Our server (Gary) was great but it seemed like he was having to do way more than serving while others didn't seem to be doing as much. He was doing several things I would have expected bussers/hostesses to be doing.

We were lucky enough to get there during Happy Hour so appetizres were half price, happy accident! The appetizers came out in a reasonable amount of time. Unfortunately, that was not the case for the entrees. Maybe they were holding back the entrees until we were done or close to done with the appetizers, but we were there for over an hour (about 50 minutes after we placed our orders) before the entrees came out. We had to cancel our special dessert for the birthday girl because we ran out of time. We had to ask for the check and to go boxes almost immediately after getting served most of the entrees. One of them we put directly into the to go box and didn't even get to try it while we were there. We thought 90 minutes was enough time to have dinner and dessert before having to leave for our showtime, unfortunately that wasn't the case on this particular night. Maybe it was just short staffed since it was a Monday. I would recommend this place and our server Gary but make sure you can be here leisurely and not pressed for time.

Food was ok, but nothing exceptional. We had to change our order twice because they lacked some of the key highlights on their menu (jumbo shrimps, New York steaks). Very noisy. Go there if you like Texan atmoshepre and/or very loud music.

I ate a tower of cotton candy and it was a magical experience for me. I don’t know where I’d be if I had not indulged in the Saddle Ranch Chop House.

Good service once you get sat down, but they have a annoying policy where everyone in the group must be present to be seated, so make sure no one runs late. Food is okay, atmosphere is fun

The food was alright. The music is really loud and you could not have a conversation with anyone else at your table. Everyone around had had a few more drinks then us and were bumping and grinding all around us. It was a great spot to people watch while enjoying an average meal.

Been coming here for over a decade, decent place the food, service and atmosphere is always consistent. Never had a bad server here for what saddle ranch is. They do need to get the heat lamp situation in order for outdoor dining in the winter though. Also my food was brought to me ice cold.

Not fine dining but good food & service directly across from the Standard hotel; the Mia TAI was large & yummy; the skinny margarita was refreshing; loved the dry rub ribs & garlic mashed potatoes; veggies were OK but dry.

The food was EXCELLENT! The service was slow and we waited at least 10-15 minutes before our drink order was taken. I ordered a skinny margarita and it took at least 15-20 minutes to get it. Neither the bar or restaurant were busy (I’d understand if the place was packed). The waiter did give our 5 year old daughter a large cotton candy.
Will definitely go again, but we’ll try a different location.

Hot spot in Hollywood! Very crowded and loud. If you come with a large party it will take forever to get your order in because they only give you one server and they will not split the bill.
Bottomless Bloody Mary's and mimosas in a variety of flavors is a great deal! Their food is delish as well!

Our waiter informed us that the restaurant was "not prepared for a Saturday night." Pretty off putting and not great service. It is a fun tourist location, but I would not bring other visitors to this restaurant

Didn't really go for dinner, but just went for the warm cookie sundae. It was amazing! Cookie comes out warm in a skillet with ice cream and whip cream. Staff was very friendly. Plus they have a mechanical bull which was really entertaining watching people.

Unfortunately my Cajun burger wasn’t tasty. My husband said his ribs were dry. The fries and sweet potato fries where food. The dipping sauces were tasty. We drove an hour from home to come there and the food didn’t meet our expectations. It’s ok... sometimes it’s like that.

Had a reservation for 6 on New Years Eve. Had trouble with hostess stand. We requested patio seating where quieter, but they seated us in the main dining area, saying we had changed our mind — which we did not. So we waited a total of 1.5 hours past our reservation time to be seated. Another 15 mins before a server came to our table. And another 30 mins before our dinner arrived. Fun place with awesome bartenders, and food was good, just wish their hostess stand had it together.
