Great service and amazing food! Again!
Had a great time
AMAZING! I love Saddle Ranch, I am from the Bay Area and when I found out the location was still open I had to bring the family with me this time. It sure has changed since I last visited about 7 years ago. I love the new outdoor seating area where the old dirt road parking area used to be it's beautiful how it's laid out now. The mechanic bull in the indoor area is so exciting to watch, people were hyped up it was a wonderful environment. I made reservations online since it was a saturday, upon arrival they had valet for $9 - really cool! We were seated fast! My server was amazing she brought us drinks without having to ask for refills, food was great. The entire staff was AMAZING. Super sweet to my tantrum throwing toddler. It was a great experience from start to finish and worth every dollar! Can't wait to come back next visit!! I LOVE SADDLE RANCH!
This was our third visit in 5 days!!! My family and I love the wide selection of food options. The service is great and food servings are huge.
We are visiting from Florida but I would highly recommend this restaurant to anyone.
We booked for a thanksgiving dinner. Arrived 45 minutes in advance. We were seated 30 minutes past out reservation time, and then they told us they ran out of thanksgiving menu.
We could not get another reservation elsewhere, so we stayed.
(Also, we've paid 9 usd for valet parking, which was only cash)
Ordered a caesar (chicken ess very soggy), and a steak (smallest plate ever for the almost 40 usd it cost). Waiter was super nice, but overall, a very poor experience and a ruined thanksgiving dinner.
Thanksgiving dinner. Our reservation was at 7 pm. We had to wait 20 minutes to seat, 1 hour to eat. Food ok but nothing amazing. It could be a fun place but music was so loud we couldn’t even talk during dinner.
Even with reservations, the wait was long (over half-an-hour), but once seated, the service was very friendly and attentive and the food was outstanding. All in all, it was a totally enjoyable experience for Thanksgiving dinner.
We went on thanksgiving. The service was great and food was awesome. The prices were extremely reasonably and offered thanksgiving dinner or full menu. Although seating took a while, we are thankful the restaurant was open and our experience was great!
Went for thanksgiving. They weren’t at all busy, but, even with a reservation, it took 30 minutes just to get a table. Took another hour to get the food. Steaks were good, baked potato was average (potato skin wasn’t edible), forgot side salads, dessert pie slices weren’t warmed up (ice cold). I also got the creamed corn and it was good. Their mashed potatoes were decent. It’s kind of just a Texas Roadhouse letdown. Again, they weren’t busy at all.
The Saddle Ranch is great. They really upgraded their food. We sat next to the fire pit outside. Amazing vibe. Will absolutely go again.
Our server Ivory was excellent! What a fun experience for our family.
The food is so good, and the portions are amazing.
Love love love. Great atmosphere, great food, and great service! Highly recommend for a fun little spice-up for the LA food scene.
Cool brunch place I enjoyed
Amazing food, good music but a little too loud. If you want to chat with your party, probably this won't be the best place.
Food was overly salted and not good. Service was horribly bad.
Great place for gatherings for reunions and family
We wanted to celebrate my son’s birthday, but unfortunately once we arrived, we immediately noticed it wasn’t the right place. The music was extremely loud and we couldn’t listen to each other at the table. I understand that maybe they were under staffed but it took forever to get some service. We ordered appetizers which we never received. When we received the food, it was cold and bland. We were so disappointed that my son didn’t want to order dessert or to sing happy birthday to him. The experience overall was very disappointing.
Went for my boyfriends birthday and booked 2 tables of 10, 3 weeks in advanced. I called several times to confirm and be told where we would be set up. We were told to absolutely be on time bc brunch is incredibly busy and they get fully booked. We got there 5 minutes early and no table was close to being ready for us. Then was told the original area that we were to be seated (more shaded w. Large tv next to us) was no longer available and we would be put in the parking lot. Mind you, there was maybe 50% of the restaurant full, nowhere near full or incredibly busy as they said when booking several times over. We didn’t get seated for almost 30 minutes after our reservation time. Service was generally okay—for a place that is known for drinking and partying, the entire staff was incredibly low energy and dragged their feat and did not represent the place like they used to. The bull riding was the only thing done quickly and basically filled the groups time.
Won’t be back and several of our friends said their food was awful.
Don’t promote accommodating large groups if it’s clearly not feasible or make claims that an area is reserved when it’s not.
The waitor and bartenders were extremely rude to myself and the rest of my party.
It was my friend’s birthday and it was LIT! 🔥
Would recommend, we ALL had fun!
Waitress was very nice and helpful
I’ve come multiple times and come to find the weekday is the best if you go on weekend you’ll get horrible service but if you come on week days you get the best service
We celebrated our twin daughters birthday with a few of their friends. The servers were wonderful and very accommodating.
The food on the other hand was not too good. My wife and I ordered the salmon. When we got our meals they were cold! The vegetables were almost refrigerator cold as was the salmon.
The best thing we had (and it was hot) was the nachos we had for our appetizer.
The place had a good vibe about it and was fun to celebrate a special occasion here !
I would try not to go at a very busy time like a Saturday night when the place is packed. It’s hard for the staff to keep up with all of the orders
Had And amazing time for my birthday everyone was so nice the servers were amazing an the manager Jeff was the host with the most had an amazing birthday thank you all so much for making my day special !
We went for Halloween and had mimosas that were so delicious. Many flavors. The wait brought 5 over at a time. Food was great. They were busy but we got seated within 5 minutes outside on the patio.
We had reservations and waited for an hour. The bartender where we waited for our table was amazing and made the overall experience better. The food was not good but the manager thankfully comped it.
Super friendly staff, and don’t think it’s just for tourists. They have really nice steaks and a great chocolate cake!
The cocktail I ordered was horrible had to send it back . Our combination plate we ordered with ribs and tri tip was awful . Tri tip overcooked Amd ribs hardly any meat in the bone . Vegetables were frozen. Have been here before Amd it was amazing . Def downhill .
Eddie was our waiter and he couldn’t of been nicer. He was very accommodating and kind.
Forced to sit outside because we’re not vaccinated
Everything was great
Great food, nice people _ Glad they checked for vaccine cards 😄
Great i love the bottomless mimosas.. 8 flavors to pick from
My favorite brunch in LA hands down
I had a very friendly good waiter
We went here for my sisters birthday celebration. We were coming from the Hilton near universal city walk. It was about 17 minute drive but it was worth it. Our server Gerry was amazing! He was so kind we were a large party of 17 and we had kids included so it was hectic but he had so much patience he took care of every need he was always at a near by call when we needed and before we even asked he knew what we needed. They gave us Chips and salsa with Guac on the house and a platter of quesadillas and pico de Gallo on the house as well as two platters of s’mores on the house and we were able to go make them by the fire outdoors. We didn’t have to wait at all for our table it was ready right away we were all able to sit in doors which is much more fun because of the bull riders. I decided to ride and he gave me a second ride free. So much fun! The food was great I didn’t expect their pasta to be good but it was really great it was a Cajun pasta. They have a good variety of food to choose from thankfully because of the kids and we also had infants so it was nice they could walk around and they had a great time too. He also split our bills without an issue so that was helpful. The drinks were sooo good the Mai Tai was my favorite tastes like coconut sex on the beach lol and the sunset something was super good too it had a pineapple taste which I really liked not too sweet you could taste the alcohol which was nice. We would definitely go back !
Arrived on time for reservation and still waited 45 minutes to be seated as others who arrived after were seated first.
