   had reservations on a sunday night, everything went pretty smooth of course now days everyone is understaffed and you have to have more patients, but the food was good took about around an hour for everything plenty time to go across street for a show.

   Overall fun experience! Unfortunately we were next to a super loud group. The food was overall good; however, all three of us had fairly cold food. They did comp one meal which we did not expect but it was still nice. The portions of the appetizers were very small and not sure if they change it for happy hour. I would recommend to visit for the experience itself! We already knew the password so we didn’t have to do anything crazy. We were able to look around the restaurant and explore but some of the staff literally run into you. I understand but knowing you work in a place where people are constantly exploring you should be more aware when running through with food.

   This was Mother’s Day Brunch. The menu items were limited and not that appealing. We were seated at 11:15 and did not receive our entrees for an hour. Ordered a fruit bowl and cilantro came on it… my guess is one of the cooks meant to grab mint and garnished with cilantro instead. Over priced. Will not be back.

   Great place to just visit once. The spy decorations are fabulous! The food is not that good. The bread on our burgers fell apart like cheap Walmart bread. The burgers had little flavor and the prices are too high.

    Went for lunch. Fun place. They give you a list for a scavenger hunt. We waited though in case a server came so we could place an order. After about 20 mins we thought we had to do something on the list to get waited on and asked. Once they found us though things got better. Service improved and food was very good. Nothing fancy, but good job on the bar food and kind of neat place to visit.

    We were in Milwaukee and headed to Safehouse for lunch. The agent who greeted us was very friendly and divided hood service. The food was very good and we enjoyed the fun atmosphere.

    I took my kids here for a birthday dinner and they absolutely loved it. From the very beginning, entry into the restaurant creates an entire vibe, and the set up and decor is so interesting and attention grabbing. Decoding the menu and being able to roam around like a spy was such a unique experience. Food and drinks were also good and complimentary birthday dessert was a plus! We can't wait to go back.

    The place is such a fun place. Wish their food was better. The appetizer came out cold. We ordered and were told when the food came out that they were out of one item that was ordered. So, my son decided not to eat since the rest of us already had our food. The food we did get was really expensive, tasteless and cold. We were there to celebrate a birthday yet the staff didn’t acknowledge at all.

    It has been years since I was last at Safe House. It was just as I remembered, and fortunately I remembered the password. The food was good, I had the prime rib sandwich. The onion rings are outstanding, but the parmesan chips are a bit too salty. Some would think the service slow, but in the post pandemic years we need to be more like the Europeans who are willing to wait for service. We were grateful they were open and have staff to service customers. People need to be patient.

    Disappointing overall. Not only did the service underwhelm us or they forgot about us. They were out of a lot of items on their menu and didn’t have some drinks as well. We ordered drinks that never came because they forgot about us. I went 15 yrs ago and had a great experience, and seems like the Safe House gave up and don’t care about their customers anymore.

    Safehouse had a terrible night. While everything started out fine, the evening quickly unravelled. They appeared understaffed. After placing our food order, we still hadn't received our food 70 minutes later. Our app went to the next table. We had an event to attend. We informed our waitress. They were unable to respond. In the end we never received any food. Id call the experience a total disaster.

    Unfortunately, our food was still not served after an hour and a half of waiting. We had a concert to be at, so we couldn't wait any longer.. We had the nacho appetizer which did get served it was good. The soup that came was very salty.

    We visited The Safe House for the first time before a concert (across the street at The Pabst Theater). What a fun place full of cool and interesting spy-related memorabilia and “stuff”. Luckily our Uber driver gave us the password so we didn’t have to do anything crazy or embarrassing in order to gain entrance. Customers (referred to as “spies” by the wait staff) sitting at the bar get to watch (and laugh at) people (those who don’t know the password) trying to get in. Along with your food you get a mission checklist you can try to complete by roaming around looking for clues and fun items. The food is pretty good quality and the ambiance is great. Highly recommended!

    We 4 were cramped in a tiny room. Kind of like a cubby hole. Beer served was not cold. Had to wait a long time for service. No eating utensils until we asked, after food was delivered. No napkins. Hamburgers were burnt. Will not go back.

    Overall we had a good time on Sunday, April 24th. The service was great, the staff was friendly, but the food was just okay. I wasn't too hungry, so ordered the artichoke dip with tortilla chips. It was very bland, the chips were dry and tasteless. I ate very little of it. My partner had a burger which was good.

    My whole family loved SafeHouse. We had so much fun at this spy themed restaurant. The staff were amazing and remained in character the whole time. We loved completing all the spy missions before and after our meal. The burgers and cheese curds were delicious. We can not wait to come back.

    I understand everyone is short staffed but it is very frustrating to wait as long as we did for our food with no explanation on when it might be coming or what is going on. In the end, the Safehouse attempted to make it right but that was after questions were asked about status, not all food came out at the same point, cook of food was all over the place.

    Make sure to make reservations! When we arrived and checked in our table had been given to someone else. We were stuck in a cramped space with 2 tables pushed together. We were not given a Children's menu until we asked, then given a used one. Slightly disappointed before we even ordered. We ordered cheese curd appetizer, burgers and fries and a grilled cheese for the youngest. Appetizer was very good but for the $12 price tag, I expected a little more. The grilled cheese was made on multigrain bread so our daughter refused to eat it. One of the burgers came out about halfway through the rest of our meal. Burgers and bacon on top were burnt, BBQ sauce lacked any flavor, fries were cold. No explanation as to the point of the space other than "feel free to look around". We ended up finding a discarded scavenger hunt paper and walked around with that. Some of the things were broken but all in all ok. The building itself was really neat, kids enjoyed all the spy stuff and scavenger hunt.

    I had heard such great things about SafeHouse, so I guess my expectations were high…but I’m still surprised at how bad our experience was. We arrived for lunch at almost 1pm, so not too early, and there was no mission or anyone to greet us, just an empty room, we finally saw the button to open the door…no spy names given, nothing. Next we were seated at table that had just been cleaned, but was soaking wet…the server put the paper menus in the water..so we had wet menus. The music was horrible. Slow acoustic songs, nothing like the fun vibe I had heard so much about. The food was horrible…absolutely horrible. I ordered the B2-Bomber, which was basically chicken and biscuits. It was chicken tenders, cold gravy and the worst biscuit ever. As my daughter tried to solve the clues, and after being there 30 minutes, we heard a server mention to a different table that there was a magician ( would have been nice if are server told us!). We found him…and he was the least engaging and bored magician working at a spy themed restaurant for kids and families ever… I now have a new mission, to never go to SafeHouse Milwaukee again!

    We were placed next to a large group of loud college kids. Party of two, 65+. Our server seemed a bit clueless and came back with a bar drink, no straw. Then brought a larger straw placing her hands all over the straw. We waited and waited for a chicken sandwich. Why? The food was mediocre, nachos looked like Taco Bell fair, and the chicken sandwich was not nearly worth waiting for. Won’t return.

    I believe what needs improvement is the reservation list needs to be managed by someone who is detailed oriented and ensures the reservations can be accommodated and if not then reach out to the customer and inform them of possible changes to their reservation. If this is kid friendly before 8 pm, I believe the magician needs to be more engaged with the children. It just seemed as if he did not want to be there or just tired, I didnt even know he was the magician, I had to ask him myself and wait for his reply. Unsure.
