tikka Massala was very good in size and quality.
Food and service was excellent. Noise level is high because all surfaces in the restaurant are hard (floor, walls and ceiling).
Authentic Indian cuisine.
Once again, Saffron was great; although we made a reservation, they seated when we arrived.
timing of meal was great... i.e. not the appetizer coming at the same time as main course. Dishes were prepared as ordered... but i will warn the hot is REALLY hot...Great value- we took home enough for another meal.
and this is worth the drive- it takes us 30-45 minutes each way but we are always glad we did the drive
Consistent awesome food every time.. We have never been disappointed..Love it
Excellent chef excellent food, excellent service. Ask for Kunal , manager , who will give his recommendations on the food .
Now I understand why there is always a line to get in when you do not have a reservation.
You would be foolish not to try this place
This restaurant is a gem. The best Indian food I’ve had anywhere including New York City and London. Service is good too. Very attentive and knowledgeable wait staff.
Our evening at Saffron was excellent! The meal really exceeded our expectations and we were very surprised that Saffron is a restaurant chain. The food is very fresh and the restaurant was very clean. Prices reasonable. If you are looking for a dining experience, Saffron is the place to go to!
Great food -plan to arrive with a big appetite and leave full
Best Indian in town. And looks great with a recent renovation. Friendly, attentive staff. Terrific food.
The food at Saffron was good, but the ambiance and service were not. Normally, the wait staff is good, but our waiter was terrible; he seemed to have other things to do vs. caring about us. On a Friday night, it's like a zoo, noisy and crowded. Don't try to go if you don't have a red. If you do and go, you can't carry on a convo cuz it's too loud. We used to really like this place, but it's popularity is too much for us.
This place is awesome, we have been here 3 times this year, we drive from Fort Lauderdale and come here every time we are in Orlando.
Food is great, service is great, value for money us great.
Make sure you book a table as it is always busy.
Crazy food. Incredible. Best server is Kunal. Get the murg tikkah masala, biryani veg rice, all spicy!
Absolutely loved everything about this restaurant!
Food is always consistently good. Our server, Suhas, was extremely personable. We will definitely be back soon!
Excellent food. Many choices. Very very good!
The food was OK-ish. Asked for the food to be pretty spicy and it came out with no spice. I asked for hot sauce later in the meal, which the waiter brought and said, "Oh, I thought you couldn't handle it so I didn't order it spicy." Seriously?
The Palak Paneer was tasteless and had so much tumeric in it the sauce felt grainy. The chicken makhani was pretty good but the prevalent taste was tomato. Same thing for our appetizer...this actually felt like they rolled the chicken in tomato paste. There was none of the flavor development that you expect in Indian cusine. Super disappointing. Don't go here if you want good Indian food.
Second time just as good as the first. Friendly service and great food!
Yummy Indian restaurant with great service even on a crowded Saturday night. Lots of great options for meat loves and vegetarians. Would highly recommend.
Far and away, the best Indian restaurant I've been to so far in central Florida. The chicken Tikka (dry) is a delicacy - a very tricky dish to cook right and not overdo. They prepare it perfectly here.
Found this place in April of this year, drove to Orlando just to come back to this restaurant for our anniversary.
Food is great, servers are great, can't say enough about this place.
It's a must if you are in the Orlando area.
Some of the best Indian food I have eaten in North America. We've lived in the US 15 years but originally come from the UK where there are more Indian restaurants than any other type and the cuisine is very popular. Our meal was one of the best Indian meals I have had in a very long time, and reminded me of home.
This was one of the best Indian cuisine restaurants I been to in the states....
The butter chicken was more sauce than chicken but overall the service and the food were great.
Excellent food & service!
Excellent food and service.
